Abstract

Purpose of the study — The purpose of the study is To know How planning education fund finance for housewives in South Cicinde Village stairs via choice investment. Problems found​ that part big public there No own education fund preparation Because misunderstanding will management finance. Research method— Qualitative and quantitative approaches are used in this study. Through online surveys and in-depth interviews, Result— The results of research and data analysis show that the people of South Cicinde Village, especially housewives Already own planned education For their son. However, plan This is not supported by educational funding preparation​because 81.6% of the Respondent has No own savings term allocated length​ special for Education Fund. Choice investment For Educational funding planning chosen by respondents is Investment riches personal in the form of Gold and Wealth Real rice fields and buildings ( rent property ). Respondent No chose an investment as well as an Investment Commodity Because factor misunderstanding, as well as concern, will risk on investment which is rated very highly. Conclusion— Conclusion— Remembering planning education fund finance is very important For society, then start from Mother House stairs in the neighborhood the smallest must own knowledge will planning finance. Government village local or service related, Banking institutions and the Supervisory Agency (BI / OJK) routinely provide training as well as coaching to Mother House Ladder To add knowledge about planning and management finance.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — The purpose of this study is how the influence of Corporate Culture and Training on employee performance.. Research method— The method in this study is a quantitative descriptive method using multiple linear regression analysis. The research data comes from primary data and data collection process with a sample size of 50 people. Result— The results of this study indicate that there is a partial influence between corporate culture on performance significantly of 0.000 <0.005 and a t-count value of 7.584> 2.011 and a partial influence between training on performance significantly of 0.000 <0.005 and a t-count value of 3.793> 2.011. Together, corporate culture and training are proven to have a simultaneous significant influence on employee performance which shows a very significant influence of 0.000 <0.005 with an F-Count value of 186.501> 3.19. Based on the results of the determination coefficient, it was found that the variables of corporate culture and training had an influence of 88.8% while the remaining 1.2% was explained by other unknown factors or variables that were not included in this regression analysis such as work discipline, work environment. Conclusion— Partially, Corporate Culture Variable (X1) has a positive and very significant influence on Employee Performance variable (Y) in Karawang MSMEs. Partially, Training Variable (X2) has a positive influence on employee performance variable (Y), which means that training variable has an influence on employee performance in Karawang MSMEs. Simultaneously, Corporate Culture Variable (X1) and Training variable (X2) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variable (Y) in Karawang MSMEs. effectiveness. Fourth, joint testing shows that Engagement, Work Supervision and Compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted so that it can be stated that the independent or independent variable (X) has a significant effect simultaneously or together on the dependent or dependent variable (Y).

Abstract

Purpose of the study — The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement on the performance of Karawang MSME employees.. Research method— The method used in this study is a quantitative verification method. The data collection technique used in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. While the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 29 software.. Result— The results of this study indicate that there is a partial effect between employee recruitment and performance significantly of 0.000 <0.005 and a t-count value of 7.584> 2.011 and a partial effect between job placement and performance significantly of 0.000 <0.005 and a t-count value of 3.793> 2.011. Abstract

Research method— The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing surveys and interviews to gather data on current beauty standards as defined by women in Indonesia, alongside an analysis of the business’s internal and external environments through the SWOT framework. Result— The findings reveal that the current beauty standards among Indonesian women prioritize smooth skin (30.7%), well-dressed appearance (16.4%), and a glowing face (16.3%) according to the ZAP Beauty Index (2024). An effective business development strategy for Rumah Cantik Dhinda is proposed, emphasizing a combination strategy that includes market penetration to address promotional and marketing challenges, as well as addressing human resource needs by hiring additional employees. Conclusion— The study concludes that the integration of these strategies will enhance Rumah Cantik Dhinda’s market presence and operational effectiveness, providing a valuable reference for further research and practical application in business development courses within economics and management programs.on

Abstract

Purpose of the study — The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the capital and business experience owned by shrimp farmers in influencing their income from shrimp farming in Tambak Sumur Village, Tirtajaya District, Karawang. Research method— This study employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was conducted using primary data obtained through direct interviews with shrimp farmers. Result— The study involved a sample of six shrimp farmers. Findings indicate that the business experience of these farmers is primarily derived from their parents' experiences. Notably, high income is achieved during the favorable season from March to June, with average daily sales ranging from 100 kg to 300 kg. Conversely, the period from October to December is marked by significant losses, ranging from 50% to 90%. Conclusion— The capital and business experience of shrimp farmers do not significantly determine their income increase. Instead, income is heavily influenced by factors such as seed quality, maintenance processes, seasonal variations, water quality, feed quality, shrimp yields, and the occurrence of shrimp diseases, including viruses that can lead to mass mortality in shrimp.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This research aims to determine the partial or simultaneous influence between work culture and organizational commitment on employee loyalty at PT. Nawa Setia Perkasa. Research method— This type of research uses descriptive verification with a quantitative approach and is carried out using a questionnaire method. The sample for this research was 141 respondents using the Slovin formula. The analytical model used in this research is a multiple linear regression analysis model. Result— The results show that there is a partial influence of work culture on employee loyalty, a partial influence of organizational commitment on employee loyalty, and a simultaneous influence of work culture and organizational commitment on employee loyalty. Conclusion— High work culture and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee loyalty at PT Nawa Setia Perkasa, creating a supportive work environment and increasing employee loyalty. Weak work culture and organizational commitment can reduce employee loyalty due to a lack of strong organizational commitment and emotional investment from the company.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of work competence and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Klari sub-district office. Research method— This type of research uses a quantitative approach and is conducted using a questionnaire method. The sample of this study amounted to 40 employees using the saturated total sampling formula. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple regression analysis model using the F test and t test. Result— The results of this study indicate that there is a partial effect of work competence on employee performance and a partial effect of work discipline on employee performance. Additionally, there is a simultaneous influence of work competence and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Klari sub-district office. Conclusion— The conclusion of this study is the importance of improving work competence and employee discipline to improve performance at the Klari District Office.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This study sought to determine how customer satisfaction and sales promotion factors affected consumers' interest in making another purchase at Toko Grosir Ferda. Research method— The research methodology employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population was all Toko Grosir Ferda customers for a month, and the sample of 130 respondents was selected using the accidental sampling technique. Result The study's findings suggest that repurchase intention is significantly influenced by customer satisfaction and sales promotion. Conclusion— The research's implications include the need for a strategy to improve customer service and sales promotion in order to boost customer loyalty and repurchase interest in the future. Social media implementation is also anticipated in order to keep Toko Grosir Ferda competitive in raising customer satisfaction levels.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This research aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the character formation of Karang Taruna members in Cilamaya Village. Research method— The study was conducted at the Cilamaya Village Youth Organization in Cilamaya Wetan District, Karawang Regency, involving 52 members. A quantitative descriptive and verification method was employed, utilizing SPSS 25 for analysis. Result— The findings indicate that organizational culture (X1) does not have a significant influence on character formation, with a significance value of 0.409 (> 0.05) and a t count of 0.832 (< 1.676). Conversely, organizational commitment shows a very significant influence on character formation, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a t count of 5.615 (> t table 1.676). Moreover, when assessed simultaneously, both organizational culture and organizational commitment significantly influence character formation, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and an F count of 45.742 (> F table 4.04) Conclusion— It is suggested that through training or workshops, the character formation of Karang Taruna members in Cilamaya Village can be further improved.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — To examine the influence of religiosity and spirituality of Faculty Of Economics and Business and Islamic education students on the use of Shopee PayLater. Research method— This study employs a descriptive verification approach with a quantitative method, utilizing a questionnaire as a survey tool. A sample of 359 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula, and analysis was conducted through a multiple regression model Result— The study found that both spirituality and religiosity levels have a significant negative effect on the use of Shopee PayLater. Additionally, student spirituality and religiosity significantly influence the use of Shopee PayLater, with usury acting as a moderating factor Conclusion— The findings indicate that higher levels of spirituality and religiosity among students lead to decreased usage of Shopee PayLater, highlighting the potential impact of ethical considerations in financial decision-making
