Abstract

Indonesia is one of the world's largest coffee-producing countries, yet the export potential of premium coffee products, including Ijen-Raung Arabica Coffee from Bondowoso, has not been fully realized due to limited domestic market adoption and increasing global competition. This study aims to formulate an effective marketing strategy for Ijen-Raung Arabica Coffee by integrating Sharia principles to enhance its competitiveness in the international market. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation, and a literature review conducted in Bondowoso Regency, East Java, and were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that an effective international marketing strategy should integrate the marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion), market segmentation, and target market selection with Sharia marketing principles, including honesty, transparency, fairness, social responsibility, and halal value chain integration. In addition, the distinctive flavor, premium quality, product innovation, continuous quality improvement, product differentiation, and digital marketing strengthen the competitive advantage of Ijen-Raung Arabica Coffee in the global market. The study concludes that integrating Sharia-based marketing principles with product quality enhancement and digital marketing provides an effective strategy for expanding the international market presence of Ijen-Raung Arabica Coffee while maintaining ethical and sustainable business practices

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Debt-to-Asset Ratio (DAR), and Operating Cash Flow (OCF) on corporate liquidity, as proxied by the Current Ratio (CR). The study population includes all companies in the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020–2024. Using purposive sampling, a final sample of 7 companies was obtained, comprising a total of 140 panel data observations, which were analyzed using SPSS. The data analysis techniques applied included descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results of the partial tests (t-tests) show that WCT has a positive and significant effect on CR (beta = 0.209); (Sig. = 0.00), and OCF has a positive and significant effect on CR (beta = 0.195); (Sig. = 0.012). Conversely, DAR was found to have a negative and significant effect on CR (beta = -0.507); (Sig. = 0.000) and was the most dominant variable influencing liquidity. Simultaneously (F-test), all three independent variables had a significant effect on CR with an F-value of 42.991 (Sig. = 0.000). The Adjusted R-Square value of 0.787 indicates that 78.7% of the variation in liquidity can be explained by this model, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Management is advised to optimize working capital turnover and maintain a balanced debt structure to ensure the company’s liquidity stability. The implementation of the research findings emphasizes the need for management to improve working capital efficiency by accelerating the cash cycle and limiting the asset-based debt ratio to maintain liquidity stability.

Abstract

This study examines the empirical impact of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Price-to-Book Value (PBV). Using a purposive sampling approach, this study identified 48 Consumer Non-Cyclical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the observation period from 2021 to 2025. This research adopted a quantitative method, and the analysis was based on secondary data collected from the companies' annual financial reports. Through descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing, the results indicated that the combination of ROA, DER, and TATO had a significant effect on PBV. In contrast, partial analysis showed different dynamics; while ROA and DER showed a significant partial effect, TATO did not reach statistical significance independently. Furthermore, the explanatory power of this framework is reflected in an adjusted R-squared (R2) of 0.473, implying that 47.3% of the variance in PBV is driven by these three independent predictors. The remaining 52.7% is due to external factors not included in the current estimation model

Abstract

This study explores digital resilience strategies within the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) ecosystem in the Lengkong Culinary Night area, Bandung. The ‘night economy’ phenomenon is often confronted with structural vulnerabilities, ranging from weather volatility to hyper-competitive spatial competition. Using a qualitative approach with a participatory case study and netnography design, this study investigates how the integration of digital infrastructure transforms the adaptive capabilities of street vendors. The research findings indicate that the adoption of contactless payment technologies and logistics aggregator platforms functions not merely as a marketing tool, but has evolved into an essential coping mechanism when physical interactions are disrupted. Through the lens of Dynamic Capabilities Theory, MSMEs have proven capable of sensing algorithmic market trends in real time, executing innovations nimbly, and restructuring their business models into hybrid offline-to-online (O2O) models. Furthermore, area governance that prioritises a community-based approach and cross-departmental collaboration has helped to strengthen the physical ecosystem underpinning this virtual resilience. This study formulates the Grassroots Socio-Technical Resilience model, which demonstrates that institutional resilience in the digital age can be organically built by the informal sector through the fusion of sociological creativity and technological adaptation.
