Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of company size on company value, 2) To determine and analyze the effect of profitability on company value, 3) To determine and analyze the effect of leverage on company value, 4) To determine and analyze the effect of the board of commissioners on company value, 5) To determine and analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on company value. The population in this study is all data from Energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2022, totaling 59 companies. This research was conducted by sampling with a purposive sampling technique, obtaining a sample of 31 companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The results of this study can be concluded that: partially the company size variable has a positive effect, while the profitability, leverage, board of commissioners, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) variables do not affect company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and the effect of work motivation and work discipline together on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Mayapada KCP Majapahit Semarang totaling 38 people, with the research technique using the census method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation and work discipline jointly affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research analyzes the formation of AMDK customer loyalty through hyper-local promotion mediated by brand image at the local distributor agent level, aiming to fill a research gap previously focused at the corporate level. A quantitative approach was employed, with data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the causal relationships between variables. The findings reveal that hyper-local promotion significantly shapes brand image (β=0.63), and brand image has a strong impact on customer loyalty (β=0.73). Brand image acts as a dominant partial mediator with a high Variance Accounted For (VAF) of 83%, while the direct effect of promotion on loyalty is small (β=0.27). The predictive power of the model is also strong, with an R2 for brand image at 0.62 and for customer loyalty at 0.68. The study's implications highlight a key strategy for distributors: building a strong agent-level brand image through integrated hyper-local promotion is crucial for achieving sustainable customer loyalty. Theoretically, this research enriches the existing literature on hyper-local marketing by providing empirical evidence of the mediating role of brand image at the micro level.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the factors that influence purchase intention for premium sportswear that carries out online shopping entrepreneurship. The population in this study were all customers at premium sportswear PT A. The sample obtained was 100 respondents using purposive sampling. The research results show that consumer reviews have a positive effect on purchase intention. Product originality has a positive effect on purchase intention. User interface has a positive effect on purchase intention. Delivery has a positive effect on purchase intention. Customer reviews, product originality, user interface, and delivery have a positive influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial attitudes and business capital on the income of processed food MSMEs in Jepara district. The population in this research are all entrepreneurs who are members of the MSME Center for processed food products in Jepara Regency with a total of 70 people. The sample used is a saturated sample, so everything is the population. The research results show that the entrepreneurial attitude variable partially has a positive and significant effect on MSME income. The business capital variable partially has a positive and significant effect on MSME income. The variables of entrepreneurial attitude and business capital simultaneously influence MSME income. Having capital, business experience, assisted by an entrepreneurial attitude can increase business income.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the value of financial performance at PT Telkomunikasi Industri Tbk using the Du Pont System with the help of TATO (Total Asset Trun Over), NPM (Net Profit Margin), EM (Equity Multiplier), Net Income to determine ROE (Retrun On Equity ), ROA (Return On Assets), ROI (Return On Investment) which are used to find out whether the company is in good condition or not. The analytical method used is Du Pont System analysis which uses telecommunications companies using the company PT Telkomunikasi Industri Tbk to test whether the company is in good condition or not. In this analysis, descriptive qualitative analysis is used which explains how the Du Pont System determines the financial performance of the company PT Telkomunikasi Industri Tbk. The results of this research can be concluded that the existence of the Du Pont System can help investors to find out the financial performance of each company and can compare with other companies whether the company is in good condition or not. In this research, PT Telkomunikasi Industri Tbk is not in a bad condition, it can be seen from the ROI (Return On Investment), ROA (Return On Asset), ROE (Return On Equity) values which have decreased.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected various economic sectors, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, which are the backbone of the economy. This study aims to investigate the factors that support the resilience of MSMEs after the pandemic by reviewing recent article from 2021 to 2024. Using a critical appraisal method, the research synthesizes findings from selected articles to highlight key strategies that enable MSMEs to adapt and thrive in a challenging environment. The findings indicate that factors such as digital technology adoption, innovative marketing strategies, creativity, religiosity, collaboration, financial support, and community engagement play a critical role in enhancing MSMEs resilience. The implications of these findings suggest that MSMEs should leverage these elements to improve competitiveness and sustainability, while policymakers can formulate effective strategies to support MSMEs recovery and growth in the post-pandemic era.

Abstract

The aims of this research: 1). Know and explain the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions at the A3 Parfum Ungaran Timur store 2). Understand and explain the influence of price on purchasing decisions at the A3 Parfum Ungaran Timur shop 3). Understand and explain the influence of trust on purchasing decisions at the A3 Parfum Ungaran Timur store. The population in this study were all consumers who bought perfume at the A3 Perfume Ungaran Timur Shop. This research was carried out using an accidental sampling technique, obtaining a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results can be concluded that: 1). Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The current advancements in information technology have brought significant benefits to the industrial world, particularly in the automotive sector. Website development in business and computer- based academic information system development are among the utilization of information technology. With information technology, Carsentro dealer data can be processed quickly and easily, enabling the presentation of accurate, fast, transparent, and efficient administrative information reports. The purpose of developing this system is to address existing issues in the old system by creating an administration information system for Carsentro dealer rental payment data. The implementation of a new system for Carsentro dealer data can improve record-keeping accountability, thus avoiding manual input recording errors that cannot be monitored by dealers renting space at Carsentro. In the development of this administrative information system, the data to be inputted includes information on when dealers joined the Carsentro ecosystem, the amount of monthly rental fee invoices, payment data, and dealer debt or receivables data. The software used is DBMS (Database Management System) MySql as the data storage medium, while programming languages such as PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML are used for interface development. This aims to facilitate both users and administrators in managing data.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), which consists of institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on financial performance, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), in the cosmetic sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2022. This study uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 6 companies. The data used in this research are secondary data in the form of annual reports obtained from the official websites of the companies or the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The analysis method employed is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 29. The results of this study show that: (1) Institutional ownership has an effect on Return on Assets. (2) Independent commissioners have an effect on Return on Assets. (3) Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on Return on Assets.
