Abstract

Freedom of learning can be used as an offer in the context of reconstructing the national education system. The national education system is being reconstructed to face the changing times and progress of the nation. The way to do this is to restore the essence of education, namely liberating education or using education to humanise humans. Teachers and students are subjects in the learning system under the concept of independent learning. This means that students do not only make the teacher a source of truth, but that in seeking the truth, the teacher and students collaborate. In the classroom, the teacher does not only standardise or instil the truth according to the teacher but also explores students' reasoning and critical thinking to find the truth. The momentum for learning independence is supported by the internet and technology that are growing. In addition, an education system that is not liberating or rigid can be changed. Administrative matters that are devoted to the workload of teachers and schools can be reformed. Thus, education units, teachers, and students can exercise freedom of learning, and be creative, innovative, and independent.

Abstract

The philosophical basis of the concept of emanation is the desire to avoid God from a pluralistic nature in order to purify the oneness of God from all material things. The basic Islamic idea of God is His Oneness, His creation from nothingness and the dependence of all creation on Him. To prove the oneness of God, there is a term in philosophy called Emanation. Emanation in Greek philosophy is discussed like Thales who said everything comes from water, Platonists say that everything comes from reason (nous), reason itself comes from the One who thinks the most highly. while Aristotle based it on form and matter, both of which are related to motion driven by form which ends in a prime mover or God. Abstract

The Mosque not only a facility for performing Sholah but also it can becomes a social institution that has many roles for building education, economic and social politic. The Mosque has many function, one of them, as an institution of education. As an institution of education, the mosque can be separated from the exist of the library. The mosque library is one of the kind of special library has function to serve the needs of intellectual people around it. By the presence of library, The mosque has function as a center of education because by the library mosque congregation and the moslem society can learn whatever resulted by the former people and also can follow the developmen information and knowledge positively.

Abstract

The existence of a madrasa library is not limited to a place to store textbooks, but must be able to present alternative sources of knowledge needed by students, because the existence of a library so far is still difficult for students to access. Moreover, there is a tendency for teaching patterns in Madrasahs to generally rely on package books determined by madrasa. Ironically, often the package book is from only one publisher and is selected based on the proximity of the government or madrasa managers to a particular publisher. This condition triggers the student's desire to search for reading sources or information outside the package book. The function of the madrasa library has received less attention, but the existence of the madrasa library depends on the commitment of school residents since teachers, students and the support of the head of the madrasa how to respond to it.

Abstract

After learning religious education taught in various schools, it is expected that students can obtain religious teachings properly and correctly with independent mastery. This could indicate that the learning achievement of Islamic religious education has a relationship with the religious behaviour of students. The type of research carried out in this case is field research with quantitative methods. The subjects of this study were students at several MANs throughout the city of Banjarmasin, namely MAN 1 Banjarmasin, MAN 2 Banjarmasin, and MAN 3 Banjarmasin, totaling 127 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting documentation in the form of learning achievement data in the form of semester report cards on subjects namely, the Quran Hadith (QH), Islamic Cultural History (SKI), Fiqh, and Aqidah Akhlak (AA). Data on religious behaviour will be collected by giving a questionnaire consisting of 16 statements. The results show that the correlation between the learning achievements achieved by subjects in the PAI group and the religious behaviour of students at MAN throughout the city of Banjarmasin is very weak and tends to be uncorrelated, or there is no significant (non-significant) relationship between the variables of student achievement and religious behaviour. That is, it is not certain that students' excellent religious behaviour is the result or impact of their learning achievements, which are also very good in madrasas.

Abstract

Statistics consists of how to plan, collect, analyze, then interpret, and finally display data. Although studied at various school levels, statistics is still taught in general, without being linked to the Qur’an, especially in Islamic-based schools or tertiary institutions. Therefore, the integration between religious sciences and general science, especially statistics, is very much needed in schools. Learning statistics related to the size of the concentration of data, namely the mean, median, and mode, can be integrated with the Qur'an. This can be seen from the existence of examples that can be taken using the number of verses, names of surahs, and other prayer services that can be related to this. This integration between statistics and the Qur’an can indirectly help eliminate the assumption that the Koran and general science cannot be collaborated. This research is focused on developing a learning process with a scientific approach that can help understanding statistics related to the size of data concentration. The research method used in this study is the research and development method, which includes the use of descriptive methods, action research, and experiments. The results prove that this integration is a bright spot to be able to combine the two sciences when teaching in class to get more meaningful learning. Students can also become more aware of what the Qur'an contains by frequently interacting through this integration.

Abstract

Banjar society is very thick with religious values and cultural customs, both in interaction and communication. However, nowadays the value of politeness begins to decline. This study aims to understand the value of the politeness scale of willingness and instilling self-concept of character in Banjar youth and to identify the content of the meaning of will in studying the Qur'an from time to time in Banjar society. This study uses qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results of this study found that the values contained in the meaning of volunteerism are the values of tawadhu, qana'ah, resignation, sincerity, gratitude, and forgiveness. This content can be revived by mengaji beduduk reading as contained with papadah of Banjar scholars such as Prince Antasari, Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari, and Guru Sekumpul

Abstract

Islam as a true guide for all its followers encompasses various dimensions of life. To read Islam in every aspect of life, the appropriate approach is needed to interpret it. One of the approaches that can be used is the philosophical approach that seeks to find universal conclusions by discussing the essence or nature of something. With this philosophical approach, Islam will not only be seen as a tradition, but Islam will also appear to be true in essence. Philosophy can relate to religion in various ways: as religion itself, a servant of religion, an opening for religion, a study of reasoning in religious thought, or an analytical device for religion. In the Islamic philosophy tradition, there are three methodological approaches to understanding religion: based on texts (bayani), based on direct experience of the spiritual reality of religion (irfani), and based on logical reasoning (burhani).

Abstract

Competing in goodness is included in worship if it is intended positively which will have a good impact on oneself. Therefore, competing in goodness is tantamount to gaining rewards towards Allah's pleasure. Even more so if you do it according to Allah's commands, such as doing good to your fellow believers, loving orphans, or carrying out the obligatory worship and His sunnah. At this time, it is rare for people to compete in goodness. Usually when they compete, they justify any means to bring down their opponents. Therefore, this material is very important for us to discuss, so that in the future people can realize that competing must also follow God's rules, so that it is beneficial for the perpetrators. In this case it really needs to be studied about competing in goodness, the arguments that explain about competing in goodness, and various forms of competing in goodness in everyday life in achieving God's pleasure.
