Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of brand image and service quality on the use of DANA e-wallet among students at Andalas University, Payakumbuh Campus. The method used in this research is a quantitative analysis method. The data used is primary data collected through questionnaires. To measure the magnitude of the influence of these variables, validity tests, reliability tests of regression equations, coefficients of determination, validity tests and reliability tests are used with the help of the SPSS computer application program. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely the results of validity tests, reliability tests with valid and reliable results. , The correlation between brand image and usage decisions is 0.486 and the service quality variable on purchasing decisions is 0.544. So, service quality has a strong relationship. From the results of the Analytical Regression, the equation obtained is: Y=12.215+0.491+0.206X, where Y = Usage Decision, and X1= Brand Image, X2 = service quality. From the calculation results of the regression equation test regarding the influence of brand image and service quality on the decision to use the DANA e-wallet, there is a positive or direct relationship between service quality influencing the decision to use.

Abstract

In any type of business, leadership is required and plays an important role in the management process. By leading and influencing others, leaders plan and manage available resources to maximize the performance of their subordinates. The leadership approach used and the level of satisfaction among followers both influence how effective a leader is. It is a significant difficulty to develop into effective leaders in the current and future generations of millennial society. Due to tensions and environmental factors at that time, many leaders emerged following the times. Effective administration will be achieved in the millennial generation era if the leader can fulfill the requirements as a credible leader, and has broad capacity, intelligence, and ambition. However, a successful leader must also be honest, have integrity, and be made according to the needs of the people. The independence and energy of the millennial entrepreneurial generation must be supported by millennial leadership. Independence and entrepreneurship are two fundamental pillars that must exist when building a nation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Good recruitment carried out by a research company is believed to improve company performance because the human resources produced are not haphazard/high quality, are used to not being influenced by the habits of Collusion, Corruption and Nepotism, are educated, and have high integrity. Of course, this must be supported by good selection and must be implemented by a company so that employee performance can be achieved more easily. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data in this research was distributed using an online questionnaire method to employees and a number of HRD PT. As many as 200 employees and 100 HRD are spread across Indonesia, all of which contain statements of agree, strongly agree, disagree, strongly disagree and indifferent. This data can also be called primary data. The result in this research show show a positive relationship and a significant influence on employee performance with a value of 0.031 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. Thus the first hypothesis and the researcher's first belief are accepted and can be proven. Not too different from the statement above, if a good recruitment process is accompanied by good results, high employee integrity, employee professionalism and the quality of human resources which will ultimately have an impact on employee performance will be easier to obtain. This can be proven by the results of the third table of Path Coefficients in this research which shows a positive relationship and a more significant influence on employee performance because the P-Values value is positive and has a more significant influence, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.031. Thus the second hypothesis and second belief in this research can be accepted. Keywords: Recruitment, Employee Performance, Selection

Abstract

Leaders of companies or organizations are mostly led by men. But now, a woman can lead a business. Every leader, whether male or female, has a certain way of being a leader. Gender is a factor in how a woman feels valued. There are four types of women's empowerment, namely women's empowerment through feminism, women's empowerment through transactivism, and women's empowerment through transformation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of female leadership applied in an organization. . The type of analysis used is quantitative descriptivism. Among these leadership styles, the leader who is dominant in the transformational leadership style is clearly visible when compared to the transactional leadership style. However, among the feminine and transformational leadership styles, leaders tend to show greater dominance in the use of the feminine leadership style. This is because leaders are people or team oriented individuals and have charisma.

Abstract

The Student Organization is a forum for university-level student members, where this organization will act as a catalyst for the growth of student aspirations. In addition, student organizations play an important role in developing student interests and talents. The purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of student activity unit leaders is. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection used questionnaires to 5 respondents and data processing was processed using SPSS. The result is a graph from SPSS which states that each UKM leader has a variable with a good rating in providing the best performance for the UKM he leads. There are no UKM leaders who fulfill all the leader assessment variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya belajar dan solusi mengatasi masalah yang timbul akibat keberagaman gaya belajar. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi lapangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Kampus 2 Universitas Andalas yang masih atau sudah menyelesaikan masa studi. Adapun sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Kampus 2 Universitas Andalas yang masih aktif berkuliah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Kampus 2 Universitas Andalas memiliki gaya belajar yang paling dominan adalah gaya belajar tipe visual, (2) Solusi untuk mengatasi gaya belajar mahasiswa yang menyukai pendekatan visual, audiotorial, dan kinestetik, dan (3) masalah keberagaman gaya belajar mahasiswa dapat diatasi dengan metode belajar yang variatif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran Traveloka dan Airbnb dalam menghadapi persaingan ketat di industri online travel agen. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif studi pustaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research), pengumpulan data dengan cara mencari sumber dan merkontruksi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan riset-riset yang sudah ada. Hasil penelitian Strategi yang dilakukan Airbnb berdasarkan segmentation, positioning, targeting yang mana Airbnb befokus pada kepuasan pelanggan Traveloka adalah dengan mengedepankan kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya mengenai tiket berbagai macam maskapai serta fasilitas untuk pembelian tiket.

Abstract

With the increasing number of passengers boarding airplanes, the government is trying to increase the capacity of Indonesian aircraft. The business world has entered a globalization era, meaning that competition is getting stronger, not only for domestic companies but even for multinational companies. The purpose of this research is to determine the satisfaction of airplane passengers with the work environment and the performance of employees at Minangkabau International Airport. The population in this study were passenger passengers who had traveled through Minangkabau International Airport, with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis results from the questionnaire were processed using quadrant analysis with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The results of the data analysis show that, overall, passengers are satisfied with the performance provided by the airport.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap dan minat konsumen untuk menggunakan ulang layanan transportasi online PayoApp di kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS v.3 terhadap 130 responden yang ada di kota Payakumbuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung variabel persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap konsumen. Kemudian, sikap konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat untuk menggunakan ulang layanan PayoApp. Selain itu, sikap konsumen memiliki peran mediasi dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antara variabel exogen dengan variabel endogen dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Maxim merupakan salah satu bisnis transportasi online. Kesan konsumen terhadap suatu merek mungkin dipengaruhi secara positif atau negatif oleh iklan. Metode dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah teknik kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada warga Sumatera Barat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sudah banyak yang menggunakan aplikasi maxim sebagai aplikasi transportasi online, maxim-food, maxim-delivery, dan lainnya. Promosi pemasaran yang dilakukan pada platfrom YouTube sangat efektif bagi iklan maxim karena dapat menjangkau berbagai calon konsumen yang berada dimana saja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan berbagai macam usia yang mengakses YouTube dan iklan maxim dikenal oleh calon kunsumen.
