According to the KBBI, a laboratory is a certain place or room and so on which is equipped with equipment for conducting experiments. The laboratory has various equipment that is able to support conducting experiments. The laboratory serves to improve the skills and expertise of researchers in using the equipment available in the laboratory. In addition, the laboratory also functions as a learning tool for students to be able to understand and understand all abstract knowledge so that it is concrete and real. While the simulator is a tool to perform simulations. Malahayati Merchant Marine Polytechnic is one of the vocational colleges that has laboratory infrastructure and simulators for nautical studies, marine engineering and ship electrical systems. This study aims to see the extent to which the optimization of the use of practical learning media in laboratories and simulators in supporting vocational education at the Malahayati Merchant Marine Polytechnic.

Learning Project Based Learning (PjBL) models provide opportunities for teachers to improve nationalist character, mutual cooperation and independent students in learning. The PjBL model gives students the opportunity to experiment with producing work according to related materials. This will make students better understand the learning material and can improve learning achievement. The purpose of the research is to increase the character building and learning achievement by implementing Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning models in biotechnology topics. The research population was students of grade IX-A SMPN 3 Cibarusah academic year 2022/2023 It belonged to class action research. It consists of two cycles. The results of this research showed that the implementation of PjBL was able to increase character building from 68.97% to 89.

The background of this research is that the number of violence is increasing, the violence that occurs is not only in the physical but psychological or psychological aspects, and the number of violence that occurs in schools is in the top 3 ranking of violence that occurs in families and alternative care settings. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. The results of this study indicate that 1) Child-friendly school planning is carried out based on the program and there is an obligation to participate in the Adiwiyata School program, 2) Mechanisms for division of tasks and management functions for child-friendly schools are regulated based on a school principal's decision letter, 3) Supervision of child-friendly schools has been carried out by schools since students after attending MPLS, in learning, participation in extracurricular activities and the interactions they build, especially with teachers, friends and their parents, 4) Organizing child-friendly schools is guided by rules, which is one of the components used as a benchmark for achieving friendly schools children is in terms of learning, 5) Obstacles faced related to child-friendly school planning in general there is still a lack of facilities to support child-friendly school programs, especially interesting places to develop their talents and interests, and 6) The solution is to provide learning facilities ber indoor and outdoor facilities that can support the implementation of the learning process.

Today the attitudes and behavior of the younger generation are starting to ignore the noble values that have long been a national tradition and run in everyday life, such as honesty, politeness, togetherness, and religious values. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Character Strengthening in Boarding School Students. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning activities at boarding schools combined with character building has a great impact on improving student character. Learning at boarding school applies general learning and Islamic education consequently. So, every student must have an honest attitude and all these activities are also reflected in the daily life of students in the dormitory.

This study aimed to analyze lecturers' perceptions of transformational leadership on lecturers' creativity in independent campus at higher education in Indonesia. The research design used is a quantitative study in which hypotheses are tested through survey methods. The sampling technique in this study was targeted sampling using a non-probability sampling method, and the criteria were lecturers at higher education in Indonesia who had been on the Freedom Campus for > 1 year. Data analysis technique using SEM – PLS (Smart PLS). The findings of this study were that perceptions of transformational leadership had positive effect to lecturers' relationship, however, there was no impact to increase on lecturers' creativity.
