Regional Revenue Agency Batam City has the task of carrying out regional authority in themanagement of regional original income, regional tax revenues, regional levies, BUMD profits and otherlegitimate income. In order to achieve the objectives of the Batam City Bapenda, which is to realize accountableand transparent financial and regional wealth management, the Batam City Bapenda has prepared a strategy thatis to perfect tax regulations or regulations, especially to increase local tax revenues, improve local revenuemanagement facilities, and fulfill a tax system that accountable and transparent. A structured tax system andgood service help Batam City Bapenda in carrying out its duties and authorities. In the service flow, the runningof a file takes a long time, because it requires confirmation from several fields in the Batam City Bapenda. Theservices that enter the Batam City Bapenda are approximately 20 files a day, this happens periodically, so thatthe tax authorities often find out about the existence of a service file and many files are lost due to not runningone service flow. So, we need a PBB-P2 Service File Tracking System which is implemented with a web-basedcomputer. The application is built using the Prototyping research method, and produces applications that can beused by the Batam City Bapenda to overcome various existing problems.

Instalasi Pengolahan Air atau Water Treatment Plant (WTP) merupakan pengolahan air kotor agar memenuhi standar mutu yang memenuhi syarat pendistribusian. Air kotor tidak akan menyebabkan gangguan kulit jika tidak diolah. Berdasarkan observasi di Water Treatment Plant PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai pada tanggal 17 Januari 2022 terdapat beberapa Tangki dan kolam yaitu Raw Water Pond, Clearator, IntermediatePond, Sand Filter Tank dan Treated Pond. Pada Tangki sand filter akan dilakukan kontrol dan monitoring serta ditambahkan sensor turbidity, pH, flow meter, dan water level agar standar mutu terpenuhi. Sistem kontrol dan monitoring masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga diperlukan sesuatu sistem otomatis untuk melakukan kontrol dan monitoring. Sistem proyek akhir yang akan dibuat masih berupa prototipe dengan kondisi yang mengacu pada plant Tangki sand filter yang sebenarnya yang ada di WTP Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai. Data sensor akan dibaca Arduino Mega 2560 dengan program PLC yang mengontrol valve dan pump lalu ditampilkan pada HMI Magelis GTO2310. PLC mendapatkan data pembacaan sensor dari Arduino melalui fungsi %IWN, dengan komunikasi Ethernet TCP IO Scanner. Selanjutnya mengkoneksikan HMI dan PLC untuk memonitoring sistem kerja sensor dan dikontrol pada PLC. Kualitas air yang baik akan diperoleh saat dilakukan sistem backwash berulang. Dengan adanya sistem kontrol dan monitoring yang otomatis maka akan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja operator.

Used cooking oil is the final product of oil used for frying or cooking in the manufacturing, restaurant and household industries which is often not utilized. Most users will throw the used cooking oil waste into inappropriate places such as in the kitchen, sink or so on, the used cooking oil can harden and clog the sewer pipe. This can also result in the formation of a thin layer on the surface of the water which can reduce the concentration of dissolved oxygen needed by living things underwater. To reduce the impact of waste cooking oil that will occur in the water system, this study intends to develop magnetic charcoal from palm oil shells to process used cooking oil waste into a pretreatment for biodiesel production. Biodiesel is a promising alternative fuel as a substitute for fossil fuels that are decreasing. The purpose of this study was to utilize magnetic charcoal from palm oil shells to reduce free fatty acids from waste cooking oil as a pretreatment for biodiesel production. The method used is pyrolysis and coprecipitation with the formation of magnetic charcoal from oil palm shells with the precipitation process with FeCl3 (iron III chloride) and FeSO4 (iron II sulfate). then tested the characteristics of the magnetic charcoal that had been produced using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Next is to test the absorption of free fatty acid reduction from used cooking oil using magnetic charcoal that has been produced by varying the time, concentration and dose of magnetic charcoal to get the maximum adsorption capacity. Then do adsorption 3 times to evaluate the efficiency of reduction of free fatty acids in used cooking oil as a pretreatment for biodiesel production

There are several Social Assistance (BANSOS) distributed by the Ministry of Social Affairs to each village, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH) social assistance which is a program of providing conditional social assistance to poor families (KM) designated as PKH recipient households. So far, for checkingthe data of proposing aid, the social service staff still uses the manual method so it takes a long time, but in this study the author created a system that will later assist the process of managing data for PKH beneficiaries so that results will be faster and more accurate. which makes the provision of PKH assistance more targeted.The methodthat will be used in the decision support system for receiving social assistance this time is the Multi Attribute Utility Theory method, and the data collection technique is literature study and observation.The results to be obtained are in the form of recommendations for decision making regarding the determination of PKH assistance.

Nagari Salo is one of the villages in the Baso sub-district, Agam Regency. In preparing the Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM) for the Nagari, a website was created to make it easier for administrative services, to inform the activities, potential of the Nagari and the achievements of the Nagari Salo. This service activity aims to provide solutions to these problems, namely by building a village profile website and a village information system website to assist technology-based village services. To achieve the expected goals, this service is carried out in 5 stages, namely situation analysis, problem identification, determining the objectives and benefits of activities, problem solving plans and implementations, and website governance training so that the users are maximized. In addition, the team also facilitated building a Nagari online store website to help promote MSMEs in the Nagari. So that this service does not only help the nagari facilities in improving services to the community, it also improves the quality of human resources in managing the nagari towards a digital village.

5S is a framework methodology derived from the Japanese language, namely seiri (整理), seiton (整頓), seisō(清掃), seiketsu (清潔), and shitsuke (躾). In practice, the party who will report every problem andviolation is the auditor and the department that processes and follows up on every report received from theauditor is the facility. Until now, there are still many obstacles faced in running 5S. The development of thisapplication aims to facilitate the management of PT Galaksi Investasi Harapan in managing problems andviolations that occur against 5S in the work environment of PT Galaksi Investasi Harapan. To support thissystem, several features have also been added to calculate the time in carrying out problem solving actions sothat problems can be resolved on time. In addition, in solving problems for the approval of the president director,there is also a function for the approval of the president director so that every problem reported in the 5SManagement System is also known by the president director of PT Galaksi Investasi Harapan.

Hands are one of the body parts that have an important role for living things, especially humans.Most of the activities that humans do require the help of hands. But not all humans have perfect hands orfunction like hands in general because of the impact of genetic disorders or the result of accidents. This iscertainly a very disturbing problem for people with disabilities to live their daily lives. In this study, the authoruses a fabricated device from Thalmic Labs named Myo Armband. This tool was created for gaming purposes,computer control, and so on. However, this tool is also widely used for the benefit of technology development,especially in the health sector. Myo Armband has eight Electromyograph (EMG) sensors that are able to recordand recognize every activity of arm muscle movement. In this study, the EMG signal is recorded and processedwhich is intended to distinguish each hand movement based on the muscle signal read by the EMG sensor. Afterthe EMG signal is recorded, the EMG signal will be read and continued with the training phase. After obtainingthe training weights, the results will be used at the testing phase and classification will be carried out. In theclassification process, the writer chose the Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) method. This method waschosen as a method for classifying finger movement pattern recognition. The percentage of success in the studyup to 76% Furthermore, after getting the conclusions from this study, the authors hope that this research can be areference for the development of making hand robots, especially for medical needs.

Along with the development of technology, the application of technology in agriculture is veryimportant. Due to the increasing need for plant monitoring and care. Fertilizer watering is usually donemanually, this method is less effective because the selection of fertilizers is not in accordance with soilconditions and farmers often forget the fertilization schedule that should be done on time. Based on previousstudies, the fertilization system designed only works based on scheduling indicators without paying attention toindicators of the soil condition itself. This will result in an unfavorable impact on tomato plants due to errors ingiving the type of fertilizer. Therefore, an automatic plant fertilization system is needed that is equipped with amonitoring system via the internet and pays attention to indicators of the condition of soil nutrients, so that thequality of plants can increase and make the work of farmers easier. This tool consists of a PH sensor thatsupports Android as a PH indicator, a RTC as an instruction for scheduling time, a 12V DC pump for thefertilizer water process, a relay as a connector and performance breaker for the pump, and an ESP8266 MCUNode as a microcontroller programmed to. Run the tool and regulate the fertilizer application process. From thissystem, it is hoped that it will make it easier for farmers to schedule fertilization and at the same time know thePH value of the soil to determine the type of fertilizer needed.

Palm fronds resulting from the pruning process can be used as organic fertilizer and animal feed.Communities in Bengkalis Regency, especially in Pinggir District, are still constrained in the processing of palmmidrib to be used as animal feed, especially in the process of mixing or stirring. The purpose of this research is todesign and manufacture a horizontal type animal feed mixer machine and to test the performance of the machine.This research activity will later conduct machine performance trials at research partners and conduct training onthe use of machines and hand over machines to research partners to be utilized or used in the process of mixinganimal feed.

Viera Souvenirs is one of the largest gift shops in the city of Pekanbaru which has been establishedsince 2015. This shop provides various types of food, wet cakes, snacks and drinks typical of the city ofPekanbaru. Many people who have shopped at Viera Souvenirs have experienced difficulties when shopping,such as not getting information about product prices and what products are recommended, incomplete allproduct lists on the online ojek application and admin responses that are not quick to respond. In order tomaintain and increase sales turnover, a recommendation system is built to help customers find out informationabout what products and products are often sought after and maintain customer comfort in shopping. A priorialgorithms are implemented on sales transaction data that will produce rules that produce information aboutselected products that are recommendations. On feature testing using blacbox gives the result that all featuresare working properly. In the lift ratio test, the results were obtained, there were 88 rules that had an lift ratio >1. From the results of the questionnaire given to 20 respondents, it can be concluded that this system hassucceeded in helping consumers to determine which products they want to buy.
