Abstract

Purpose of the study — Brebes Regional Hospital as a referral hospital in Brebes district has various facilities that support examinations and services to the community. In general, the Brebes Regional Hospital has performed well, but there are still several complaints submitted to the Brebes Regional Hospital. The performance of RSUD Brebes is quite good, but from the results of the assessment of organizational performance there are still things that have not been achieved in the hospital quality indicators of RSUD Brebes in 2023. This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance at Brebes Regional General Hospital. Research method— This research was conducted using multiple linear analysis, with the t test and f test as hypothesis testing. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The test equipment used for data processing used SPSS version 25 software. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination. Result— summarize the result or findings of your study The results of the coefficient of determination show that employee performance which is influenced by work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment variables is 71.3% while the remaining 28.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing carried out, it can be concluded that the significance value is <0.05 and tcount > ttable, so the independent variable partially influences the dependent variable. Conclusion—The results of testing this hypothesis show that work discipline, organizational commitment and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This study evaluates the comparative associations of product packaging, brand equity, and customer experience with customer loyalty toward Wardah, a halal-positioned cosmetic brand, among consumers in Pekalongan City. Research Method: An explanatory cross-sectional survey was administered through Google Forms to 100 purposively selected Wardah users aged 17–45 years who had purchased or used the products at least three times. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 23. Result— The regression model was significant (F = 34.131, p < .001) and explained 51.6% of the variance in customer loyalty (adjusted R² = .501). Product packaging (β = .326, p = .001), brand equity (β = .314, p = .004), and customer experience (β = .188, p = .045) were positively associated with loyalty. Conclusion— Packaging was the strongest predictor, closely followed by brand equity, while customer experience retained a smaller positive association. Wardah should combine functional packaging improvements, consistent brand meaning, and coordinated customer touchpoints to sustain repeat purchase and advocacy. Limitations: The non-probability, single-city, single-brand, cross-sectional design and the concentration of young female respondents restrict generalization and causal interpretation. Contribution: The study compares functional, symbolic, and experiential loyalty drivers in one model and provides locally grounded evidence from consumers of an Indonesian halal-positioned cosmetic brand.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This Research aims to determine the effect of service quality, company image on the interest in submission of customer refinancing with customer loyalty moderating variables. The population used in this study is customers at Bank BNI KCP Majalengka with a total of 2455 customers, while the sample taken is 100 respondents.Research method— This Research aims to determine the effect of service quality, company image on the interest in submission of customer refinancing with customer loyalty moderating variables. The population used in this study is customers at Bank BNI KCP Majalengka with a total of 2455 customers, while the sample taken is 100 respondents.Result— Based on simultaneous regression testing, it was found that the variable quality of service (X1), Company Image (X2) and moderating variable, namely customer loyalty variable (X3) had a significant effect on variable Interest in Submission of Customer Refinancing (Y). This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 <(α = 0.05), so that stated H0 is rejected and the three variables X have a significant effect on variable Y. Meanwhile, to measure the accuracy of multiple regression models, it can be seen from the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R -Square)Conclusion— This study has an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.472. This shows that service quality variables, company image and customer loyalty in influencing interest in customer refinancing submission is 47.2% while the remaining 52.8% interest in the customer refinancing proposal can be influenced by other variables not included in the analysis model of this study
