Abstract

Digital experience has become an important part of ecotourism development because tourists often become familiar with destinations through social media, online reviews, and visual content before visiting. This study aims to analyze the role of digital experience in shaping visitor satisfaction and environmental awareness in the development of sustainable ecotourism in Maluku Tenggara. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews and field observations. The informants consisted of tourists, tourism managers, local MSME actors, community members, and tour guides. The data were analyzed through thematic coding, including data reduction, theme grouping, and interpretive meaning-making. The findings show that digital experience functions as an initial gateway for the formation of tourist expectations, especially through Instagram, Google Reviews, TikTok, and WhatsApp. Visitor satisfaction is influenced by natural beauty, affordable prices, basic facilities, cleanliness, clarity of information, and the consistency between digital promotion and the actual condition of the destination. Environmental awareness increased when visitors received direct education from managers or guides, supported by digital media such as short videos and QR codes. This study finds that digital experience functions not only as a promotional tool but also as an educational medium that reinforces sustainable ecotourism. The research was conducted at Hoat Tamngil, Rumadian Village, providing a clear local context for the findings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, tourism facilities, and Islamic literacy culture on tourists' revisit intention in Baloli Tourism Village, North Luwu Regency. It employs a quantitative explanatory approach using a survey method with 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, as well as hypothesis testing through t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence revisit intention (R² = 93.3%). Partially, tourism facilities have a positive and significant effect, and Islamic literacy culture is the most dominant variable. Notably, service quality shows a significant negative effect (β = –0.162, p = 0.030), which is interpreted as a saturation effect: when tourists rate service quality as already meeting high expectations (mean = 4.70, strongly agree), it no longer serves as a primary differentiator but rather a baseline prerequisite, while Islamic literacy culture becomes the main driver of revisit intention. These findings suggest that tourism village development must integrate service, physical facilities, and Islamic values as a sustainable competitive strategy.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of internet technology on business development within the context of digital transformation. The rapid advancement of internet-based technologies has fundamentally reshaped business structures, shifting traditional linear value chains toward integrated digital ecosystems. This study aims to synthesize how internet utilization influences business model innovation, marketing transformation, strategic adaptation, human resource development, and cybersecurity management. The study employs a conceptual synthesis approach based on existing literature on digital transformation, platform economy, dynamic capabilities, and organizational change. The findings indicate that internet technology serves as a foundational infrastructure that enables the emergence of platform-based business models, enhances global market accessibility, and supports data-driven decision-making processes. In addition, digital marketing has evolved into an interactive and customer-centered system, driven by big data analytics, social media engagement, and omnichannel communication strategies. Furthermore, the analysis reveals that human resource capabilities play a critical role in determining the success of digital transformation initiatives. Organizations require continuous workforce reskilling, digital literacy enhancement, and adaptive leadership to effectively respond to technological disruption. The study also identifies cybersecurity as a major challenge in digital business environments, requiring integrated governance, technical safeguards, and organizational awareness to mitigate risks related to data breaches and cyber threats. Based on the synthesis of findings, this study proposes a conceptual framework consisting of five interconnected dimensions: technological adoption, business model innovation, strategic adaptation, human resource development, and cybersecurity management. The interaction among these dimensions determines the effectiveness of internet-driven business transformation. The study concludes that sustainable competitive advantage in the digital era depends on the ability of organizations to integrate technological capabilities with managerial strategies and human capital development within dynamic digital ecosystems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of double date promotions and Cash on Delivery (COD) on purchase decisions, with purchase intention as a mediating variable among Shopee users in Jambi City. This study employed an associative quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4. The population consisted of millennial Muslim women aged 30–44 years residing in Jambi City who had purchased fashion products through Shopee. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. The findings indicate that double date promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while purchase intention significantly influences purchase decisions. Furthermore, purchase intention fully mediates the relationship between double date promotions and purchase decisions. In contrast, COD does not significantly affect either purchase intention or purchase decisions, and purchase intention does not mediate the relationship between COD and purchase decisions. These results suggest that consumers do not make purchasing decisions directly because of promotional programs; rather, promotions first increase purchase intention, which subsequently drives purchasing decisions. This study highlights the crucial role of purchase intention as a mechanism through which promotional strategies influence consumer behavior. Practically, the findings imply that Shopee sellers and digital marketers targeting millennial Muslim women should prioritize attractive and well-designed double date promotional campaigns to strengthen consumers’ purchase intention, rather than relying solely on COD facilities to encourage purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine the effect of asset governance strategy on asset utilization optimization and non-tax state revenue (PNBP) in Public Service Agency State Universities (PTN BLU), with supervision and control as a mediating variable. Asset governance strategy in this study consists of three main dimensions: asset inventory, legal audit, and asset valuation. A causal quantitative approach was adopted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the LISREL program. The study involved 275 respondents from 55 PTN BLU. The findings indicate that asset inventory, legal audit, and asset valuation significantly affect supervision and control (t-values > 3.7). Asset inventory has a direct effect on asset utilization optimization (t = 10.13), while legal audit and valuation influence it indirectly through supervision. This confirms that supervision and control serve as an important mediating mechanism in strengthening the relationship between asset governance strategy and asset utilization optimization. Supervision has a significant direct effect on optimization (t = 4.99), and optimization significantly drives PNBP (t = 7.92). The model demonstrated good fit indices (CFI = 0.97; RMSEA = 0.065). These results underscore the importance of an integrated control system to enhance asset efficiency and non-tax revenue contribution in higher education governance.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technologies has transformed financial management practices and reshaped organizational performance in the digital economy. This study aims to examine the role of digital financial transformation, including artificial intelligence (AI), financial technology (fintech), big data analytics, and cloud-based financial systems, in improving corporate financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review of academic journals, industry reports, and relevant publications on digital finance and financial innovation. The findings reveal that digital financial transformation contributes significantly to key financial performance indicators, including cost efficiency, profitability, financial reporting accuracy, risk management effectiveness, and decision-making quality. AI-driven analytics enable organizations to forecast financial trends, identify potential risks, and optimize resource allocation more effectively. Additionally, fintech and digital banking solutions enhance transaction speed, accessibility, and financial inclusion. Despite these benefits, organizations face challenges related to cybersecurity risks, regulatory compliance, implementation costs, and limited digital competencies among employees. This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the strategic importance of integrating digital finance and AI into financial management practices to achieve sustainable growth, financial resilience, and long-term competitive advantage in an increasingly digital business environment.
