Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of e-commerce use, and product quality on purchasing decisions in the marketplace of fashion products. (studi kasus mahasiswa program studi Manajemen UNISKA). The location of this research was carried out at Kadiri Islamic University, a college managed by the Pancasila Muslim Cendikia Foundation (YBCMP) located in Jl. The Sergeant No. 38, Manisrenggo, the town of Kediri, the district of Sediri. This research is quantitative. Data collection is done using methods of interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out using validity test methods, reliability test, classical assumption test that includes normality test, linearity test, multicolinearity trial, and heterocedasty test, double linear regression test, determination coefficient test, t test, and F test. The results of research have shown that there is a strong relationship between the variables of e-commerce, and the quality of the product to the purchase decision on the marketplace of fashion products. This is demonstrated by the R Square value of 0.815 so the correlation coefficient (relation) can be said to be very strong with the consumer prescription in deciding on the purchase in the marketplace of fashion products. (case study student’s Management Program of UNISKA).

Abstract

In this era of globalization, Indonesia faces strict industrial competition, especially in an increasingly open and independent culinary industry. The Son of Nirwana is the largest rest and by-by center that has the most complete facilities in the Magetan area. Strategic action needs to be taken by managers to always be innovative, understand market trends and adaptive in order to survive the Covid 19 pandemic era. The study aims to analyze the Promotional Strategies on Resto and the Nirwana Son Magetan Center during the Covid pandemic period in increasing product sales. The study used descriptive qualitative methods and triangulation data validity analysis. Data collection is done through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis obtained in this study indicate that Resto and the Center for the Promotion of the Son of Nirwana Magetan implemented several promotional mixtures, namely: advertising, sales promotion through the provision of product samples, discounted prices and free shipping costs, public relations, individual sales and direct marketing, In addition, the promotion carried out by Resto & the Center by the Son Of Nirvana Magetan through the use of promotional media such as the internet (social media) through instagram and the group of whatsapp tourists (table top) so that resto and center by the son of Niriwana can survive in the pandemic era.

Abstract

Business actors have various ways to market their products so that these products can be found by consumers. With various theories about marketing strategy carried out by business actors, and demanded to balance their business with current progress, especially in terms of sales. One of the policies regarding the strategy in selling products is that it can be done by selling (consignation). Consignation or commonly used to be used by selling is a sale by the way the owner entrusts the goods to other parties to be sold at the price and conditions that have been set in the agreement. In this case we use a consignation sales system in marketing moringa stick products in tambu village. By using the FGD method, observation and interviews in determining the place of marketing carried out. Hopefully in this way the tambu village business group can be helped in marketing the products.

Abstract

The gross domestic product of a region is often used as a reference as an indicator of the success of economic growth in a region. The process of the speed of economic growth in a region is shown by using the rate of increase in GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product), so that the level of development of GRDP per capita achieved by the community is often a measure of the success of a region in achieving the goal of creating economic development. (Sukirno, 1981:23). This article discusses which sectors have an important role in the development of economic growth in the city of Surabaya from 2020 to 2022.

Abstract

Infrastructure development plays an important role for the prosperity of society. SBSN is issued with the aim of financing the State Budget including infrastructure development. This research was conducted to determine the linkages of sukuk in infrastructure development in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach, namely reviewing, analyzing, looking for problem theories that are related to the research theme. The data used is data sourced from literature or references. The analysis technique in this study uses a technique that combines concepts and theories regarding the development of sukuk, infrastructure development, as well as the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN), and State Sharia Securities (SBSN). The research finding is that state sukuk have an important influence on funding infrastructure development with the PBS (Project Based Sukuk) and Retail State sukuk series.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of fiqh related to earnings management in Islamic financial institutions. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The presence of fiqh rules is needed to solve problems in a broad scope, even in Islamic financial institutions, especially in earnings management. Either in its application or regarding rules that are restrictive in lawful or not prohibited implementation. Usually in Islamic financial institutions, mudharabah and musyarakah are contracts that are commonly used for transactions in Islamic banks. The application of fiqh principles in earnings management is proven to be significantly applied, through its application which must comply with Islamic ethical provisions and be based on the Islamic spirit. In the practice of earnings management, all parties must behave according to sharia provisions or according to sharia principles.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the equivalent rate, inflation, and liquidity on third-party funds in Islamic banking in Indonesia for the 2019-2021 period. The research population is Islamic banking financial statements with a monthly period from 2019-2021. With the saturated sampling technique, the number of samples is 36 months. The data collection technique used is a documentation study, namely the financial statements of Islamic banking in Indonesia published by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia. Data processing is done by multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application. Research findings that the equivalent rate affects third party funds, inflation does not affect third party funds and liquidity affects third party funds.

Abstract

The financial system is a system where this is very important so that it has a principal value role in running the economy in life. The financial system can also be interpreted as an economic order that exists in a country that has an important role and carries out all activities regarding various financial services where this is carried out by the financial institutions themselves, which have the main task and role of channeling funds. However, with the increasingly complex situation of the global financial system, an institution is needed which has a duty and role to carry out an arrangement and carry out supervision. The presence of the Financial Services Authority institution in the financial system in Indonesia makes finance in Indonesia increasingly well-conditioned. This is in accordance with the objectives of the Financial Services Authority, which is to serve as a supervisory body for the running of the financial system in Indonesia. The role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in overseeing the financial system in Indonesia is implemented through the Role of the Financial Services Authority in Consumer Protection and Conducting Investigations and the Role of the Financial Services Authority in Regulation and Supervision of Technology-Based Financial Services. Thus, in developments in the financial sector in Indonesia, the presence of OJK is considered capable as an institution to carry out supervision which is expected to be able to bridge the gap to help launch several activities of financial service institutions.

Abstract

The findings of the information in this study are useful for understanding the role of cash waqf in creating community welfare and increasing the country’s economic stability. The method used in this study is the literary method with descriptive presentation and qualitative analysis by examining library materials such as books, journals and news on the internet, magazines, articles and other scientific works cited in the proposal. Maintaining the economic stability of a country is not easy. Many of the countries that may be in debt will make the country more developed, but the opposite is true. This will actually make the country even poorer and the level of economic stability will decline. With the existence of cash waqf, the level of poverty can be quickly overcome, even though the impact is not big.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of issuing Islamic bonds on the rate of economic growth. This study uses a quantitative method using regression analysis and using secondary data. Samples were taken from 5 observations assisted by using the eviews 9 application. The data used is annual data from Sharia Bonds and Economic Growth Rates in 2018-2022. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the Development of Islamic Bonds has a negative and significant effect on the independent variable Economic Growth (GDP).
