The high poverty rate as well as the unemployment rate and the lack of awareness of the importance of empowerment programs in Bangunreja Village cause people to be unable to meet their needs. The Bangunreja Village Government created an empowerment program with the aim of bringing change and improving family welfare, namely the empowerment program through the preservation of the art of kuda lumping. The purpose of this study is to determine the process and results of community empowerment through the preservation of lumping horse. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that community empowerment through the preservation of lumping horse art was able to provide benefits to the community, namely by increasing income and the community understood the importance of the empowerment program. Increased knowledge in the community. The empowerment activities carried out include counseling and training. With the right support, this art can improve community welfare, cultural diversity, and a sense of togetherness in the community and be able to maintain a valuable cultural heritage. The conclusion of the research is that the people of Bangunreja Village are aware of the importance of community empowerment programs, the community is able to take responsibility for themselves, and the increase of the community's cultural heritage

This research aims to develop an approach to designing effective illustration content on the Instagram account of the Rumah Generasi Pemenang Foundation, with a primary focus on efforts to build religious awareness among its followers. The research methodology involves analyzing the needs of the target audience, studying social media visual trends, and exploring the religious values desired by the foundation. By combining design methods and research, this study produces a series of creative and captivating illustration content, with an emphasis on delivering religious messages that can stimulate reflection and spiritual awareness. Evaluation is carried out through response tests from the target group and monitoring online interactions. The research findings show that the design of illustration content on the Instagram of Rumah Generasi Pemenang significantly contributes to increasing religious awareness among followers. The practical implications include the application of more targeted design strategies in conveying religious messages through social media, as well as providing insights to practitioners and researchers about the potential of Instagram as an effective tool in building religious awareness in the digital era.Keywords: religious awareness, social media, illustration

In the face of market dynamics, companies need to implement strategies to market their products effectively. The marketing mix with four main elements (product, price, place, and promotion) is a relevant strategy to implement. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The data sources used for this research are primary and secondary sources, which are obtained from interviews and observations at the Saung Enggal restaurant business. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing mix strategy at Saung Enggal. The results of this study indicate that Saung Enggal has succeeded in increasing its competitiveness through a focused marketing mix strategy. In terms of products, attention continues to be paid to quality, updated menu design, wide variety, and strong brand management. Prices are set with consumer affordability in mind and in line with product quality. The strategic location in the center of community activities provides an advantage, supported by continuous efforts to improve access and facilities. Promotion is done through discounts and word-of-mouth strategies, with a focus on quality service and good customer relations. Overall, the implementation of the marketing mix successfully increased Saung Enggal's revenue by 2.9% from 2021 to 2022

Creating a digital "interactive map" web is one of the uses of current technological developments. However, to create an attractive website, it also needs a good design. One of them is by creating an asset environment. The aim of this research is to describe the form of design for buildings such as houses, buildings and places of worship using a flat design visual style which will later be used as an asset on the "interactive map" web. The method used in this research is a qualitative method to describe all forms of the design process. Apart from that, the author also implements the stages of art creation according to Gustami (2007), starting from idea exploration to the design process. From the research results, there are several stages that need to be carried out in creating a building design, namely looking for references, forming initial patterns using tools on the Figma platform, to the detailing process so that the image looks more realistic. The creation of environmental assets in the form of buildings will be applied to an "interactive map" web as a visual complement to make it more attractive and many people are interested in accessing the website.

Background: Supervisor support behavior in a way that optimizes the use of employee knowledge, skills and attitudes acquired in on-the-job training. By getting positive support from the leadership and all employees, employee work performance will be motivated to be better. Objective: This article presents a systematic literature review of supervisor support and job satisfication. Method: Descriptive research with a qualitative approach, systematic literature review study. Researchgate, Google Scholar and ScienceDirect searches reviewed supervisor support and job satisfication. A total of 13 studies conducted between 2014-2023 were included in this review. Results: A total of 141.700 titles were identified and found 13 studies that met the requirements/criteria which discussed supervisor support and job satisfication. Conclusions: Positive support from the leadership and all employees will encourage employee work performance to be better. Apart from that, support also provides encouragement to employees so that they can trust and help each other, as well as good relations between employees in the work environment.

The visual exploration in the poster design for the story of the Prophet Muhammad SAW's birthday illustrates an effort to present a rich and meaningful narrative through graphic elements. This design combines historical and contemporary elements, where this poster attempts to build a connection between the historical meaning of the Prophet's birthday and how it is celebrated in modern times. Through visual analysis, we identify aesthetic and symbolic elements with traditional values while reflecting a visual identity that is acceptable in modern society. This poster not only functions as a medium of information, but also as a tool to celebrate and maintain the celebration of the Prophet's birthday in everyday life.

In the rapidly growing e-commerce era, consumer purchasing decisions on platforms like Shopee are influenced by various factors. This article presents an in-depth analysis of the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on the Shopee Marketplace. Through this research, we explain the concept of purchasing decisions in the context of e-commerce and consider the important role of online customer reviews, and online customer ratings in consumer decision making. We examine how factors influence consumer preferences, the extent to which online customer reviews influence consumer perceptions, and how online customer ratings can influence a consumer's level of trust in a product or seller on Shopee. Our research results provide valuable insights into consumer preferences in the context of Shopee. We found that the factors of online customer reviews, and online customer ratings play an important role in purchasing decisions on these platforms. The implication of these findings is that sellers and marketers can improve their strategies by better understanding these factors and optimizing their influence on consumer purchasing decisions.

Branding strategy is an important approach used by every company to promote their brand, products, and services. The branding strategy employed by the Instagram account @bawapulang involves diverse content, such as promotional content aimed at expanding market reach. Additionally, content that includes entertainment like memes and games will foster a closer relationship between BawaPulang and its audience, further broadening its market outreach. Informative content featuring tips and tricks about business will also impact the expansion of market reach, as it won't just engage the account followers but also individuals need these tips and tricks. This journal will highlight the importance of consistent diverse content in building a brand.

A brand is said to succeed when a brand name is at the top of mind level, meaning that without explicitly mentioning the brand name, consumers can spontaneously know what the brand is. To achieve this, of course, there has been a lot of process going through to build strong identities. High-rise brand names are certainly accompanied by good delivery, such as a catchy logo, striking colors, anti-mainstream fonts, eye-catching supergraphs, or large promotions. Various forms of branding were carried out to get the spotlight, the Bawangulang application through its social media page @bawapulang.official. The purpose of this study is to find out how @bawap home.official consistently builds its brand through social media uploads that have unique and striking design styles. This study used the blabla method. Research results show that consistency branding has an effect on their awareness.

Weave or Witrove, before the brand name change, was a fashion crafting enterprise specializing in designing items like bags and wallets crafted from natural materials, particularly water hyacinth. Apart from producing fashion products for sale, Weave also contributed to controlling the growth of water hyacinths in the vicinity to prevent ecological damage and other related issues. However, the Weave brand lacked a strong visual identity. Therefore, a logo redesign was necessary to establish a distinctive brand identity compared to other fashion brands and to enhance Weave's visibility in promoting its products through media channels. Data collected for this redesign involved interviews and observations, which were then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive data . This research encompassed several stages to create a visual identity in the form of a logo.
