Abstract

Based on the results of a soil investigation using the bore log method carried out by the Consultant, it was found that the foundations of the spillway building and intake building are in a geological condition that is composed predominantly of sand and porous deposits or easily absorbs water, as well as rocks with the characteristics of fine tuff rock, indicating that the foundation The building is prone to seepage. The seepage treatment contained in the contract is the curtain grouting method 20 meters deep with a distance of 2 meters between points. It is necessary to carry out trial grouting in 3 location zones to be sure. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the secant pile design. In the work on filling the dam body on the left and right sides, a review needs to be carried out to optimize the implementation of the work because it has a safety factor that is too high than the required safety factor. Secant pile design planning and cross-section evaluation calculations use software to help calculate seepage and stability analysis. Based on the results of modeling analysis calculations and evaluation of cost and implementation time calculations that meet the criteria, it is recommended to handle seepage using secant piles, namely with dimensions of 80 cm, overlap of 15 cm and a depth of up to -10 elevation and recommendations for the cross-section of the dam body, namely by modifying the slope of the section.

Abstract

The application of online services at the Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil) in Indonesia is important in increasing the efficiency and quality of public services. However, the success of reveiving online services is still a major concern for the government and public service managers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the online service acceptance model at Disdukcapil in Indonesia using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The data collection method was carried out through a survey of potential users of online services and using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Model (PLS – SEM) to analyze the data. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitudes towards system, behavioural intention and the actual system usage which are the dimensions of the Technology Acceptance Model have a positive effect on acceptance of online services at Disdukcapil in Indonesia. The findings can be used as a guide for policy makers and public service managers to increase acceptance and adoption of online services in the government sector. In addition, this research is expected to provide a strong foundation in improving and improving public services effectively using technology.

Good corporate governance principles make all stakeholders feel fairness, transparency, independence, accountability, and accountability. This study aims to analyse the effect of applying good corporate governance principles on job satisfaction and employee performance, as well as the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Public trust in state-owned banks is higher than in private banks. The researcher chose BNI as the research object because BNI is the only state-owned bank that operates full branches globally and is very good at implementing good corporate governance, as evidenced by obtaining a very trusted predicate based on the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) score. Specifically, the object of research is permanent employees of BNI Regional Office 15 located in East Jatinegara, Jakarta. This study used a survey by distributing questionnaires to 125 respondents. The research method uses SEM PLS. The results showed that applying good corporate governance principles positively affected job satisfaction and employee performance, but job satisfaction did not influence employee performance. The contribution of this research is expected to provide managerial implications for redesigning positions, promotions, salaries, or rewards for permanent employees to provide job satisfaction to employees.

Affirmation has consequences for the emergence of competency gaps, as happened in the recruitment results of Indigenous Papuan soldiers (OAP) in Kodam XVII/Cenderawasih. So, to overcome this gap, reforms are needed in human resource development, especially in competency development. This paper seeks to examine the competency gaps in OAP soldiers recruited from the affirmation program. The research was conducted using qualitative methods on data obtained through in-depth interviews with several resource persons, namely Kodam XVII/Cenderawasih officials. The results found that the competency gap between OAP soldiers and the competencies needed in military positions requires integrative competency development efforts. This study concludes that the reform of competency development of OAP Soldiers in Kodam XVII / Cenderawasih is essential to overcome the competency gap and prepare them to face the dynamics of the personnel system, especially with the ASN Bill, which demands adequate competence.

Abstract

Based on observations made, the processing of report card scores in MTs N 4 Kebumen is currently still manual, so a lot of time and energy is needed to carry out the task. In addition, the distribution of report cards is also still conventional because parents must come to school to take them, for this reason, a report card application is needed that can improve services to students quickly in terms of distributing report card scores while making it easier for teachers to fill in report cards. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based value processing application. In designing this application, the author uses the stages of SDLC development with the Waterfall process model. The design of this web-based report card processing information system can improve the quality of report card processing in MTs N 4 Kebumen. The programming language that the author uses is PHP and uses a MySQL database. To test the feasibility of the system, the authors used blak bock testing. The final result of this research is the creation of a web-based MTs N 4 Kebumen report card application.

Abstract

In the development of residential property development nowadays, it is growing rapidly. This is also influenced by the increasing need of the population for housing on increasingly limited land, so the government is trying to develop vertical housing. In the midst of increasingly poor air quality, many people are considering healthy and clean housing. The current condition of apartments as multi-storey residences is often faced with crucial energy performance problems. One of the most common examples is hygiene factors and indoor thermal discomfort caused by daily activities of temperature changes and vertical temperature stratification. In response to the two problems above, developers are trying to get buildings with green building certification from GBCI as one way to create green housing. This study aims to create parameters for assessing the performance of conventional apartments and Green Building certified apartments in tropical areas in several aspects, especially in Indonesia. as a consideration in reviewing the cleanliness and health of an apartment. The data collection method used is a literature study from several related sources.
