Abstract

In the world of banking several times encountered the problem of unfair competition for bank notaries. Banks only want to use the services of certain notaries, so that other notaries find it difficult and are not given the opportunity to provide their services. The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts made to prevent unhealthy competition from bank notaries. This research is a normative research using statutory and conceptual approaches. Data collection was carried out by means of a literature study. Data analysis was carried out using the deductive method. The results of the study stated that preventing unhealthy competition from notaries could be done by opening up opportunities and information for notaries to get clients who make agreements with banks. Abstract

This study examines the quality service of business license process at the Ministry of Agriculture and explores aspects that hinder their service for agricultural business license process (PTSP) at the Ministry of Agriculture's. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods with interviews and documentation studies are used to collect data. This study uses data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy along with indicators. The results showed that the quality of service for the business license process at the Ministry of Agriculture still needs to be improved, especially in the aspects of process speed, information disclosure, and responsiveness of service officers. Especially related to (1) Implementation of application-based service quality that has not provided convenience for business actors and lack of comfortable and clean facilities. (2) Strengthen the service officer's role in responding to any complaint of the service not in accordance with the wishes of the community regarding the timing of completion. (3) There are still low number of reliable employees in serving and assisting business actors. Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the implementation of the “Jakarta Smart City” (JAKI) application policy in the South Jakarta City area in 2020. And to find out more about the implementation and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the JAKI application. This research focuses on the implementation of the "JakLapor" feature found in the JAKI application. This study uses four indicators obtained from George C. Edward III's policy implementation theory, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. This study uses a qualitative approach, using primary and secondary data sources—obtained Primary data sources from observations and interviews with informants—received Secondary data sources from document searches. The study results indicate that the JAKI application in South Jakarta City has not utilized technology and communication to realize better public services. The use of Smart City has also not succeeded in increasing public and government participation in using application data, providing input and criticism of the implementation of public services. Furthermore, the JAKI application also has supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. However, there are also challenges in implementing Smart City in Indonesia, such as inadequate infrastructure, data security problems, and limited access to technology for people in rural areas. Therefore, there is a need for collaboration between the government, private sector, and society to overcome these challenges and ensure the implementation of a sustainable and inclusive Smart City in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of occupational health and safety (OHS) certification training on SMEs and technology startups. The focus is on a training program provided by the Deputy of SMEs at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs to improve worker awareness, compliance, and skills in OHS. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Respondents were employees from SMEs and technology startups who had completed OHS certification training. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The study found that OHS certification training has a positive impact on companies. The positive impacts discovered include increased worker awareness and compliance with OHS regulations, reduced risks of accidents and occupational illnesses, increased efficiency and productivity, improved quality of products and services, and reduced operating costs. However, the study also found that there are factors that influence the success or failure of OHS certification training programs, such as confidence, motivation, and support from management. Therefore, it is recommended that the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs continue to evaluate the training program and provide sufficient support to companies in implementing OHS training. In conclusion, OHS certification training has a positive impact on companies, particularly SMEs and technology startups. The positive impact can be enhanced by considering the factors that influence the success of the training program. Therefore, the training program needs to be continually developed and improved to increase worker awareness, compliance, and skills in OHS.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effect of applying the concept achievement learning model on the ability to think critically and creatively in elementary school student. Students' capacity for original thought allows them to come up with solutions to mathematical issues in a variety of ways. This research was conducted in 6th grade at UPI Cibiru Laboratory Elementary School in the 2021–2022 academic year on cubes and blocks lessons. This research used a quasi-experimental approach with a single experimental group. There were 22 students who made up the experimental group. The selection of purposive sampling led to the creation of the class group. The independent variable in this study is the achievement of the concept, while the dependent variable is the ability to think critically and creatively. The research design used is the Nonequevalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The instruments used in this research are test and non-test. The test is in the form of questions to determine the effect of students' critical and creative mathematical thinking skills between those using the Concept Achievement learning model and the Inquiry Learning Model. The non-test is in the form of a Likert scale to measure students' self-confidence. The data analysis technique used prerequisite tests, namely the normality test, homogeneity test, and the average difference test. Furthermore, the correlation test uses the Pearson or Spearman test and the coefficient of determination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine which variabel independent (IHSG, USD exchange, money supply (M2), and inflation) that has the most influence of expected returns using Arbitrage Pricing Theory Model for selected stock issuers from the KOMPAS100 Index for the period 2020 – 2022. The population in this study are all stock issuers registered as members of the KOMPAS100 Index for the period 2020 – 2022 using a purposive sampling technique to obtain 57 selected stock issuers from the KOMPAS100 Index population for the period 2020 – 2022. Data on stock issuers who are members of the KOMPAS100 Index for the period 2020 – 2022 is taken from the doktorsaham.com website. The monthly stock price data for selected issuers and the monthly JCI stock data are taken from the Investing.com website. Monthly inflation data for the period 2020 - 2022 is taken from the BI.go.id website. Monthly data on the amount of money in circulation (M2), and monthly data on the USD exchange rate for the period 2020 – 2022 are taken from the satudata.kemendag.go.id website. Arbitrage Pricing Theory is used to calculate the expected return of a sample of selected stock issuers using the Microsoft Excel application. JASP application is used to test the hypothesis using Linear Regression.

Abstract

School community which includes components of knowledge, awareness or will, and actions to carry out these values. In character education in schools, all components (education stakeholders) must be involved, including the components of education itself, namely curriculum content, learning and assessment processes, handling or management of subjects, school management, implementation of extracurricular activities or activities, empowerment of infrastructure, financing, and work ethic of all members of the school/environment. The application of creative intelligence as an effort to make it easier to shape the character of students. Creative intelligence is the mental capacity to concoct new and better ideas and ways to do things and juxtapose concepts, and to perceive and think with greater freedom and less constraint by past experience and learned ideas than usual. Along with these analytical and practical capacities are parts of the triarchal intelligence theory. Then the applied creative intelligence will make character formation easier to form with new learning situations and the readiness of students to accept student character formation.
