Abstract

Green financing is a key instrument in the implementation of green banking, supporting environmental sustainability while also having the potential to influence banks' financial performance. This study analyzed the impact of green banking on the stability and profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The sample comprised 17 Islamic commercial banks, yielding 97 bank-year observations over the 2019–2025 period. Annual data were obtained from the annual and sustainability reports of each bank. Green banking was proxied by the ratio of green financing to total financing, whereas bank stability and profitability were measured using the equity-to-total-assets (ETA) ratio and return on assets (ROA), respectively. The study employed fixed-effects panel data regression with standard errors clustered at the bank level. The results indicated that green financing had a positive and significant effect on bank stability but a negative and statistically insignificant effect on profitability. Banks with stronger capital adequacy and greater operational efficiency also exhibited higher levels of stability and profitability. These findings suggest that the benefits of green financing are reflected initially in enhanced bank resilience, whereas its effect on profitability may take longer to materialize. Therefore, Islamic banks should expand green financing in a prudent manner while continuing to strengthen their capital base, improve operational efficiency, and enhance financing risk management.

Abstract

Sustainable marketing has evolved from an environmental communication approach into a strategic organizational capability that integrates sustainability principles with long-term business performance. Despite the growing body of literature, the relationships among sustainable marketing, corporate risk, and financial value remain fragmented, with limited understanding of their intellectual structures and research trajectories. This study aimed to analyze research development, identify the knowledge structure, and propose future research directions concerning sustainable marketing, corporate risk, and financial value. A bibliometric performance analysis and science mapping approach were employed using 156 English-language articles and review papers indexed in the Scopus database from 2000 to 2026. The analysis examined publication trends, citation performance, influential authors, journals, countries, keyword co-occurrence, thematic evolution, and co-citation networks. The findings revealed a substantial increase in publications after 2019, indicating growing scholarly interest in the field. Five major thematic clusters were identified, emphasizing sustainability-driven performance, strategic green marketing, responsible supply chains, financial performance mechanisms, and firm value supported by green technologies. However, the literature remains predominantly focused on broad firm-performance indicators, while corporate risk and specific financial value measurements remain relatively underexplored. The study concludes that sustainable marketing should be regarded not only as a strategy for enhancing competitive advantage and financial performance but also as an organizational capability for mitigating corporate risk and strengthening long-term resilience. Future research should employ more precise financial indicators and integrate risk-oriented perspectives to provide a deeper understanding of sustainable value creation.

Abstract

In issuing certificates in Banjar district and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the performance of land agencies in issuing certificates in Banjar district. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a geetz interpretive model approach, namely a phenomenological approach that seeks to find meaning and not look for laws, understand each problem and not look for theories of phenomena. The research resulting is the performance of land agencies in issuing certificates in Banjar district is still less than optimal, because officials still expect compensation from applicants; there is discrimination among officials in providing services because of the proximity system; Responsiveness is still lacking due to complaints about making measuring drawings and land plot maps; Accountability is not good because there are many public concerns /complaints, there is no transparency regarding the costs and time of issuing certificates. The supporting factors for the performance of the land agency in issuing certificates in Banjar district are: discipline, public service vehicles for land certificates (LARASITA), computerized systems, waiting rooms, information boards, land flow charts and the existence of a complete system land registration program (PTSL). The factors inhibiting the performance of the land agency in issuing certificates in the city of Banjar district are human resources, lack of public understanding, lack of computer infrastructure, low capability of the apparatus, lack of coordination of the apparatus, inadequate storage of certificates, no funds to replace lost certificates, no guarantee of security.

Abstract

Food contamination caused by pathogenic microorganisms remains a significant public health concern, particularly due to the presence of Staphylococcus aureus, a bacterium capable of producing toxins that may cause foodborne illnesses. This study aimed to determine the number of Staphylococcus bacterial colonies in food samples, evaluate their safety based on the maximum microbial contamination limits established by the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM), and identify the presence of Staphylococcus aureus through catalase testing. The examination was conducted using chicken satay, chicken intestine satay, goat satay, meatballs, shredded chicken, and rendang samples. The samples were serially diluted using sterile water, inoculated onto Mannitol Salt Agar (MSA) medium using the pour plate method, incubated at 37°C for 24 hours, and subsequently analyzed through colony enumeration and catalase testing. The results showed variations in bacterial contamination levels among the tested samples. Chicken satay, chicken intestine satay, and goat satay exceeded the permitted microbial contamination limits, with colony counts of 135.2 × 104 CFU/mL, 49.4 × 104 CFU/mL, and 90 × 103 CFU/mL, respectively, and exhibited positive catalase reactions, indicating the presence of Staphylococcus spp. Meanwhile, meatballs, shredded chicken, and rendang met the safety requirements based on BPOM regulations. Positive catalase reactions were characterized by the formation of oxygen bubbles after exposure to hydrogen peroxide, confirming the presence of catalase-producing bacteria. These findings highlight the importance of proper sanitation, hygienic food handling practices, and microbial quality control to prevent foodborne diseases associated with Staphylococcus aureus contamination.

Abstract

The labor-intensive industry plays a strategic role in Indonesia’s national development as a major source of employment, a driver of the manufacturing sector, and a significant contributor to economic growth. Previous studies have primarily focused on labor law reforms or specific aspects of worker protection, without providing a comprehensive normative analytical framework that integrates the values of the Pancasila-based rule of law as parameters for evaluating the direction of labor legal politics in labor-intensive industries. This study aimed to analyze the development of labor legal politics in labor-intensive industries, evaluate its direction based on Constitutional Court Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 and Constitutional Court Decision Number 168/PUU-XXI/2023, and formulate a reconstruction of labor legal politics through the Pancasila Legal Politics Analysis Framework (KAPHP) as a normative analytical model. This research employed normative legal research using statutory, conceptual, historical, and case approaches. Primary legal materials consisted of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, labor legislation, and Constitutional Court decisions, which were analyzed alongside secondary legal materials through qualitative and prescriptive analysis. The findings revealed that Indonesia’s labor legal politics had evolved toward a constitutional balance paradigm that harmonized workers’ constitutional rights, legal certainty, industrial sustainability, and economic development based on Pancasila values. Furthermore, this study proposed the Pancasila Legal Politics Analysis Framework (KAPHP) as a normative analytical model synthesized from the principles of legal politics, the Pancasila rule of law, the welfare state concept, and the constitutional protection of workers’ rights.
