Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility on Stock Return. In banking companies in the Sharia Business Unit listed on the IDX. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the risk profile variable simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on stock returns . This is indicated by the F-statistic (9.702102 > 2.90) with a significance value of <a Prob. (0.0000 < 0.05). Partially, the Risk Profile variable has an effect on Stock Return, this is indicated by t-statistic > t-table (5.832663> 1.72913) with prob < a ( 0.0000 < 0.05). The size of the board of commissioners has no effect on stock returns, this is indicated by the t-statistic < t-table (-1.009617 < 1.72913) and the prob>a value (0.3254 > 0.05). The proportion of independent commissioners has no effect on stock returns. this is indicated by t-statistic <t-table (0.984251< 1.72913) and the value of Prob > a ( 0.3374 > 0.05). Corporate social responsibility has no effect on stock returns this is in match with t-statistics < t-table Corporate social responsibility (1.148739 < 1.72913) and the value of Prob. (0.2649 > 0.05).

Abstract

Education in the era of globalization faces various challenges, such as curriculum changes and technological advancements, which require educational institutions to continually innovate. The quality of education is greatly influenced by effective communication between teachers and students, as well as the selection of appropriate teaching methods. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the cooperative learning model, specifically the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) type, in improving the learning achievements of 4th-grade students at SDK Ruto in solving large whole number problems. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), consisting of three cycles, each involving planning, implementation, observation, analysis of learning outcomes, and reflection. The research subjects were 13 4th-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The results of the study indicate that the application of the TGT model can enhance students' learning outcomes. The class average increased from 55.6 on the pre-test to 86.72 in the third cycle, and the percentage of students achieving mastery increased from 53.8% to 100%. Challenges in group formation and lack of cooperation among group members were addressed by having the teacher form the groups and appointing a group leader. This study suggests that the TGT model should be applied in Mathematics instruction to improve students' ability to solve large whole number problems.

Abstract

The implementation of a patient safety culture in hospitals is crucial to reducing patient safety incidents. This culture serves as the foundation for achieving patient safety. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the patient safety culture and the reporting of patient safety incidents by healthcare workers at Surya Insani Hospital. The study design is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consists of 154 healthcare workers selected using purposive sampling. The patient safety culture with its 9 dimensions is considered the independent variable, while the reporting of patient safety incidents is the dependent variable. Data were collected using the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) questionnaire and a patient safety incident reporting questionnaire developed by the researchers, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the patient safety culture significantly affects the reporting of safety incidents, with F-value 95.986 > F-table 1.95 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, the expectations of supervisors, management support, teamwork, response to errors, open communication, and information handoff significantly influence reporting. In conclusion, a strong patient safety culture enhances the reporting of patient safety incidents by healthcare workers at Surya Insani Hospital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era digital telah mengubah banyak industri, termasuk pendidikan. Integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran telah menyebabkan perubahan signifikan dalam cara pendidikan disampaikan dan dialami oleh guru dan siswa. Salah satu aspek utama dari transformasi ini adalah digitalisasi organisasi pembelajaran, yang melibatkan integrasi teknologi digital ke dalam berbagai aspek lembaga Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Strategi Guru Bahasa Inggris Sekolah Dasar dalam Menerapkan Literasi Berbasis Digital di Kelas Atas Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Candi Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tiga Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Candi pada semester ganjil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan guru dalam menerapkan literasi digital di kelas atas memperoleh informasi yang valid. Dengan berbagai strategi yang telah digunakan guru dapat meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu, dengan menyiapkan rencana pembelajaran yang menarik, menyiapkan media yang akan digunakan seperti, komputer, handphone, internet, perpustakaan digital, proyektor. tahap pelaksanaan, guru telah melaksanakan apa yang telah direncanakan dan dipersiapkan sebelumnya. Guru melaksanakan kegiatan literasi digital melalui proses membaca, seperti dengan mengetahui, membaca dan memahami metode. Guru juga menggunakan media seperti video, handphone, internet dan komputer. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas unggulan SDN Kecamatan Candi telah menerapkan strategi guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan literasi digital di sekolah dasar melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi hasil. Pada tahapan tersebut literasi digital yaitu mengetahui, membaca dan memahami.

Abstract

Sebagai ibukota negara, Jakarta memiliki jumlah penduduk terpadat dan tingkat mobilisasi tinggi penduduknya, sehingga meningkatkan jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor di DKI Jakarta. Hal tersebut mendorong Pemerintah Daerah untuk semakin menggali potensi penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor di DKI Jakarta. Realisasi penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor di DKI Jakarta dalam kurun waktu tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2023 cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui laju pertumbuhan pajak kendaraan bermotor di DKI Jakarta tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2023 dan juga untuk mengetahui sebesar apa kontribusi pajak kendaraan bermotor terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa laju pertumbuhan penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor di DKI Jakarta cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya dan kontribusi pajak kendaraan bermotor di DKI Jakarta cukup berkontribusi, sehingga pajak kendaraan bermotor dapat dianggap komponen yang signifikan dalam penyumbang pendapatan asli daerah di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang digunakan untuk kepentingan penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how leadership and incentives affect teacher performance with motivation as a moderating variable. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. Data were obtained using a sample of 128 teachers from three State Aliyah Madrasah in Pontianak City. The data were analyzed using linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS statistical software. The results showed that both leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance mediated by motivation. Partially, leadership and incentives also have a positive and significant effect on both teacher motivation and performance.

Abstract

The increasing popularity of local coffee has led to a rise in the consumption of local coffee and the expansion of local coffee shop chains. This trend is particularly evident in Indonesia, where coffee drinking has become an ingrained cultural practice, contributing to the growth in local coffee consumption and production. This study concentrates on a leading Indonesian local coffee shop chain that has seen substantial expansion across Southeast Asia. The aim of this research is to examine the impact of food quality and the influence of lovemarks on customer brand loyalty in a prominent Indonesian coffee shop. Data for this study was gathered from 260 individuals who had consumed coffee in the previous month. The research utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS software for data analysis. The findings indicate that lovemarks, encompassing brand love and brand respect, positively influence brand loyalty. Additionally, factors such as healthiness, customization, price fairness, and intimacy are positively correlated with brand loyalty. Elements like healthiness, mystery, sensuality, and intimacy are positively associated with brand love. Trust, reputation, and performance positively impact brand respect. Furthermore, aspects such as hygiene and nutrition disclosure positively influence food healthiness.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini memaparkan upaya dalam menciptakan brand trust sebagai tujuan branding sebuah perusahaan konsultan pendidikan luar negeri yaitu EduBridge. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan mix method, dengan upaya pengumpulan data melalui Probability Sampling, Kuesioner menggunakan survey dan wawancara, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Komponen teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Integrated Marketing Communication dan brand image. Adapun model yang akan mendukung penelitian strategi komunikasi pemasaran ini menggunakan model SOSTAC. SOSTAC adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sebuah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai dengan evaluasi sebuah komunikasi pemasaran. Hal ini dirangkai dalam Situation, Objective, Strategi, Tactic, Action, dan Control. hasil dari penelitian berbentuk sebuah pemasaran kampanye yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan calon murid kepada brand EduBrige bagi yang ingin berkuliah di luar negri.

Abstract

Dojang Taekwondo di Kota Palembang menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan jumlah anggota baru akibat berbagai faktor pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap minat anggota baru dalam bergabung dengan Dojang Taekwondo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei kuesioner kepada masyarakat Kota Palembang. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi produk, tempat, harga, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor produk, tempat, harga, promosi, dan bukti fisik memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat anggota baru, sedangkan faktor orang dan proses tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Selain itu, kepercayaan terhadap Dojang tidak secara langsung memengaruhi minat untuk bergabung. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola Dojang Taekwondo dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan jumlah anggota baru. Rekomendasi utama adalah meningkatkan kualitas fasilitas, menerapkan strategi promosi digital yang lebih agresif, serta memastikan kesesuaian harga dengan kualitas layanan yang ditawarkan.

Abstract

The internet is one of the important elements today, where the internet can connect the entire world. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Perceived Price, service quality, and customer experience influence the Indonesian consumers fixed broadband internet services in terms of customer loyalty and satisfaction. A quantitative methodology applying a survey method to analyze the 435 data collected from fixed broadband subscribers. Then, SPSS software was used in this research. According to a recent research study, consumer satisfaction and loyalty are significantly impacted by perceived price, customer experience, and service quality. This research shows that perceived price, service quality, customer experience has a strong effect to consumers’ satisfaction and customer loyalty; this research evidence can give insight for fixed broadband providers to design, develop and implement their strategy to retain customers. Based on the author's knowledge, not much research has been conducted, especially on fixed broadband internet services, to define more comprehensive factors like perceived price, service quality, customer experience on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty using quantitative research methods in Indonesia
