Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality, brand image and price on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in Surabaya. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The data for this research is a sample of 96 respondents whose sampling used Roa Purba. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 software. Data that meets the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test is processed to produce the regression equation: Y = 4.573 + 0.219 X1+ 0.597X2 + 0.638X3 + e. The results of the analysis carried out can be seen through the results of the t test. It can be seen that the variables product quality, brand image and price partially have a significant influence on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in Surabaya with each having a calculated t value (2.077), t calculated (5,967). and t count (4.511) which is greater than t table (1.66088). The results of the F test in this research show that the calculated F value (46.662) is greater than the F table (3.09), which means that the variables of product quality, brand image and price simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in Surabaya.

Abstract

Indonesia experienced an economic increase in the third quarter of 2023 of 4.94 percent per year, although slightly lower than 5.17 percent per year in the previous quarter. This is supported by increasing household consumption, consumer confidence and stable public purchasing power (Bank Indonesia Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) data: November 2023). The growing economic growth in Indonesia allows entrepreneurs to open up more business opportunities in the business sector. With the increasing business of new companies, business competition both at home and abroad is getting tighter, resulting in global business competition. All economic sectors strive to improve the quality of production and income, because the company's main goal in building a business is to obtain the largest possible profit that is in line with the survival of the business actor. Therefore, to achieve this goal requires calculating the right selling price. Because company management does not know how to calculate the correct and competitive selling products, this calculation will definitely be a challenge for them. Selling price is defined as the amount of money given by a company to buyers or purchasing a product (Supriyono 2013:211). If the selling price is high then buyers will not buy the goods or may reduce purchases. However, if the selling price is low, it will affect revenue results and hinder the achievement of company goals. The selling price is influenced by production costs. If the cost of production is calculated incorrectly, the selling price used will also be incorrect. Therefore, it is important for business people to make decisions about how product selling prices are determined efficiently.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of organizational commitment, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of Class 1B Boyolali District Court employees. The number of samples used in this research was 40 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques use SEM-PLS and SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Effective leadership and employee discipline are essential to maintaining a productive and professional workplace environment. Leaders are expected to open up two-way communication so that employees can fully understand the Company's goals in achieving performance. Companies need to have a clear and consistent approach to employee discipline to ensure that employees understand company policies and comply with performance expectations. In addition, employee discipline helps identify and correct behavior or actions that are detrimental to the organization.

Abstract

Goods delivery services do have an important role in economic growth, especially in goods transportation using airplanes. Transportation is getting better and developing fast and supported by advances in science and technology, now many domestic goods delivery companies have also been established. Where a company that delivers goods in its handling, apart from using sophisticated facilities and infrastructure, the company also needs cooperation with other parties to expand the company's network and performance system so that it can handle it better. Therefore, there is also a lot of competition between companies in the field goods delivery services in selling their products to consumers, but not everyone can set up a goods delivery company well, because to place a company in the domestic goods delivery services industry it must be able to have professional human resources, and high work standard capabilities. , if they want to get the best access to the market and the trust of consumers. This development has caused the emergence of many problems that must be immediately overcome by goods delivery service companies in order to maintain their business, especially to increase revenue in the sales function. These conditions cause companies to work hard to win the market, through a coordinated organizational structure, high specialization. , as well as the management's ability to work effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

His research aims to investigate the influence of promotions and prices on consumer decisions in choosing forklift rental services at PT. Mahira Multi Sarana, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample for this study consisted of consumers who had used the company's forklift rental services. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the relationship between promotion and price variables on consumer decisions. The research results show that promotions and prices have a significant effect on consumers' decisions to use forklift rental services. The implication of this research is the importance of companies in designing effective promotional strategies and setting competitive prices to influence consumer decisions in choosing forklift rental services.

Abstract

This case study focuses on a company with a single object in the form of biological assets. This study seeks to evaluate the implementation of PSAK 69 at PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk, focusing on the recognition, measurement, and disclosure of biological assets, including oil palm and rubber trees, and assessing the extent to which PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk applies PSAK 69 in accounting practices. This research method is descriptive qualitative analysis, with secondary data obtained through documentation methods and literature studies. The analysis involves explaining the reality of an object in narrative form based on data from the 2021-2022 financial statements of PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk. The results of the study indicate that the SIMP Group has adopted PSAK 69 effectively in terms of recognition, measurement, and disclosure of agricultural products. However, there are differences in the application of entities to PSAK 69 relating to measurement and disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of perceived quality, perceived value on customer satisfaction with a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling as a sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire techniques that are distributed using online google forms. Data analysis in this study multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, data normality test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test. The results showed that the variable perceived quality (X1) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with the results of the hypothesis test showing t count> t table (10.626 > 1.985). The variable perceived value (X2) has no significant effect on customer satifcation (Y), because the hypothesis test results show t count < t table (0.365 < 1.985). The variables perceived quality (X1) and perceived value (X2) together affect customer satisfaction (Y) with a calculated F value of 171,224 and a significance value of 0.00 which is smaller than the maximum significance limit of 0.05. The implication of this research is to increase perceived value at photograms studio tunjungan plaza Surabaya.

Abstract

. With the development of the era that is increasingly advanced, companies need to make effective marketing plans to excel in business competition. In marketing planning there are several factors that are considered such as Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty that affect Repurchase Intention. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of brand trust and brand loyalty partially and simultaneously on repurchase interest in Avian paint product customers in Gresik. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample population was 100 consumers of Avian paint products in Gresik. The method used in sampling was non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that brand trust has a partial effect on repurchase interest; and brand loyalty has a partial effect on repurchase interest; while Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty have a simultaneous effect on Repurchase Interest in Avian Paint Product Customers in Gresik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on return visit interest at hotel X in Surabaya both simultaneously and partially, and to determine the most dominant variable in influencing return visit interest. This study belongs to the type of causal research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 96 respondents, the results of which will be tested for validity and multiple linear regression analysis, multiple determination coefficients, F test, t test, and dominant test. The study results show that service quality affects the interest in revisiting hotel X in Surabaya both simultaneously and partially. The service quality variable is the most dominant variable in influencing return visit interest at hotel X in Surabaya. Furthermore, the ability of the service quality variable to influence the revisit interest variable is 50.5%, while the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
