Abstract

Interactive Learning Media has a very important role in the process of teaching and learning activities (KBM) in schools, especially during a pandemic, where KBM activities must be carried out online (in a network). To streamline online learning activities are stored in the Learning Management System (LMS), which is a web-based software program for management, documentation, monitoring, reporting, administration and distribution of educational content, training programs, technical manuals, instructional videos or digital library materials, and projects learning and development. Interactive Learning Media is a multimedia-based tool that can describe messages or information from teacher to students in which active two-way communication occurs between multimedia and users (students) so that it can facilitate the online learning process. This study used the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method with six stages, namely: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The research objective is to create interactive learning media for basic programming subjects using Articulate Storyline software. The results of designing learning media are in the form of a scom application that can be integrated into the school's Learning Management System (LMS) and can be accessed by students anywhere and anytime via a laptop or smartphone.

Abstract

As the demand for electricity increases, so does the demand for fossil fuels for power generation, leading to a reduction in the current reserves of fossil fuels, which are also becoming more expensive. By utilizing renewable energy sources, one of which is solar energy, it can be used as an alternative energy source that is environmentally friendly. A grid-connected rooftop solar power plant can reduce the amount of your monthly electricity bill, thereby increasing efficiency. Based on the author's findings on the rooftop PLTS at Graha YPK PLN with a capacity of 10.8 kWp using solar panels with a capacity of 450 Wp as many as 24 panels and one inverter of 15.330 W, there are two factors that cause the results of the energy produced by PLTS to be inconsistent, the first is internal factors for example from solar modules, inverters, and distribution panels. The second is external factors, namely weather, shading and Ambient Air Temperature. The results of the maintenance that has been carried out can be concluded that the maintenance carried out is successful. so that the maintenance activities carried out can be carried out again in the next maintenance. For this reason, this maintenance activity is able to help reduce or overcome problems on the panel such as the panel not working effectively due to the presence of dust attached and even stubborn dirt and so on that cannot be washed away by rainwater

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of student performance and perceptions of those taught with a gamification learning approach compared to students in rote classes on their academic reading comprehension during COVID 19 Post-Pandemic 2021 in Indonesia's New Normal learning setting. A quasi-experimental study design with pre-test and post-test control groups was used. Students are allocated to one of two versions of the program's learning environment at random: the gamified version or the original non-gamified version. The results of the pre-post test through the Independent Sample T-Test found a significant value which proved that the Gamification Learning Technique was also more effective than the rote learning method. Questionnaires were used to collect data regarding opinions related to gamification elements and it was found that most students chose "strongly agree" to "agree" with positive statements about research. In conclusion, gamified learning is recommended to make learning more enjoyable, even without fully solving some of the motivational challenges students face.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study how widely QRIS is used among micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and how effective QRIS is in transaction processing. Reviewing the experiences of buyers and owners of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) having used QRIS has outlined the best way to use the system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. The goal of qualitative research is to bring researchers and the phenomena they study closer together in an interactive process that increases everyone's knowledge. While describing a phenomenon and its characteristics is the main goal of descriptive research. Observations, interviews, and documentation will be used to collect data, which will then be analyzed to provide solutions to the problems formulated and draw conclusions. The research findings show that first, many merchants and the general public do not understand the features and advantages of the program, the installation of a QRIS-based payment gateway for merchant transactions is still not going well. Second, the community and MSME actors are starting to switch to using QRIS because it can minimize the spread of Covid-19. Third, QRIS shows effectiveness in the transaction process during the Covid-19 pandemic which was very effective, besides that there are 2 types of transaction mechanisms using QRIS, the first is Merchant-Presented (push payment) and Customer-Presented (pull payment).

Abstract

Companies that issue bonds have an obligation to pay interest regularly according to a predetermined period of time and the principal at maturity. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability on bond ratings in non-financial companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method using Microsoft Excel 2016 software and SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 26.0 as tools to test data. The purpose of this analysis is to get the relevant information contained in the data and use the results to solve a problem. The results of this study state that a positive liquidity value indicates that companies with high liquidity are most likely to be in efficient conditions, for example, companies do not use financing through bonds because companies have large internal funds and tend to choose to use internal funds first compared to external financing sources such as issuance of bonds resulting in high corporate value and affect the bond rating. These results indicate that liquidity has a positive influence on bond ratings of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021, thus supporting the research hypothesis. This is because liquidity shows a positive direction, where the higher the level of liquidity, the greater the acquisition of a non-financial company's bond rating.

Abstract

Kampung Pelangi is one of the trends used to dress up several villages in Indonesia so that they have selling points to help the community develop more in advancing their villages. The villages that become Pelangi villages have quite similar types of village problems, namely villages that are densely populated with the majority of the population being the lower middle class. This kelurahan is located by the river and has a hillside site and is in the center of the city. This gave rise to a phenomenon where an urban village became an object of public spectacle. Coupled with easy digital access to promote goods for sale, including the beauty of the village, this has made the village an object to be watched and enjoyed rather than simply defined as a place to live. What is witnessed or shown is a scenario planned by the community and the village government, by looking for the potential that exists in people's lives, then raised and highlighted as the attraction of the village spectacle. This paper discusses how Kampung in Indonesia developed within the scope of the city of Semarang and ended up becoming a trend of dressing up as a village in the modern era with the case study of Kampung Pelangi to reveal the extent to which the level of spectacle created in reality in urban areas. villages in Indonesia seen from the Kampung Pelangi phenomenon.
