Abstract

In the increasingly developing digital era, data security and access rights management have become crucial aspects in information systems, especially on platforms that manage specific content such as anime. The Anime Content Management Information System (SIPKA) requires a robust security mechanism to protect user data, content and access rights in order to prevent security threats such as unauthorized access, data theft and content manipulation. This study discusses various methods and technologies that can be applied to improve data security and access rights management in SIPKA. Through literature analysis and case studies, this research found that implementing data encryption, multifactor authentication, and role-based access rights management (RBAC) systems are effective strategies in maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide guidance for SIPKA developers and managers in implementing appropriate security policies and technology to ensure the security and operational continuity of the system.

Abstract

The phenomenon of passport ownership with false data by Indonesian Migrant Workers who are working abroad is a problem that is difficult to eliminate, because there are still many prospective workers who think that the bureaucracy of making passports is difficult. The purpose of this study is to identify the challenges and countermeasures against passport data falsification in Indonesian Migrant Workers, through a review of the Circular Letter of the Director General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number: IMI-GR.01.01-0252 Year 2023. This research uses a qualitative secondary research approach that allows a researcher to compare other researchers' perspectives on the same case, in order to provide additional understanding. The research findings show that there are still many Indonesian Migrant Workers who are not aware of the dangers that may arise from using passports with fake identities, from being exposed to legal problems, losing their employment rights, to the threat of not being recognized for their citizenship status. In the conclusion, this research found that although the Directorate General of Immigration tries to use more persuasive regulations, these efforts also need to be accompanied by the application of immigration control functions as a form of prevention in preventing the increase of non-procedural Indonesian Migrant Workers.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the productivity of hauler units at PT Antareja Mahada Makmur (PT AMM) through the implementation of Fleet Management System (FMS) and operational safety management. Coal hauling is a vital transportation activity in the mining industry, but it often experiences obstacles in achieving productivity targets. Using a descriptive method, the study identifies the root causes of issues affecting productivity and safety, including a lack of digital monitoring systems and operators' understanding of productivity targets. The implementation of FMS enables real-time monitoring of driving behavior, reduction of unproductive time, and increased control over operator safety. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in the productivity of the hauler unit from 13.7 tons/hour to 14.2 tons/hour, as well as a decrease in Empty Stop Time (EST) by 38%. In addition, the system also contributes to the reduction of incidents due to operator fatigue. The study concluded that the implementation of FMS not only increases productivity, but also strengthens operational safety, having a positive impact on worker quality, cost, and morale.

Abstract

Resilience is the ability of individuals to be able to adapt and rise from difficult conditions or situations. The Five-by-Five Resilience Scale is a measurement tool developed by DeSimone et al (2016) to measure individual resilience. There are five protective factors of resilience, namely adaptation, emotional regulation, optimism, self-efficacy and social support. This research aims to adapt the Five-by-Five Resilience Scale into Indonesian. This research was conducted because there has been no testing of the Indonesian version of the Five-by-Five Resilience Scale. The subjects involved in the study were 267 subjects with an age range of 18 - 25 years who were domiciled in Indonesia. Based on the results of psychometric testing through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), 4 factors were obtained that build the Five-by-Five Resilience Scale. The results also show that the Five-by-Five Resilience Scale has a correlation with other measuring tools in convergence validity testing. The reliability test results show that the dimensions on the Five-by-Five Resilience Scale as a whole have a reliability > 0.7.
