Abstract

Based on the discussion, it can be seen that the legal arrangements in financing agreements with fiduciary guarantees are subject to the Civil Code by the terms of the validity of Article 1319, Article 1320, and Article 1338 agreements, as well as the provisions in Presidential Decree 61 of 1988 concerning Financing Institutions and Presidential Regulation No. 9 of 2009 concerning Financing Institutions. Legal protection for consumers due to the sale of fiduciary guarantee objects in financing agreements is that they must not violate the principles of consumer protection and provide legal certainty and legal protection for those interested and guarantees, primarily related to consumer rights and the sale of objects that are objects of fiduciary guarantee by Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees agreed by the fiduciary grantor and recipient. The judge's legal consideration in the Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 441 K / Pdt.Sus-BPSK / 2019 is the legal relationship between consumers and finance companies, namely financing agreements so that if one party does not fulfill or violate the agreement, it causes an act of breach of promise/default; when there is a default, the withdrawal or execution must be by the decision of the Constitutional Court, but if there are actions outside the procedural such as coercion and violence, then would be against the law.

Abstract

This study focused on analyzing the value and function of Raja Balitung Park and the stories and history of the place in Jongkangan, Tegal Rejo, Tamanmartani, Kalasan District, and Sleman Regency. Particular Region of Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach, carried out by processing and analyzing data presented in descriptive form. The data source is based on in-depth interviews with resource persons who are natives and guardians of Taman Raja Balitung. The study data is in the form of stories told by resource persons about places visited by King Balitung while hunting, and there are many inscriptions from ancient relics buried in the area of the place, which are then transcribed from interview recordings. The analysis was carried out using Finnegan's study theory, namely the value and function of oral literature. The study results show the historical value of stories contained in the attractions of Taman Raja Balitung, such as the history of naming and the discovery of inscription stones relics of ancient times. Both cultural values are included in stories and myths in Taman Raja Balitung about man's relationship with nature and his relationship with God and beliefs about something.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tighter, especially in the e-commerce industry, where consumers have many varied product choices. The emergence of innovative products in a short time encourages the company to develop its products so as not to lose to competitors. Consumers have great power in making choices, and brands influence consumer decisions. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies as a research method. Data is collected through qualitative documents and audio-visual materials, especially advertisements. Advertising conveys information about the product and seeks to influence and persuade consumers to choose the product. Through Tokopedia x BTS RM &; JHope ad analysis: "Pay Bills and Buy Vouchers? Tokopedia Saja" in early 2020, this research revealed how modern advertising not only offers products but also creates a lifestyle and meets consumer needs easily and practically. This advertisement reflects Tokopedia's efforts in reaching the target market by focusing on visual elements and messages relevant to various groups of people, including those with special needs.

Abstract

Tourism plays a vital role in supporting the economy while preserving cultural values. Several things need attention in tourism development, one of which is the emergence and arrangement of tourism destinations, which the development of a sustainable tourism sector must support. Based on this background, the problem was formulated: how to regulate the law against discriminatory acts in the tourism sector and how the phenomenon of discriminatory acts against tourism entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is normative law research. This study concludes that legal arrangements for safe tourism development are regulated based on Article 26 paragraph (d) of Law no. 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism is obliged to provide comfort, friendliness, protection of security and safety of tourists. In addition, according to Article 23 paragraph (1) letter a of Law no. 10 of 2009, the government and regional governments are obliged to provide tourism information, legal protection, as well as security and safety to tourists

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever is a major global problem because 2.5 to 3 billion people are at risk of developing this disease. Aedes Aegypti is the primary epidemic vector, an illness that usually affects urban areas but is starting to affect rural areas, estimated at around 50-100 million cases yearly. Dengue fever is transmitted through the bite of a female Aedes aegypti / Aedes albopictus, which carries the virus from other dengue fever sufferers. Therefore, dengue fever often causes death for sufferers. Given the danger of dengue fever, there needs to be a comprehensive eradication effort. The government has issued a Mosquito Nest Eradication policy (PSN 3M-Plus) to tackle dengue fever. This is the primary way considered effective, efficient, and economical to eradicate the vector of Dengue Dengue disease transmission, considering that drugs and vaccines that kill the dengue virus have not been found. Research method with a cross-sectional design, a sample of 100 households that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the work area of the Kenten Laut Health Center. Data analysis with chi-square. The results of the study obtained There is a relationship between education (0.03), knowledge (0.041), and the implementation of the One House 1 Jumantik movement at the Kenten Laut Health Center. The puskesmas is advised to develop the One House 1 Jumantik movement so that the community is more responsible with their respective homes and can assist the Jumantik coordinator in implementing PJB.

Abstract

Social media is currently one of the most effective platforms for self-expression. The media currently in demand as a forum for this expression is YouTube. YouTube is a social media that uses video as the primary medium for distributing content. In addition to conveying information, YouTube can be used for self-expression, one of which is in the coming out process for the LGBTQ+ group. This coming out process was found in the LGBTQ+ group, who began to openly state that they belonged to the group and accepted their identity. One of the coming-out videos that has had a considerable impact over the last few years is I am Gay by Eugene Lee Yang. This study will evaluate the representation of homosexuals in the modern media of YouTube and analyze it from a semiotic perspective, namely the meaning of connotations, denotations, and myths listed.

Abstract

Introducing health programs and services provided by hospitals is essential in meeting the community's health needs. This study aims to analyze the role of public relations in increasing public awareness of health programs and hospital services. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out by literature study by reviewing the literature relevant to the research. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that public relations is essential in increasing public awareness of health programs and hospital services. Public relations plays a role in increasing public awareness in various ways, including by delivering information and education about health, building public trust in health programs and hospital services, increasing public understanding of the benefits of health programs and hospital services, and encouraging the community to get involved in health programs and hospital services

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the principal's leadership style and school climate on teacher performance at SMPIT Annur Cikarang Timur. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis method to analyze the collected data. The results of this study show that simultaneously, the principal's leadership style and school climate have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The simultaneous hypothesis test confirms that the principal's leadership style and school climate contribute significantly to teacher performance at SMPIT Annur Cikarang Timur. These results indicate that the role of the headmaster in developing an effective leadership style and creating a conducive school climate is critical in improving teacher performance. In addition, the hypothesis test partially showed that each of the variables, namely the principal's leadership style and school climate, positively and significantly influence individual teacher performance. Thus, the results of this study make an essential contribution to improving teacher performance and school management. The practical implications of this research are the importance of developing effective principal leadership and creating a conducive school climate as factors that can improve teacher motivation and performance. This research can also be a foundation for developing better school management strategies at SMPIT Annur Cikarang Timur and similar educational institutions
