Abstract

This research examines the influence of Nadia Omara's content on the perceptions and interests of media platform followers. This research uses qualitative description. The results of this research show how the influence of Nadia Omara's content on the perceptions and interests of her followers on social media platforms opens up an interesting discussion space in the context of digital content. Through in-depth exploration of her content, it can be concluded that the language style, authenticity and engagement that Nadia Omara displays have a significant impact on the experience of her followers. This influence is reflected in various aspects, including increasing positive perceptions of a healthy lifestyle, mental health and happiness. A unique and distinctive language style is the main characteristic of Nadia Omara's content, creating an appeal that differentiates her from other content creators. The way he conveys each piece of information and story to the audience includes the use of an interesting language style so that it can attract the attention of the audience because the delivery is good and easy to understand. These language styles can include personification, metaphor, simile, association, litotes, and so on. High engagement and positive responses from followers also reflect Nadia Omara's success in designing content that can stimulate the interest and involvement of her followers.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of the participation of students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sumbawa Technology University in organizations on critical thinking patterns. The problem formulation that will be discussed in this research is the role of participation in organizations in changing the critical thinking patterns of students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This research aims to determine the role of participation in organizations on changes in the critical thinking patterns of students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method, namely describing the data as it is and explaining the data or events with qualitative explanatory statements to obtain in-depth information, as well as data that contains significant meaning and can influence the research object. This research produced several results. Students get the opportunity to develop thinking patterns, analytical thinking skills, as well as communication and negotiation skills. The participation of students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences in student organizations that encourage debate and discussion activities provides important benefits. These discussions and debates train students in critical thinking, develop communication skills, and convey opinions clearly and persuasively.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of social media, especially Instagram, as a promotional platform for the Jakarta Parkour community. Social media makes it easy to build relationships and interact with other users. Instagram, with 22 million active users in Indonesia, is an effective choice for promotion, especially for the Jakarta Parkour community. The article also notes the development of Parkour in Indonesia and the establishment and development of the Jakarta Parkour Community through social media, especially Instagram. This scientific article discusses how Instagram social media can be effectively used in promoting the Parkour Jakarta community using the Uses and Gratifications theory and using the AISAS model to identify the promotional effects used by Pakour Jakarta on Instagram social media. This research aims to understand how Instagram social media fulfills these characteristics in the promotional effects used by the Jakarta Parkour community. The research approach used is qualitative. The results of this research are the Jakarta Parkour community's Instagram social media with reference to the Uses and Gratification theory which includes audience characteristics. This community has fulfilled various characteristics such as using Instagram to fill free time, escape from routine, create social bonds, provide entertainment, interact socially, provide information, provide relaxation, and create joy. The promotional effect of the Jakarta Parkour Community through Instagram social media using the AISAS model, shows that the use of this platform provides various benefits, including the ability to attract attention, create interest, facilitate information search, encourage action, and support information sharing. This research highlights that the use of social media Instagram effectively strengthens promotional interactions and participation in promoting a community.

Abstract

Small Medium Emeetrise (MSME) is a productive businessowned by individuals or business entities that meets the criteria for being a micro enterprise. MSME, because it is still a microbusiness, has many obstacles to develop. During COVID-19pandemic, many MSMEs in Tandes Village were forced to closetheir business. The level of demand also decreased significantly and thus led them near to bankruptcy. Through this program, we, Ciputra University students, are trying to contribute tosolutions to problems in society. This program aims to helpTandes village Fermented Glutinous Rice Products to be moreattractive and viable in various ways, that supports culinary tourism in Tandes village including marketing, trust, health and safety guarantees, and various other small product details. A visit to Tandes Village to provide support to MSMEs wascarried out on December 13, 2023. We all went there to handover the logo and packaging design. We also help promote theirproducts through our social media. From the results of ourpromotion, more than 20 product sales have been successfullycarried out and purchased by our relatives and friends.

Abstract

Writing is not only an essential skill for students but also a crucial aspect in the development of teaching and learning skills for teachers. This abstract discusses the key role of writing in strengthening the abilities of teachers. Based on the analysis of the situation and challenges faced by partners, faculty members as implementers of the Community Service Program (PKM) and professionals from the university will provide a solution to address the difficulties experienced by teachers in writing scientific articles. The solution comes in the form of training in writing scientific papers for elementary school teachers at SDN 01 Sukamulia, Sukamulia District, East Lombok Regency. This training can be described as running with enthusiasm and smoothness due to the significant support in this activity. This activity is also beneficial for teachers to practice writing scientific articles, thereby enhancing the abilities of each teacher at SDN 01 Sukamulia. The results of this activity indicate that elementary school teachers at SDN 01 Sukamulia have gained understanding in writing scientific articles and the methods of publication in accredited or non-accredited national journals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of bureaucratic reform in human resource development at the The Youth and Sports Service of the city of Padang. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, in determining informants the researcher used a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. From the research results, it can be seen that the implementation of bureaucratic reform in human resource development at the Padang City Youth and Sports Service has gone well. However, it can also be noted that employee skills and expertise are still inadequate, therefore explaining how important it is to provide training for State Civil Apparatus for agencies that need it. The Padang City Youth and Sports Service has carried out bureaucratic reform in the aspect of human resource reform. Human resource development through (1) employee recruitment such as employee recruitment (2) competency-based employee development such as job descriptions for structural and non-structural employees, employee job grading, employee position competency document standards, employee position competency profile maps and training (3) assessment of individual employee performance through employee work targets (SKP) (4) development of a personnel information system through an employee data base. However, in the process of implementing bureaucratic reform in developing human resources at the Padang City Youth and Sports Department, there are obstacles, namely the position placement is not in accordance with the level of education, there is still a lack of adequate infrastructure, there is still a lack of provision of inadequate training for civil servant from the regional government. local. One of the efforts made by the Padang City Youth and Sports Department is to collaborate with the regional government and provide training for civil servant.

Abstract

The integration of technology in education has become a crucial component, enhancing the learning process and adapting to contemporary needs. The background of utilizing technology in education encompasses various essential aspects. This study employs the library research method, which involves examining literature sources such as books, notes, and reports from previous research to gather pertinent data related to the research topic. Technology's role in education has evolved into an indispensable element, enhancing the learning journey and aligning with the current era. Library research, a method relying on literature sources like books, notes, and reports from past research, is instrumental in collecting relevant information. Educators are urged to judiciously incorporate the use of TikTok, considering school policies, and striking a balance between leveraging its positive aspects and mitigating potential risks. The adoption of TikTok in Akidah Akhlak learning yields innovative benefits, such as heightened learning motivation, active student engagement, and creative utilization of educational media. Nevertheless, challenges, including restricted access and adverse influences, necessitate careful consideration. Educators must approach the integration of TikTok thoughtfully, adhering to school policies and implementing risk-mitigation strategies. A well-devised strategy and a comprehensive approach are crucial to ensuring that TikTok serves as an effective and secure tool in Akidah Akhlak learning.

Abstract

The ever-growing internet can encourage students to experience the phenomenon of problematic internet use. This study aims to provide empirical evidence between the relationship between subjective well-being and problematic internet use in college students. This study is a correlational study of 272 students in West Sumatra. Data were collected using Diener's subjective well-being measurement tool and Caplan's generalized problematic internet use-2 (GPIUS2) which has been adapted into Indonesian. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing using Spearman correlation showed a positive and significant relationship between subjective well-being and problematic internet use in students with r=0, 218 and a significant level of p=0.000 (p<0.05). The direction of the positive relationship means that the higher the subjective well-being, the higher the problematic internet use in students, on the other hand, the lower the subjective well-being, the lower the problematic internet use in students. These results indicate that students' high happiness is associated with strong Internet usage behavior, and the results of this study differ from previous studies.

Abstract

Being able to empathize, put yourself in the position of others, and have social concern is a duty that should be held by Duta Generasi Berencana (GenRe). This study aims to test the impact of perspective taking training on improved prosocial behavior in GenRe Teens. The research uses experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design technique. The subjects of the study were 30 youths of GenRe Kota Padang who were divided into experimental and control groups. The instruments used were prosocial behavior scales. The experimental groups were treated as perspective taking training with role play methods, while the control groups were not treated. The results of the study showed significant differences in prosocial behavior scores between the experimental group and the control group at posttest, where the prosotional scores of experimental groups were higher. It indicates that the training perspective taking effectively improves the prosocial behavior of teenagers GenRe City Padang. Thus, this training can be recommended to develop social care and behavioral aid in adolescents.

Abstract

Indonesia is renowned for the variety of its plant life. Although poorly managed, Indonesia is a mega-biodiversity nation with a wealth of medicinal plants and significant development potential. Owned natural resources have benefited people's everyday lives in addition to being used as food and traditional medicine. Gaharu is a type of biodiversity that has the potential to be used in traditional medicine. Aquilaria agaloccha Rox, a member of the Thymeliaceae family, is the source of gaharu, however it can also be found in plants from the Leguminoceae and Euphorbiaceae families. The general populace believes that gaharu leaves can decrease blood pressure and act as an antioxidant. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) technique is the research methodology utilized in literature review articles. Publish or Perish, (2010-2023), is the text that was utilized. Gaharu (Aquilaria malaccensis L.) is a plant that may create secondary metabolites in the form of phenols, terpenoids, flavonoids, glycosides, tannins, and steroids/triterpenoids, all of which are potent antioxidants, according to the findings of a literature study.
