Abstract

Abstract: The Ayat Mutasyabih is frequently become interesting materials of discussion among Muslims due to the unclear content of its meaning. Moreover, if the Ayat is related to the name of Allah or monotheism, it can lead to disbelievers. The word that is most often debated by scholars today is the word Istawa, because this word in the Qur'an is directly attributed to Allah. There are various ways by which scholars interpret the ayat, some interpret it as it is without interpreting it to other meanings, and some the other way around. So this is the main object of study in this paper. This paper was written using the literature study method, namely by looking at books related to the title of this paper. From the sources obtained, it can be concluded that the scholars in understanding the word istawa are divided into two groups, namely groups that do not seek other meanings just as they are without questioning, simulating, and assuming anything. The second group is the scholars who are looking for Takwil from the word IstawaKeyword: Mutasyabih, Takwil, Istawa.

Abstract

Abstract: The words birr and ihsan in various dictionaries and translations of verses of the Qur'an have the same meaning, namely goodness. While the Qur'an uses words that designate the meaning of goodness with several terms, namely ihsan, birr, khair, ma'ruf, hasan, toyyib, jayyid. Among the various words that designate the meaning of goodness used in the Qur'an, the words birr and ihsan play important terms in the structure of linguistic concepts in the Qur'an which are often not understood by many people. In exploring the meaning of the words birr and ihsan, the basic, relational, paradigmatic and simantic meaning approaches are used. The basic meaning is the meaning attached to each word itself. Relational meaning is something connotative that is given and added to the existing meaning by placing the word in a special position, being in a different relationship with all words. From the results of the search, it was found that the words birr and ihsan have the basic meaning of "tha'ah". While relationally they bring up the meanings of khauf, amr, taqwa, infaq, and paradigmatically the word birr has the meaning of Shidqun, Ihsan, Khoir, Salih, and Ma. 'ruf. Abstract

Abstract: The tradition of reading surah al-Waqi'ah became a Living Qur'an that lived in the midst of society. Worldly motivations are a foundation that is often misinterpreted. This is inseparable from some transcendent nash who expose the urgency of reading this letter which is reciprocated with the enjoyment of the world, so that some muslims make routine. On the other hand, worship must be based on the nature of sincerity as a condition for acceptance of worship charity. There are several sufistic dimensions recorded by the tafsir literature both classical and modern, especially the interpretation of Lataif al-Isharat whose author, al-Imam al-Qushayri is considered an influential interpretive figure in the 5th century A.D., especially his thought of restoring Sufism to the values of the Qur'an and the hadith of the Apostle Saw. The word al-waqi'ah is a condition of the soul reaching a higher maqam after experiencing wandering and purifying the soul, through various methods such as riyadah, tafakkur, tazakkur and tazkiyah al-nafs. A salik who reaches a mortal state', where high consciousness and memory are addressed only to Allah Swt., is characterized by the loss of the nature of the psalm (despicable) in the self and replaced the nature of mahmudah (praiseworthy), based on a strong concern for the tadbir (deeds) of Allah Swt, for all he hears is Allah Swt, to Allah Swt. (fillah), with Allah Swt. (billah) and from Allah Swt. (minallah) in the hereafter (as closeness). The word al-muqarrabun is understood by the proximity of a salik to al-Haqq, these are the properties of the heart, not the laws that are natural phenomena. As for muqarrabun in the context of the afterlife, it is a testimony, appearance and awareness of the existence of the lutfi form (the tenderness of God and His grace). The essence of charity and human deeds comes from the Supreme Creator. The word bertasbih whose lexical meaning is ta'ajjub, can be interpreted as a sense of awe of the various favors revealed and the noble position of Allah Swt., the form of prayer beads can be intended as a manifestation of the expression of gratitude and tanzih (purifying) the dzat of Allah Swt. of all forms. In consecration should always use the potential of critical thinking and reasoning, based on a sense of submission in the power of tawhid, then Allah Swt. will open the curtain of the hidden pearls of science. The word lams not only touches sensory, but can be understood all interactions with the Qur'an. While the word mutahharun can also be read mutahhirun, meaning that those who can interact with the Qur'an, whose heart is holy from hadas (tendency to follow the shahwat), do not perform toxicity so as to achieve maqam rabbaniyyah ilahiyyah. Therefore, the Qur'an makruh is read from an unclean mouth (resulting from maksiat in words), and does not take advantage of the world from the recitation of the Qur'an, because its main principle is to glorify and glorify the Qur'an. Abstract

Pada kajian maqasid shariah ada 5 hal yang harus dijaga, yaitu: penjagaan terhadap agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan dan harta. Dalam konteks menjaga harta, terbentuklah tuntutan tentang tata cara mendapatkannya serta larangan untuk menyia-nyiakannya. Oleh karena itu, harta merupakan salah satu aspek yang harus mendapat perhatian penting bagi setiap umat Islam. Namun, hal ini bertolak belakang dengan realita. Ada cukup banyak orang muslim yang kurang memperhatikan keadaan finansial, padahal jika kita fahami lebih jauh harta merupakan salah satu penopang hidup yang dibutuhkan manusia dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya di dunia termasuk beribadah. Dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan harta, kegiatan investasi merupakan salah satu upaya penting yang bisa dilakukan oleh umat Islam agar dapat memelihara harta yang dimiliki. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tafsir tematik dan termasuk dalam jenis tematik konseptual, yakni riset pada konsep-konsep tertentu yang secara eksplisit tidak disebut dalam Al-Quran, tetapi secara substansial ide tentang konsep itu ada dalam Al-Quran. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan 6 ayat yang secara substansial menyinggung investasi, yakni: surat Yusuf ayat 46-49, surat Luqman ayat 34, surat al-Baqarah ayat 261, surat al-Nisa ayat 9, surat al-Hashr ayat 18, surat al-Taubah ayat 34. Ada beberapa motivasi berinvestasi yang disebutkan dalam Al-Quran secara substansial, yakni: Manusia perlu mengantisipasi terjadinya hal yang tidak terduga di masa depan, sesama manusia perlu menciptakan hubungan timbal balik yang saling menguntungkan, menciptakan keseimbangan ekonomi negara perlu dilakukan agar rakyat menjadi makmur dan sejahtera, manusia mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk menafkahi dan memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarganya agar kesejahteraan finansial untuk keluarganya terjamin, berinvestasi memudahkan manusia untuk beribadah kepada Allah SWT, harta jika didiamkan dan tidak dikembangkan bisa berkurang setiap tahunnya untuk membayar zakat. Abstract

Abstract: One of the metaphysical problems that still provokes a long discussion, especially among philosophers and theologians, is the problem of God's knowledge of everything before creation occurs on the one hand and the recognition of man's freedom in doing his deeds. The obligation to believe in the destiny and freedom of choice of human beings as a condition for the implementation of Shari'a in Islamic discourse gave birth to a number of schools, namely Jabariyah, Qadariyah and the modern school of Ahlis sunnah. Although this issue has been discussed and debated for centuries, the fog of equality has not been exposed. That's because the postulates of both the Qur'an and the rational postulates seem to contradict each other. This article will discuss the contribution of Ibn 'Arabi, in untangling this issue, ie. Through what he claimed to be the knowledge of 'irfani Ibn Arabi sought to unravel the secret of destiny (sirr al-Qadar). In contrast to the average Sufi, who harbored exclusively this understanding of al-Qadar sirr, Ibn 'Arabi explained, though more of a gesture, this divine revelation is theoretically conceptual by insinuating the two concepts behind al-Qadar's sirr namely the concept of al-a'yan al-tabitah and the concept of al-'science of tabi' li al ma'lum. Through these two concepts Ibn 'Arabi hints at the aqidah of the sufis, for which there is no caliphate among them on this subject that there is no contradiction between the faith concerning Qadla' and the Qadar of Allah and the perfection of the nature of God especially his knowledge, iradah, masyia'ah and qudrah and man's freedom in doing. Ibn 'Arabi hereby dismissed the notion that sufis were of determinism or Jabariyah which was widely thought of them, nor Qadariyah. Abstract

Abstract: The right of use is the right to use or collect the proceeds from something that is controlled directly by the owner of the goods, and can be transferred to another party with the permission of the owner rather than the goods to be used. In the Perspective of Islamic Law the transfer of the right of use must be with the permission of the owner of the goods that will be the object of the transfer, Imam Abu Hanifah and Ulama Malikiyah and Ulama' others argue that utilizing an item must be with the permission of the owner of the goods, if the owner of the goods does not give permission then the goods that are the object of the transfer of the right of use cannot be transferred to others. This research is a literature study (Library Research), defining literature studies is the result of literature research and the results of thinking conducted by researchers on a study. By collecting a book or reference that can be used as a relevant reference, so as to be able to get a good and correct conclusion. While judging from the type of data information this research includes qualitative research, which is research that cannot be tested with statistics. From the results of research transfer rights to other parties related to renting back rental goods, lending back loans, and renting borrowed goods according to ulma' madzhab Maliki and Madzhab Hambali punish "may" as long as it does not come out of the usefulness of the rented goods, according to imam Shafi'i and Imam Hanafi do not allow renting back before asking permission to the original owner. In the discussion of lending back loans according to Ulama' Madzhab Maliki and Hambali punished "may" as long as it does not come out of expediency, and if it has asked permission will not be allowed then it should not lend back loan goods while according to Ulama' madzhab Shafi'i and Hanafi are not allowed to lend back loan goods unless getting permission from the owner is strengthened in the grace contained in Fathul Qorib. As for the opinions of ulama' Maliki, Hambali, Shafi'i, and Hanafi agreed not to allow renting loans because the rental agreement (Ijarah) is a binding agreement, while the loan agreement is a non-binding voluntary agreement. Abstract: Prayer is the most important worship in Islam. Discussing prayer, it will not be separated from the conditions for the validity of prayer, namely the entry of prayer times. The beginning of the prayer time is determined based on the position of the sun concerning the earth, thus calculating the beginning of the prayer time is calculating when the sun occupies certain positions while circling the earth, namely when the dawn of Sadiq, the sun slips when the shadow of an object is the same as the shadow of the object itself, the sun sunset and the loss of the red twilight. In determining the beginning of this prayer time, there is a dichotomy/difference in interpretation. Among the different forms of interpretation when determining the start of the Zuhur prayer time, when the shadow of an object is as long as the object itself and the shadow of an object is twice the length of the object. Especially in the book Ihya Ulumuddin, Imam Al-Ghazali, has his own opinion about the beginning of prayer time, when in an area you cannot see the sun setting in the west because it is blocked by a mountain such as, then look towards the east, see black bursts in the sky, then it is the same as a sign of the entry of maghrib time, and the beginning of the time for the Isha prayer, marked by the loss of the red twilight, if in an area covered and blocked by mountains to see the disappearance of the red twilight in the west, then look at the small stars that appear in the east, then that is an early sign of entering the time for the Isha prayer. Abstract

Abstract: Technological developments have changed many things in all lines of human life. including buying and selling transactions. Through internet services, the trend of online buying and selling or what is commonly called e-commerce emerged. E-commerce services offer convenience and speed in buying and selling transactions without having to meet physically. However, the advantages offered still create gaps. It is often found that there is disappointment from buyers who use e-commerce services because the goods received do not match the specifications of the goods offered. Islamic law has provided a solution to this problem through khiyar rights. The buyer can submit a cancellation of the transaction if there is a discrepancy in the goods received. In this article, the author will examine the implementation of khiyar in canceling transaction regulations on the Shopee application. This research is in the nature of literature research which makes the regulation of canceling transactions on the Shopee application the object of research. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using the theory of khiyar in fiqh. Kata kunci: khiyar, pembatalan, pengembalian, Shopee.

Abstract

Abstract: Da'wah is an activity that is carried out consciously in order to convey Islamic religious messages to others so that they accept the teachings of Islam and carry it out well in individual and social life to achieve human happiness both in the world and in the hereafter, using the media and certain ways. Culture tends to be followed by the supporting community from generation to generation from generation to generation, although it often happens that members of the community come and go due to the emergence of various factors, such as death and birth. Considering the function of culture is as a reference in behaving and behaving in society, every ethnic group will definitely develop values ??which are then used as a reference for interacting with others in order to create a society that maintains harmony and good friendship. From the data analysis, it was concluded that many da'wah values ??and Islamic elements were found in this local tradition. In this case, it includes several values ??that contain elements of da'wah, namely: mutual cooperation, religious values, educational values ??in culture, brotherhood values, and harmony in society. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to see the reality of plurality in Medina, thanks to the constitution of the Medina Charter that can be regulated and managed properly by the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore, how can the values ??contained in the Medina Charter be implemented and integrated into national education. The focus of this research is on how the values ??of multicultural education are viewed from the Medina Charter in national education and the values ??of multicultural education are implemented in national education from the perspective of the Medina Charter. The researcher chose the library research method. Where researchers collect information from available materials in the form of books, archives, journals and other documents that support research. There are two sources of information in library research, namely primary and secondary sources of information. When analyzed, its validity is tested using inductive, deductive, comparative, and interpretive techniques.
