Abstract

Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) is a helpful method in decision support systems, as it is used to identify the best options among several options that meet the selected requirements. Fuzzy Weighted Product (FWP) is a method found in the FMADM method. The FWP method uses the concept of sorting by multiplying  the criterion rating, whose weight is the power of each of the criterion values. The purpose of this study is to apply the FWP method in determining KJP recipients. The stages in the FWP method started from the decision-making criteria of 191 students which included a lot of parental income, parental employment, vehicle ownership, and many dependents. Furthermore, the data is processed using the fuzzy system  and after that the application of the FWP method to perform further calculations. The stages are determining the weight and match rating, transforming the data, calculating the value of alternative preference (S), and the relative value of alternative (V). The best results are determined by the highest relative preference value. The results can be used for decision-making for KJP recipients at SDN Lubang Buaya 11 Pagi East Jakarta and help overcome underprivileged students in school fees.

Abstract

Consider a vector space over the field of real or complex numbers. A function is said to be a seminorm on a vector space if it satisfies the conditions of a seminorm. A seminorm is a generalization of a norm. The quotient norm is defined on the quotient space formed from a normed space with a closed subspace, where the convergence property of the quotient norm is examined through the convergence of sequences in the normed space. This study aims to explore the convergence properties of the quotient norm and, regarding seminorms, to examine properties of convexity, absorption, and balance, the continuity of seminorms, as well as the relationship between seminorms and norms. The convergence property of the quotient norm indicates that a sequence will converge in the quotient space if and only if there exists a sequence in the closed subspace in the normed space such that it converges in the normed space. Furthermore, a seminorm on a vector space satisfies properties of convexity, absorption, and balance; a seminorm on a normed space will be continuous in that normed space and is formed by a linear mapping.

Abstract

Efforts to maintain or control the quality of a process are the goals of quality control. One of the tools used is the control chart. A control chart is a graph that shows whether a process is in a controlled state or not. Decision On Belief (DOB) is a new method used to detect defects in a product. The DOB control chart has been proven to be more sensitive in detecting out-of-control data compared to other charts. Data will be analyzed using bar charts, Pareto diagrams, and cause-and-effect diagrams, followed by a distribution test, which shows that the data follows a Poisson distribution. This study applies the DOB chart using two phases: Phase I is used to determine the control limits. In Phase I, the control limits are obtained with values of =49,11 and =7,008. The application of the DOB chart in Phase II shows that the production process is out of control based on the analysis of   = 1,2,...,20. The application of the DOB chart in bottled mineral water production is expected to assist in the control process and improve the quality of packaged mineral water in the future.

Abstract

The research discusses finding fire truck routes on a graph that requires the shortest travel distance from the starting location to the final fire incident location. The objective of this research is to disiminate the application of a modified Floyd-Warshall Algorithm on a graph to find the shortest route for fire trucks. The method used in this study is the Floyd-Warshall Algorithm, which takes the minimum distance from one point to another on the graph and applies a dynamic algorithm, allowing it to correctly select the shortest route. The research results show that testing with the Floyd-Warshall Algorithm produced travel distances with an average effectiveness rate of 3.45%. This percentage indicates that the Floyd-Warshall Algorithm is effective, as it shows a shorter distance. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the modified Floyd-Warshall Algorithm applied to the graph can effectively find the shortest route based on the distance between fire stations and incident locations in Banyuwangi, as well as provides information on which routes can be taken based on shorter paths.

Abstract

Stunting is a nutrition problem that is still the main focus in developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. One of the instruments designed to measure the performance of the implementation of the stunting reduction acceleration program at the national level is the Stunting-Specific Intervention Index (Indeks Khusus Penanganan Stunting/IKPS). This study aims to group provinces in Indonesia based on a special index for handling stunting consisting of six indicators, namely health, nutrition, housing, food, education, and social protection indicators using the agglomerative hierarchical clustering method. The agglomerative hierarchical clustering method is divided into several methods, including single linkage, complete linkage, average linkage, and ward methods. This study compares the four methods with the aim of obtaining the best cluster solution in the grouping of provinces in Indonesia based on the stunting-specific intervention index. The determination of the best method in agglomerative hierarchical clustering is determined by the value of the cophenetic correlation coefficient. The results show that the average linkage method provides a better cluster solution than other methods. The cluster solution in the average linkage method produces eight clusters, including, cluster 1 consists of one province, cluster 2 consists of nine provinces, cluster 3 consists of twelve provinces, cluster 4 consists of six provinces, cluster 5 consists of one province, cluster 6 consists of one province, cluster 7 consists of three provinces, and cluster 8 consists of one province in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research examines the properties of infra open set and infra interior in infra topological space. Unlike ordinary topology, infra topology has a unique characteristic where the union of any collection of its members is not necessarily an infra topology. This leads to differences in the properties of infra open sets and infra interiors compared to open sets and interiors in ordinary topology. The main objective of this research is to prove the properties of infra open sets and infra interiors on infra topological spaces. In addition, this research also includes the prove of basic properties of other concepts in infra topology, such as the i-genuine set. The results show that the interior infra of A⊆X is the largest open infra set contained in A on the infra topological space (X,τ_iX) if A is an i-genuine set. Moreover, it is found that if A∈τ_iX, then iInt(A)∈τ_iX and iInt(A)=A, iInt(A∩B)=iInt(A)∩iInt(B), every singleton is an i-genuine set, and if iInt(A)=A, then A is either an infra-open set or not. This research also discusses the relationship between i-genuine and non-i-genuine sets in infra topological space related to their union and intersection. This research is expected to provide benefits and become an additional reference for further research related to the set of open infra and interior infra.

Abstract

In the digital era, data protection has become a priority, especially for digital images that hold significant value in the fields of communication, security, and medicine. This study compares the performance of the RSA and AES algorithms in encrypting and decrypting digital images, using three main parameters: processing time, file size change, and image quality measured by Mean Squared Error (MSE). This study was conducted experimentally in a quantitative manner on 50 digital images of small and medium resolution. RSA uses public and private keys, while AES utilizes the SubBytes, ShiftRows, MixColumns, and AddRoundKey processes. The results show that AES is faster in encryption and decryption compared to RSA. However, the quality of the image resulting from RSA encryption is lower, as evidenced by the higher MSE value. In terms of file size, RSA tends to produce smaller files, while AES results in larger sizes. This research provides guidance for selecting encryption algorithms that meet the needs of specific applications, particularly in visual data security. These findings are expected to assist students and information security practitioners in determining the optimal algorithm to protect digital images from threats.

Abstract

This study the insulin injection model in the body has three parts, namely the number of insulin concentrations in the non-monomeric state , the number of h concentrations in the monomeric state , and the number of concentrations in plasma . This study aims to find the exact solution of the insulin injection model in the body and to find out the amount of insulin concentration injected. So that it can provide an understanding of the mechanism of insulin injection absorption in the body. The steps to find the exact solution of the model can be done by the variable separation method and then finding the integration factor and direct integration until the exact solution of the model is found. The results of this study indicate that the linear model of insulin injection in the body is influenced by the amount of insulin dose injected, then this will result in the absorption of insulin contained in the monomeric, non-monomeric and plasma states. The absorption of insulin concentration is also influenced by the magnitude of the factor on the absorption rate, the transfer rate from the subcutaneous tissue to the peripheral compartment and the rate of elimination from the body

Abstract

Bilangan terhubung pelangi yang dinotasikan dengan adalah jumlah warna terkecil yang diperlukan untuk mewarnai sisi-sisi dari sebuah graf  sehingga graf tersebut menjadi terhubung pelangi. Bilangan terhubung pelangi dapat dipelajari dalam berbagai bentuk pengembangan graf yang dimodifikasi, termasuk graf tengah.  Semua jenis graf, baik yang sederhana maupun yang kompleks, dapat direpresentasikan sebagai graf tengah. Sebuah graf tengah yang dinotasikan dengan  dibentuk dari sebuah graf dan didefinisikan sebagai . Abstract

This study discusses how the general formula of the Ediz eccentric connectivity index (IKEE) in the annihilator graph of the ring of integers modulo. This study aims to determine the Ediz eccentric connectivity index on the annihilator graph of the ring of modular integers , with  is a primer number for , and  is a positif integer. The initial step in conducting this research is to form an annihilator graph from the ring of integers of the modul  , then find the vertex degree and the eccentricity of the vertex on the annihilator graph which is used to calculate the Ediz eccentric connectivity index of each graph. After that, formulate a conjecture about the Ediz eccentric connectivity index on the annihilator graph of the ring of integers of the modul  , and the last one proves the hypothesis obtained. The results of this study is general formula for the Ediz eccentric conductivity index on the Annihilator graph of the ring of integers modulo  where p is a prime number and m is a positive integer.
