Abstract

Juanda Airport Access Road, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java has a length of 3.15km with a width of 6m and there are 73 lighting points with a pole height of 12m and a distance between poles of 44m with a total of 8 single-arm poles and 65 double-arm poles. In addition, the street lighting lamps installed are 72 150 watt LED lamps and 66 250 watt SON-T type lamps. The measurement results are 26.37 lux for a 150 watt LED type lamp and 10.27 lux for a 250 watt SON-T lamp. However, from the many lights that have been installed, the lighting on the access road to Juanda Airport is still not optimal and many blackspots are found in certain areas. Therefore, it is necessary to do a re-analysis so that the road lighting for the Juanda Airport access road can meet the standards. The results of the analysis concluded that by carrying out a simulation on the dialux application according to the conditions in the field, 73 points of lighting poles were needed, the handlebar angle of the ornament was 14.06o with a total of 138 196 watt LED lights with an intensity of 15 lux which was in accordance with the standards of the Indonesian National Standards Agency 7391 : 2008 regarding the specifications for street lighting in urban areas and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources 2014 for collector road classes for national road status, namely 15 - 20lux.

Abstract

Gadung (Dioscoreahispida Dennst), is a tuber-like plant that grows vines and also climbs with a height of 5-20 m. tuber production from gadung plants can be increased if this plant is cultivated intensively because naturally this plant can grow and develop very well in tropical climates. Gadung tubers have various health benefits and have high economic value. Processed gadung tubers, commonly known as gadung crackers, can become a business opportunity to meet the needs of the community, both from the upper, middle and lower classes. Because these processed products are light and healthy snacks and the price is affordable. This study uses a qualitative approach. The type of research used is library research with the documentation method, namely finding and studying data regarding variables in the form of notes, documents, books, journals and so on. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used is content analysis method. To test the validity of this research data using a credibility test by increasing persistence, researchers also use source triangulation techniques. Business opportunities in doing business have many indicators that must be recognized and several factors that must be considered so that they can minimize the impact of failure of business opportunities in their business

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of ice cream stick teaching aids in improving students' learning outcomes in mathematics multiplication material. This research is a classroom action research. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a class action research type. The source of the data in this study were class 2 students at SDI Alexandria. The method used is the method of observation (observe). In the initial conditions of learning cycle 1 students did not understand what was conveyed by the teacher. At the learning improvement stage in cycle 2, some students almost understood what was conveyed by the teacher. At the stage of improving learning cycle 3 the delivery of objectives and concepts has been understood by students. And the activeness of students and learning outcomes are satisfactory. Student learning also increased, namely some students who got satisfactory grades.

Abstract

Consumerism is an ideology that makes a person or group carry out consumption activities or use goods produced excessively, unconsciously and continuously. Instilling religious values, AFI FUSI UIN-SU students are also instilled with a wise mindset through Islamic philosophy courses as a compulsory subject. This research is a qualitative research type of field study using a philosophical approach. This study aims to identify matters concerning the consumer behavior level of AFI students towards the Shopee Application and the impact of the shopee application on the consumerism behavior of AFI students. The results of this study show that the consumerism behavior of AFI students towards the shopee application has been proven true and is endemic to AFI students to date, The impact of consumer behavior on the shopee application is divided into two, namely positive and negative.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the marketing communication strategy of PT.Halal Network International-Herba Penawar Al Wahida in attracting consumer interest in the Silver expanse sub-district. The location of this research is precisely on Jl. Besar Klambir V, Hamparan Perak. This research is included in the qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the condition of the phenomena in the field that occur at PT. HNI-HPAI in Hamparan Perak District and used data collection techniques in this study, namely by interview, observation, and documentation. The data sources in this study are Loyal Diamond Executive Director, Senior Director, Senior Manager and Consumers. The results showed that there were 4 communication strategies implemented by PT. HNI-HPAI in attracting consumer interest in Hamparan Perak District, and it can be concluded that according to the 4P marketing mix, namely Product, Price, Place, and Promotion, the factors that hinder marketing communication strategies HNI HPAI in attracting consumer interest, being rejected by consumers, internal problems, high prices and factors that support the HPAI HNI marketing communication strategy in attracting consumer interest, consumer testimonials, support systems, cashback according to the rank of HNI HPAI Stock Agent.

Abstract

Leaders of companies or organizations are mostly led by men. But now, a woman can lead a business. Every leader, whether male or female, has a certain way of being a leader. Gender is a factor in how a woman feels valued. There are four types of women's empowerment, namely women's empowerment through feminism, women's empowerment through transactivism, and women's empowerment through transformation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of female leadership applied in an organization. . The type of analysis used is quantitative descriptivism. Among these leadership styles, the leader who is dominant in the transformational leadership style is clearly visible when compared to the transactional leadership style. However, among the feminine and transformational leadership styles, leaders tend to show greater dominance in the use of the feminine leadership style. This is because leaders are people or team oriented individuals and have charisma.

Abstract

The Student Organization is a forum for university-level student members, where this organization will act as a catalyst for the growth of student aspirations. In addition, student organizations play an important role in developing student interests and talents. The purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of student activity unit leaders is. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection used questionnaires to 5 respondents and data processing was processed using SPSS. The result is a graph from SPSS which states that each UKM leader has a variable with a good rating in providing the best performance for the UKM he leads. There are no UKM leaders who fulfill all the leader assessment variables.

Abstract

The learning motivation of students at SDN 023 Pandau Jaya, Kampar Regency, is still relatively low because some of the students whose parents participate are not optimal both physically and non-physically. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of parental participation on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 023 Pandau Jaya, Kampar Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative approach to the ex-post facto method. The population of this study was 87 students of class V with the sampling technique using the non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling. So a sample of 87 students consisted of 46 boys and 41 girls. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and was processed using a correlation test with the help of SPSS Version 24. The results showed that based on the calculation of the research hypothesis that had been carried out, it was found that the value of tcount > ttable (7,580 > 1,980), then Ha was accepted, Ho was rejected. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is an influence between parent participation on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 023 Pandau Jaya, Kampar Regency.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the understanding of the flow of cognitive theory in the learning process in learning. Cognitive-psychological processes include how information is obtained, presented and transformed into knowledge that is raised again as a guide in human attitudes and behavior. Learning is a mental or psychological activity that takes place in active interaction with the environment which results in changes in knowledge, understanding, skills, and attitude values. which is relatively permanent. Learning will be more successful if the material studied is meaningful. Active student involvement in each learning syntax is very important because only with active students can the process of assimilation and accommodation of knowledge and experience occur properly.

Abstract

Leadership is an individual action that can have an impact on the community (regional heads have an impact on the community) in order to get support for village development goals. The ability of a leader to influence his followers and persuade them to work according to his instructions is referred to as a leader's style. A philosophy called situational leadership places a strong emphasis on the state of followers or subordinates. Use research techniques to gather scientific knowledge carefully by gathering sources from research literature found in various scientific journals. Consultative and participatory leadership styles are among the many styles available in situational leadership. Both suggest that if leadership has been used, especially in development that is supported by a transparent development plan and carried out in accordance with established pathways and processes.
