Abstract

Good discipline reflects the magnitude of a person's sense of responsibility towards the tasks assigned to him. This encourages morale and the realization of company and employee goals. Therefore, every company will always try to make its employees have good work discipline, because good work discipline will greatly affect the progress of the productivity of the company's Human Resources. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of employee work discipline at PT Gresik Migas. This type of research is field research. This research uses inductive thinking methods. Data analysis techniques using interviews and documentation. The data sources in this study have two data sources, namely Primary Data and Secondary Data. The results of this study reveal that actually PT Gresik Migas has implemented work discipline, but employee performance has not met operational standards, because work discipline has not been fully implemented, there are some employees who have not comply with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor sentral dalam suatu organisasi, yang memiliki peranan penting dalam perusahaan sebagai faktor penggerak, perencanaan dan pengendalian dalam seluruh aktivitas perusahaan. Perlu diperhatikan dan terciptanya kerja yang efektif dan efisien, organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin dan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas kerja pada PT. Latexco Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 80 responden. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Latexco Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode linear berganda. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukan Disiplin (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Produktivitas (Y) di PT. Latexco Indonesia .

Abstract

Dalam menjalani visi dan misi perusahaan, Perencanaan SDM memiliki peranan penting dalam mengelola Karyawannya secara efektif yaitu melalui serangkaian proses Talent Management. Pengelolaan SDM juga sebaiknya relevan dengan Budaya Organisasi yang telah ada. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya rutinitas dan karakteristik SDM yang telah melekat yaitu seperti Lingkungan kerja, pengetahuan, pengalaman, keterampilan, dan komitmen SDM dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu Perencanaan SDM perlu disesuaikan dengan Budaya Organisasi agar Karyawan dapat dengan mudah beradaptasi dan melaksanakan proses Perencanaan tersebut. Maka dari itu, penulis berusaha mengumpulkan sumber bukti informatif dengan sebaik mungkin dalam artikel ini untuk membahas peran proses Talent Management sebagai bentuk dari Perencanaan SDM yang disesuaikan dengan Budaya Organisasi.

Abstract

Holding shares that have been purchased by investors is a level of trust in the company itself, and whether or not investors hold their shares for a long time greatly influences the condition of the holding period. During a period of transition and global economic uncertainty, stock prices in the energy sector are a long-term alternative to be maintained. Thus this study aims to analyze the effect of bid-ask spreads, market value, and variance returns on the holding period of the energy sector. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of data on the number of outstanding shares, daily data on the volume of stock trading transactions, the bid price and ask price of shares, and the average stock return of energy sector companies during 2020-2021 with the type of time series data. The population and sample in this study are all companies going public in the energy sector on the Indonesian stock exchange, namely 58 companies on all accelerator boards for the period 2020-2021. The data analysis tool used is a multiple linear regression model to look for the effect of bid-ask spreads on market value and variance return on the holding period. The results of this study show that the bid-ask spreads variable has a negative effect on the holding period, and for market value variable results, the variance return does not affect the holding period.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology makes people experience lifestyle transformation, especially in carrying out daily activities such as consumption patterns, schools, and so on. But not only that, but the development of this technology has also changed MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) which were originally traditional to turn into the digital era. Economic aspects based on the use and empowerment of information technology and digital communications. In Indonesia, the digital economy is currently developing quite rapidly and in tandem with the growing market power available. This article aims to describe business opportunities for MSMEs in the digital era where the case study is Sheo Sweet's MSMEs in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. The research results obtained show that business opportunities for MSMEs in the digital era are quite diverse, namely: promotion through marketplaces is much easier, more efficient and reduces costs, renewal of marketing methods that used to be traditional to modern ones to keep up with the times, access to markets is easier and wider, strengthen branding and be able to innovate products to make them more varied. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah lingkup dunia pemasaran dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Metode pemasaran yang sebelumnya bersifat tradisional dan konvensional, kini telah terintegrasi dalam dunia digital. Tak terlepas bagi para pelaku usaha yang baru. Sweet Banana menggunakan alat analisis SWOT dan strategi pemasaran STP untuk menentukan segmentasi, target dan posisi produk melalui analisis SWOT dengan pemanfaatan digital marketing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk memperoleh pasar yang lebih luas di Kota Palu sehingga dapat menghasilkan keuntungan untuk keberlanjutan usaha Sweet Banana. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah mastriks SWOT serta strategi pemasaran STP. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pemanfaatan digital marketing memberikan dampak positif pada pengembangan jaringan pemasaran usaha Sweet Banana dibuktikan dengan perolehan omset melebihi target yang ditentukan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style (X1), discipline (X2) and work motivation on employee performance (Y) case study of the Department of Transportation of West Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees at the West Sumatra Province Transportation Service. Samples were taken and selected using saturated sampling with a total of 92 respondents. To answer this research the analysis used is regression analysis. This study shows that discipline over attendance, responsibility, attitudes and norms has a significant influence on employee performance at the West Sumatra Province Transportation Service.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how brand perception and price influence patrons' decisions at the Bu Imas Bandung restaurant. For three (three) months, from December 2022 to December 2022, this study was conducted. In this investigation, non-probability sampling was used. This survey has 95 respondents who had bought Mrs. Imas Bandung's items. The method used to collect data on brand image, pricing, and purchase decision variables was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used include partial hypothesis testing, or t tests, descriptive analyses, normality tests, validity tests, and reliability tests. The descriptive analysis's findings for elements influencing brand image, pricing, and purchasing behavior are in the "very good" range. Brand image and pricing considerably and favorably influence consumer choice at the Bu Imas Bandung restaurant, according to partial correlation research. It has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions made at the Bu Imas Bandung restaurant based on the concurrent study of brand image and price.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the significance of the influence of compensation and leadership both simultaneously and partially on the work discipline of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Padang. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach where the respondents are employees at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the City of Padang. Determination of the number of samples using the Total Sampling sample technique. The number of samples taken was 77 people to be respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis to determine the magnitude of the influence of compensation and leadership both simultaneously and partially on the work discipline of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Padang. The results of the study prove that compensation and leadership affect the work discipline of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Padang.

Abstract

Capital expenditures are expenditures made in the context of capital formation, namely to increase fixed assets/inventories that provide benefits for more than one accounting period, including expenditures for maintenance costs which aim to maintain or increase the useful life, increase the capacity and quality of assets. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Regional Original Revenue and General Allocation Fund have on capital expenditure in 19 regencies and cities in West Sumatra for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique used the total sampling method and obtained as many as 76 data. Data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency for West Sumatra Province through the website www.sumbar.bps.go.id. The analytical method used is panel data regression with the help of the E-Views application. After the Hausman-Test was carried out, it was decided to choose the Fixed Effect Model method. The results of the study show that Regional Original Income has no effect on Capital Expenditures and General Allocation Funds have a Positive Influence on Capital Expenditures.
