Abstract

Lansia dengan penyakit kronik merupakan salah satu kelompok populasi rentan dengan peningkatan jumlah yang tinggi baik di negara maju ataupun negara berkembang. Untuk mengendalikan penyakit hipertensi, lansia memerlukan dukungan keluarga sebagai sumber dukungan internal untuk membantu mempertahankan kesehatannya, yang kemudian dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pengendalian hipertensi pada lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan perilaku pengendalian hipertensi pada lansia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional menggunakan sampel sebanyak 111 lansia dengan hipertensi. Data didapatkan dengan mengisi kuesioner Dukungan Keluarga dan Hypertension Self-Management Behavior Questionnaire (HSMBQ) yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Penelitian kemudian diolah dengan uji analisis Pearson Product-Moment coefficient correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan perilaku pengendalian hipertensi pada lansia di Kota Tangerang. Dukungan penghargaan dan emosional keluarga berkaitan cukup erat dengan kemampuan lansia mengendalikan hipertensinya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlu ditingkatkannya bentuk dukungan keluarga, seperti penghargaan, emosional, informasional, dan instrumental agar lansia memiliki perilaku pengendalian hipertensi yang baik. Kata Kunci: Dukungan Keluarga; Lansia; Perilaku pengendalian hipertensi

Abstract

Abstract:Understanding the concept for students becomes an important basis in thinking so as to solve the problems that exist in real life. This study aims to determine the level of interpersonal learning styles and students' understanding of the concepts of statistics. This research is qualitative in nature, with the research subjects being 6 students of class XII MIPA 1 in Madrasah Aliyah in Lamongan and 1 mathematics subject teacher. The object in this study is the ability to understand statistical concepts and interpersonal learning styles in students. The instruments used were observation, questionnaires, test questions, interviews, and documentation. Based on the analysis of qualitative data that has been done, the results obtained interpersonal learning styles in students are in the high and medium categories. with different levels of interpersonal learning styles. Even though they have a high level of interpersonal learning style, not all are able to understand statistical concepts well. Abstrak:Pemahaman konsep bagi peserta didik menjadi dasar penting dalam berpikir sehingga dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada dikehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat gaya belajar interpersonal dan pemahaman konsep peserta didik terhadap statistika. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah 6 peserta didik kelas XII MIPA 1 di salah satu Madrasah Aliyah di Lamongan dan 1 orang guru matapelajaran matematika. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan dalam pemahaman konsep statistika dan gaya belajar interpersonal pada peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket, tes soal, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data kualitatif yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil gaya belajar interpersonal pada peserta didik berada dalam kategori tinggi dan sedang. dengan tingkat gaya belajar interpersonal yang berbeda. Meskipun memiliki tingkat gaya belajar interpesonal tinggi namun tidak semua mampu memahami konsep statistika dengan baik.

Abstract

Pada pengujian validitas (keabsahan) dan relibilitas terhadap data-data hasil, penelitian didapat hasilpada variable Tingkat kinerja SDM (X1),Fasilitasa (X2) dan pelayanan (X3) serta variable kepuasan penggunajasa (Y)didapatkan angka r hitung > r table.Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa item-item pertanyaan padaketiga variable bebas yang diteliti memenuhi syarat untuk diadakan suatu penelitian.Sedangkan angkareliabilitas pada masing-masing variable diperoleh angka > 0,6 sehingga dikatakan reliable.Oleh karena ituketiga variable bebas ( Tingkat KinerjaSDM,fasilitas dan pelayanan) serta variable terikatnya (kepuasan penggunajasa) layak digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis selanjutnya (uji t dan uji f ) In testing the validity (validity) and reliability of the data of the results, the research results obtained inthe variable rate HR performance (X1), Fasilitasa (X2) and services (X3) and variable user satisfaction services(Y) obtained figures count r> r table .This means that the items in question three independent variables studiedeligible for penelitian.Sedangkan held a number of reliability for each variable obtained figures> 0.6 so that saidthird reliable.Oleh therefore independent variable (Level KinerjaSDM , facilities and services) as well as thedependent variable (the service user satisfaction) should be used to test the hypothesis further (t test and f )

Abstract

Bernavigasi merupakan bagian dari kegiatan mengemudikan kapal dari suatu tempat ketempat lain. Pengetahuan tentang alat-alat navigasi sangat penting untuk membantu seorang pelaut dalam melayarkan kapalnya. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, modernisasi peralatan navigasi sangat membantu akurasi penentuan posisi kapal, dapat mengetahui macam-macam alat navigasi elektronik dan konvensional, dapat memahami fungsi dan kegunaan dari alat tersebut, mengetahui prinsip kerja dari alat navigasi tersebut dan dapat mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan dari alat navigasi konvensional dan elektronik. Kata kunci : fungsi alat navigasi elektronik dan konvensional

Abstract

Latar belakang: Prevalensi HIV /AIDS di dunia  mengalami peningkatan, begitu pula di Indonesia. Menurut WHO  kasus HIV/AIDS didunia tahun 2017   sekitar 36,9 juta jiwa,  di Indonesia sampai awal 2018 ada 291.129jiwa, Jawa Tengah 23.508 jiwa , Semarang  sampai Mei 2018 ada 4800 jiwa. ODHA yang dinyatakan reaktif HIV dianjurkan segera konsumsi ARV. Obat ARV berfungsi menekan perkembangan virus sehingga  penderitaHIV/AIDS dianjurkan  teratur konsumsi ARV seumur hidup.  Temuan data menunjukkan kepatuhan  ARV  bagi penderita  masih  rendah, sehingga banyak faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap ketidaktepatan minum  ARV.  Hal ini diperkuat dengan penemuan  kasus Loss to follow up (LTFU)  yang  meningkat.  Tujuan: mengetahui faktor internal ODHA yang  berpengaruh terhadap  ketidaktepatan konsumsi ARV di wilayah Semarang Metode:Menggunakan observasional analitik, pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah sampel:  55 ODHA yang  berobat di wilayah Semarang.Tekhnik sampling  non random jenis purposif sampling. Hasil: Faktor internal ODHA  yangberpengaruh terhadap ketidaktepatan konsumsi ARV  antara lain  status pekerjaan  yang sibuk   RP  1,896 (95% CI   1,068  - 3,368  p =  0,022), infeksi oportunistik  semakin banyak  RP  2,545   (95% CI  1,489- 4,351     p= 0,001), keikutsertaan ODHA dalam KDS terlambat  RP  2,182 (95% CI   1,264  -3,767  p = 0,004 ) Kesimpulan: faktor internal ODHA yang berpengaruh terhadap ketidaktepatan konsumsi ARV dan dinyatakan bermakna antara lain status pekerjaan yang  sibuk, infeksi oportunistik  semakin banyak  , keikutsertaan ODHA dalam KDS  terlambat .Kata kunci:  Faktor internal ODHA, ketidaktepatan konsumsi ARV, Semarang

Abstract

Fishing is a fishing activity that has been around for a long time. Fishing is done to fulfill human needs. Based on existing data, Indonesian people's consumption of fish reaches an average of 41 kilograms per capita per year, in other words, it is still very low. One of the causes is the lack of productivity of fish catches. Fishing is dominated by large vessels with modern equipment, so the fishing capacity of traditional fishermen is very low. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is trying to increase fishing productivity, one of which is by providing fishing deck machinery to small fishermen. The problem is that fishing aids are imported products and require maintenance which is not easy and not cheap. Based on this, a fishing tool that is more efficient and easy to maintain and operate is designed. The process of fishing aids uses a buoy equipped with AIS. The purpose of the buoy frequency for calling fish is equipped with AIS which is used to detect the position of the buoy for 2 to 4 days when the ship will come to take the buoy. It is installed on the buoy, namely to maintain security and call fish. The signal from the buoy uses the frequency on the buoy which is used to catching fish is also to detect other ships that will approach to catch fish and where there are lots of fish. The Ulrich and Eppinger method with the mission of fishing aid products can be made by local industry. Based on the results of the product concept design for fishing aids, the 1st (one) variant concept was chosen with specifications, namely: (1) tool dimensions 500 mm x 150 mm x 225 mm; (2) a drive system with low electrical power using a large reducer rotation; (3) has 2 (two) manual functions and functions

Abstract

Mangrove adalah vegetasi pantai yang memiliki morfologi khas dengan sistem perakaran yang mampu beradaptasi pada daerah pasang surut dengan subtract lumpur atau lumpur pasir (Perpres No 51, 2016). Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan warga Pantai Tirang dan perwakilan Fakultas Kemaritiman Universitas Maritim AMNI. Perwakilan Universitas Maritim AMNI terdiri dari 2 (dua) unsur, yaitu unsur Dosen dan Taruna. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk melindungi garis pantai dari abrasi atau pengikisan, meredam gelombang besar termasuk tsunami, hutan mangrove juga dapat menarik minat wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara dan dengan diadakannya penanaman mangrove ini secara tidak langsung akan memberikan kesadaran dan pembelajaran kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga ekosistem pantai dengan merawat tanaman mangrove tersebut. Kegiatan ini juga harus terus ditanamkan kepada generasi penerus atau generasi muda untuk turut serta berperan aktif dalam menjaga lingkungan yang akan mendukung kehidupan masyarakat dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

Producers of packaged instant coffee have to compete fiercely to get consumers' attention, because the many types of packaged instant coffee on offer make consumers increasingly free to make their choices. Kapal Api Coffee producers need to evaluate marketing policies in the form of brand image, advertising and product quality and their influence on consumer demand to buy, so that they are expected to be able to innovate to increase their sales. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence on brand image, advertising and product quality on consumer buying interest in Kapal Api Coffee products in Surabaya. This research approach uses quantitative research. The data used are respondents' answers from distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. Based on the research results, it is known that brand image, advertising and product quality simultaneously influence consumer buying interest in Kapal Api Coffee products, because the F test results show the calculated F value is greater than F table, namely 34.040 > 2.699. Brand image partially influences consumer buying interest in Kapal Api Coffee products, this is proven by the t test which shows the calculated t value is greater than the t table, namely 4.569 > 1.985. Advertising partially influences consumer buying interest in Kapal Api Coffee products, this is proven by the t test which shows the calculated t value is greater than the t table, namely 2.190 > 1.985. Product quality partially influences consumer buying interest in Kapal Api Coffee products, this is proven by the t test which shows the calculated t value is greater than the t table, namely 3.531 > 1.985. Based on the research results, it is also known that brand image (X1) has a dominant influence on purchasing interest. This is proven by the t test where the calculated t value of brand image (X1) is greater than the calculated t value of the advertising variables (X2) and product quality (X3), namely 4.569.

Abstract

A retail business is a business selling products and services that have been added to meet the needs of individuals, families or other end users. Retail business in Indonesia is divided into 2 groups, namely traditional retail and modern retail. Modern retail is basically a development of traditional retail. Retail business does not always have to be done in a shop, but can also be done via telephone or internet, also called retail or non-shop retail. The characteristics of a traditional retail business are simple, the place is not too large, the goods sold are not too many type, the management or management system is still simple, does not offer shopping convenience and there is still a process of haggling over prices with traders, and the products sold are not displayed openly, so customers do not know whether the retailer has the goods they are looking for or not. Meanwhile, modern retail businesses On the contrary, it offers a spacious place, there are many types of goods sold, the management system is well managed, offers shopping convenience, the selling price is fixed (fixed price), so there is no bargaining process and there is a self-service or self-service system, as well as displays products on open shelves, so customers can see, choose, and even try products first before deciding to buy. Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System - SAP is called "Industry Solu-tion" as a technological change that exists by changing the accounting in-formation system (AIS) process for company activities in running a busi-ness. In fact, the accounting and finance department has not adopted an SAP-based ERP system, while other departments in the company have im-plemented an SAP-based ERP system. This study aims to analyze the impact of SAP-based ERP implementation on efficiency, accuracy and data inte-gration in accounting information systems, by exploring differences be-tween departments that use and do not use the system. This type of research uses Descriptive qualitative methods by selecting PT BS Surabaya as a sample and source of informants from the Accounting and finance depart-ments who are considered to have knowledge and information about the problem under study, namely the implementation of SAP-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as an effort to improve the quality of accounting information systems at PT BS. Data collected using instruments in the form of observation and documentation, as well as in-depth interviews with in-formants. The data was analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the implementation of SAP-based ERP significantly improved efficiency and accuracy in the departments that adopted it. And can make efficiency in the need for less labor compared to using manual methods.
