Abstract

The purpose of this study is to what extent the application of the Selective method can improve the skills of underhand passing in volleyball games for fifth grade students at SDN 06 Tanjung Gunung. To improve lower passing skills in volleyball games, a design was carried out using the Classroom Action Research Method (CAR), with four stages consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting which are carried out systematically. With the research subject of class V students at SDN 06 Tanjung Gunung totaling 38 students. The data collection tool uses observation sheets and passing tests under volleyball games. From the results obtained after completing cycle I and cycle II, the learning of underhand passing skills in volleyball games through the Detective method showed quite satisfactory results. This can be seen from the average Pre-Implementation score of 23.4 to 28.2 in cycle I, or an increase of 20.5%. But in this first cycle, the percentage of students who got grades ≥ B was only 42%. Whereas in cycle II the average value of students rose to 33.9 or an increase of 44.8%. In cycle II, the percentage of students who scored ≥B reached 73.6%, this result has reached the target of 70% of the total number of students. It can be concluded that the systematic method provides an increase in lower passing skills in volleyball games at SDN 06 Tanjung Gunung.

Abstract

Volleyball is a game sport played by two opposing groups. Each group has six players. The principle of playing volleyball is to play the ball with divolley (hit with the limbs) and try to drop the ball into the opponent's field by crossing the ball over the net and keeping the ball from falling on its own field. Even though volleyball is a team game, mastering basic techniques individually is absolutely necessary. This means that in coaching in the early stages it is necessary to emphasize mastering the basic techniques of the game, one of which is the basic passing technique. To achieve high performance, it is necessary to have a good and regular physical training program to improve the bottom passing skills. Forms of physical exercise that can be applied include lifting barbells and push-ups, which aim to increase the strength of the arm and abdominal muscles of a player/student, thereby influencing the results of the match. The main problem in this research is; Is there an increase in lower passing skills in volleyball games through barbell lifting and push-up exercises for male students of class VI SD Negeri 01 Sukadana 2022/2023? Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan passing menggunakan kaki bagian dalam pada permainan sepak bola melalui metode bermain pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 19 Pampang Kecamatan Sukadana. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 19 Pampang Kecamatan Sukadana berjumlah 33 Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes passing dalam permainan sepak bola. Hasil penelitian pada pra siklus yang tuntas sebanyak 11 siswa atau 33%. terlihat masih sangat kurang siswa dalam keterampilan passing terdapat 22 siswa belum tuntas atau 67%, Pada Siklus I setelah menggunakan metode bermain siswa yang tuntas 61% atau sebanyak 20 siswa,tidak tuntas 39% atau sebanyak 13 siswa. Sedangkan siklus II yang dapat dilihat bahwa dari 33 siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 19 Pampang Kecamatan Sukadana terdapat yang tuntas sebanyak 28 siswa atau 85% dan 5 siswa tidak tuntas atau 15% .. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui metode bermain terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan passing menggunakan kaki bagian dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 19 Pampang

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) To find out the effect of pointing skills at a distance of 8 meters before being given training using paralon media on IKIP PGRI Pontianak petanque players. (2) To determine the effect of pointing skills at a distance of 8 meters after being given training using paralon media to IKIP PGRI Pontianak petanque players. (3) To find out whether there is an influence on the ability to point at a distance of 8 meters on petanque players at IKIP PGRI Pontianak. This type of research is experimental research and the form used is a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design research plan. The population in this study were 15 IKIP PGRI Pontianak pétanque players. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive and inferential statistics. The instruments used in this research were pre-test (initial test) and post-test (final test). The test result data is then analyzed through hypothesis testing with analysis of one paired sample. The results of the research show that there is an influence of training using paralon media on the skills of pointing a squatting position at a distance of 8 meters in petanque players at IKIP PGRI Pontianak, obtained a t_count value of 27.521 with a t_table value of 2.144 and a Sig of 0.05..

Abstract

Based on the results of observations made during the PORPROV 2022 event, the researchers found a problem, namely when competing in the Kuburaya Regency petanque athletes made many mistakes when throwing pointing at long distances, namely where the distance of 8-9 meters the point where the shot fell was not right, causing many points to fail and benefited the opposing team a lot as a result of failed points. Therefore, the researcher was interested in taking the title "The Effect of Training Using Tire Media on Increasing Pointing Ability in Squatting at a Distance of 9 Meters in Petanque Athletes in Kuburaya Regency" the purpose of this study was to see an increase in Pointing Ability in Squatting 9 Meters. This type of research is experimental research that is used to see and determine the effect of cause and effect between the independent and dependent variables. Data analysis technique is calculated by test (t). Data g test results T count = 7.146 and T table = 2.228 there is an increase of 4.918. The pretest data = 11.5 and the posttest data = 18.9. The results of the hypothesis test show that R count = 0.930, the value of R table = 0.631 both data R count and R table have a significant effect. The conclusion using the training method using the media tire on increasing the ability to point in squats at a distance of 9 meters.

Abstract

The aim is to find the relationship between Body Mass Index and Cardiovascular Endurance for men's futsal extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The data collection technique used is measurement, and the collection tool used is a test. The population in this study were male extracurricular students in grades VII, VIII and IX of SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak, totaling 30 students. The selection of the research sample was carried out by total sampling. The data analysis technique used was two statistical tests, namely Pearson's Spearman rank correlation and regression analysis with a significant level of 5%. The results of the study. The correlation coefficient test was carried out by consulting the price value of r count with the price of r table, at α = 0.000 - 0.199 with N = 30 obtained r table of 0.000 - 0.199. The correlation coefficient rx.y = 0.095, means that the correlation coefficient is very low (not significant). The hypothesis reads "there is no relationship between body mass index and cardiovascular endurance in men's futsal extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak." Not accepted with a positive relationship and with a low degree of correlation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran passing bawah bolavoli melalui metode problem based learning pada siswa kelas XI Sain SMA Swasta Santo Benediktus Pahauman tahun2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas,yang terdiri dari dua siklus, pada tiap siklus terdapat empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan,pelaksanaan,observasi,dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Sain SMA Swasta Santo Benediktus Pahauman Kecamatan Sengah Temila Kabupaten Landak tahun pelajaran 2022/2023, sebanyak 31 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil belajar passing bawah meningkat setelah dilakukan tindakan yang berupa pembelajaran passingbawah dengan menggunakan metode problem based learning dari siklus1sampai siklus 2. Peningkatan tersebut meliputi peningkatan pembelajaran dan peningkatan hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada siklus1 aktivitas pembelajaran mencapai54%, dan pada siklus 2 sudah mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 78%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pada siklus1 kemampuan passing bawah siswa rata-rata adalah 78,68, dan yang mendapat nilai 75 (berdasarkanKKM) sebanyak 20 siswa (64,52%), kemudian pada siklus2 meningkat lagi dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 81,5038 dan yang mendapat nilai mencapai KKM sebanyak 25 siswa (80,64%). Pada akhir siklus2 hasil belajar siswa mencapai target yang diharapkan yaitu 80,64% siswa dapat mencapai nilai KKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Freedom to learn curriculum in learning Physical Education Sports and Health (PJOK) in Pontianak City High Schools in implementing the Freedom Curriculum in terms of planning the learning process. implementation of the learning process. and assessment of the learning process This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were PJOK subject teachers at SMAs throughout Pontianak City. The sample in this study were high school teachers, totaling 10 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with percentages. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the application of the curriculum they learn in learning Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) in SMAs throughout Pontianak City belongs to the high category. Learning planning already refers to the Independent Learning Curriculum, its implementation has adjusted to school conditions and children's abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of shot put skills among 8th grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Tebas, Sambas Regency, through the use of modified equipment in physical education. This research employs the action research method following the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which includes four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instruments used in this study are shot put skill tests and observations. The results show that modifying the equipment can enhance students' shot put skills. In the first cycle of action, 20 students (56%) passed the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM) for the shot put skill test, compared to only 8 students (24%) in the pre-cycle. Furthermore, in the second cycle, 29 students (85%) passed the test. Therefore, modifying the equipment can significantly improve students' shot put skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok Melalui Metode penerapan gaya mengajar resiprokal pada siswa kelas XI IPA 1 Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 9 Kota Pontianak. Variabel yang terdapat dalam penelitian adalah variabel masalah dan variabel tindakan, variabel masalahnya adalah pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok, sedangkan variabel tindakannya adalah penerapan gaya mengajar resiprokal. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan dua siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi, dan kesimpulan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas XI IPA 1 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil peningkatan pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok diperoleh dengan cara membandingkan nilai observasi dengan awal tes sebelum tindakan yang dikenal dengan “pra siklus”. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilaksanakan, terdapat peningkatan nilai observasi siswa yang semula jumlah ketuntasan siswa dari pra siklus sebesar 31% kemudian disiklus I meningkat menjadi 61,11 % dan pada siklus kedua terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan yaitu mencapai 80,66% dari jumlah siswa sebanyak 36 orang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini metode penerapan gaya mengajar resiprokal terbukti dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok yang cukup baik,yaitu mengalami peningkatan nilai siswa dalam disetiap siklusnya
