Abstract

This research aims to: 1) knowing how the natural sciences learning activities in Fase C. 2) Knowing the Media Development on natural sciences of the human blood circulatory system, 3) knowing the feasibility of Human Electric Blood Media on natural sciences of the human blood circulatory system in Fase C. The results showed that learning of natural sciences Fase C in the elementary school have been utilizing the media of instruction. The type of media Learning of natural sciences especially human blood circulatory system which have been used only media visual images this make the students difficult to understanding of the material and less enthusiastic when learning activities. Development of Human Electric Blood Media be an alternative in overcoming those problems. This type of research is development research, using the method of research and development (Research and Development / R & D). Media that have been developed validated by experts of natural sciences matter and instructional media expert. After repairs and validated by experts then carried out the assessment test product to the user, is students of Fase C as many as 16 students and 2 teachers. This research used data collection techniques of interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire. Data analysis technique using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Research and development showed that produced the human electric blood media base LED. The results of the assessment of the eligibility level average media electric blood by 85% of incoming material in the category is very feasible, assessment of the media expert of 92% in the category of very decent, and the average user assessment by teachers and students amounted to 89.2% entered on categories is very decent.

Abstract

Creating and utilizing interactive learning media in elementary schools is still rarely done and is considered difficult. Therefore, researchers are making efforts to improve teachers' abilities in creating interactive learning media using Microsoft Powerpoint. This effort involves holding an In House Training (IHT) program. IHT is carried out to guide and train teachers in schools to be able to create their own interactive learning media. This IHT is carried out by providing examples of techniques for creating interactive learning media as well as providing peer tutoring assistance on an ongoing basis until the teacher is truly successful in creating it. The results of implementing the IHT program show that the average teacher's ability to create interactive learning media increased from 27.50 to 78.84. The percentage of teachers who could create interactive media well increased from 0% to 77.78% (7 teachers out of a total of 9 teachers). Based on these data, it can be concluded that IHT can improve teachers' abilities in creating interactive learning media using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Abstract

Learning to write poetry is often considered difficult for elementary school students because of the students' lack of motivation, ability to develop ideas and vocabulary. Researchers have developed a learning model that can improve students' ability to write poetry. Learning model “Mind Mapping based on Outdoor Learning” designed to increase student motivation by learning to write fun poetry. The development of the Mind Mapping learning model based on Outdoor Learning was carried out by observing and interviewing learning models carried out in elementary schools in learning to write poetry, analyzing the needs of students and teachers in learning to write poetry, preparing product designs for learning model guides Mind Mapping based on Outdoor Learning. The results of testing the effectiveness of the learning model through the t-test show tcount 4,038 with df 53. The df value is 53 than ttable (0,05:53) is 2,006. tcount > ttable or by looking at the probability value of 0,000 (p < 0,05) then H0 is rejected. This shows that there are significant differences between gain score between the experimental class and the control class. Effect size value (effect size) obtained amounted to 0,62 which means it falls into a category large or high. This shows that the Mind Mapping learning model based on Outdoor Learning can have a high effect on students' ability to write poetry.

Abstract

Technological developments have an impact on decreasing environmental quality. The results of observations at SD Negeri 3 Sukoharjo, Wonogiri Regency, showed that many of the plants in the school garden were poorly maintained, waste from food and drink wrappers was left scattered around. There has been a lot of research on strengthening the character of caring for the environment, but it is still limited to the substance of learning and school cleanliness activities. The aim of this research is to describe the strengthening of environmentally caring character through ecoprint artwork at SD Negeri 3 Sukoharjo, Wonogiri Regency. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses interview and observation instruments for data collection. Researchers used triangulation techniques and sources to test the validity of the data. This research was carried out using interactive data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the results of implementing environmentally caring character strengthening through ecoprint artwork at SD Negeri 3 Sukoharjo, Wonogiri Regency are as follows: (1) The character of caring for the environment, the indicator of not using dangerous synthetic dyes, is achieved at 100%. (2) The character of caring for the environment, the indicator of reducing the use of toxic chemicals, reached 66.6%. (3) Environmentally caring character, energy and water saving indicators achieved 100%. (4) Environmentally caring character, indicator of caring for and caring for plants reached 100%. (5) Environmentally caring character, reduce, reuse and recycle indicators reached 75%. In general, SD Negeri 3 Sukoharjo has succeeded in strengthening the character of caring for the environment through ecoprint artwork with a success percentage of 88.32%.  Apart from the main aim of strengthening the character of caring for the environment at SD Negeri 3 Sukoharjo, Wonogiri Regency, it turns out that it has another impact, namely being able to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit of students by producing paintings and fabric products with leaf motifs that can have economic selling value.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the management of the science laboratory which includes (1) planning (2) organizing (3) implementation (4) monitoring and evaluation at SMPN 1 Purwantoro. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study type of research because science laboratory management is a unified system. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation, questionnaires given to students in grades VII, VIII, and IX, totaling 96 students, as well as interviews conducted with the school principal, deputy head of facilities and infrastructure, laboratory head, and science teacher. The research results show the following. (1) planning for the science laboratory work program has not been implemented properly; (2) the organization carried out is still not in accordance with laboratory management regulations; (3) the implementation of the science laboratory work program is still not running intensively; (4) monitoring and evaluation is carried out internally; (5) factors that influence the management of the science laboratory at SMPN 1 Purwantoro, namely laboratory assistants, students, time, and limited equipment and materials

Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of students who do disruptive activities duringin the classroom. The purpose of this study is to describe in detaildetail teachers' strategies regarding disruptive behavior in elementary school students. The method in this research is a single phenomenology or case study. The place of research was conducted at SD NegeriWidoro, Wonogiri Regency with 36 students as participant.The data collection techniques used in the research were observation and interviews. Instruments for data collection use observation and interview sheets which have been validated by experts. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that the contributing factors were the lack of motivation from the teacher, the teacher being negative towards students, inconsistent parenting patterns, lack of parental care for children, overprotective parents, and poor teaching quality. The teacher's strategy in overcoming disruptive behavior uses three approaches, namely behavioristic, cognitive, and humanistic.Students' preferences in dealing with disruptive behavior lie in the problem of learning styles that must be adapted to the way teachers teach their students.

Abstract

This study aims to improve motivation and learning outcomes. The properties of flat shapes. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 3 Tempursari class VI for the 2022/2023 school year. The data in this study were obtained from the results of interviews, test results, field notes and observations. This research was conducted in two cycles. The results of the study of the learning process in the second cycle using the cooperative learning model type STAD. The average condition of students' motivation in the second cycle increased to 81.81% with a very high predicate and 18.19% with high criteria. Classical student completeness increased in cycle II, namely 10 students completed or 90.90% and 1 student did not complete. The increase in the percentage of student learning completeness from pre-cycle to cycle II was 62.74%. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the learning process using the STAD type cooperative learning model to increase motivation and learning outcomes The properties of flat shapes in grade VI semester 1 SD Negeri 3 Tempursari students in the 2022/2023 school year are more effective and increase and run smoothly in accordance with the RPP that has been prepared.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of the Canva application as a learning medium to increase learning interest and creativity in class VI students at SDN 2 Pagutan. This research is Classroom Action Research through the planning, action, observation and reflection stages. The subjects of this research were 8 students. The data collection techniques used were direct observation, questionnaires and documentation. This classroom action research procedure was carried out in two cycles, namely pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. From the results of data analysis, the percentage of students' interest in learning increased from the pre-cycle condition of 62.50% or 5 students were in the low interest in learning category, increased in the first cycle to 75.00% or 6 students were in the category of high interest in learning, and increased in the cycle II where there was no longer any interest in learning from low or medium students but increased to 87.50% or 7 students in the high interest in learning category, and an increase in the category of very high interest in learning by 12.50% or 1 student. The increase in student creativity can also be seen from the pre-cycle results of 37.50% or 3 students falling into the less creative category and increasing in the first cycle to 50.00% or 4 students falling into the quite creative category. Creativity in cycle II also increased to 50.00% or 4 students in the creative category and increased to 37.50% or 3 students in the very creative category. Based on these data, it can be concluded that APCA (Canva application) can increase students' interest in learning and creativity.

Abstract

In the junior high school level,  Indonesian language subjects, students consider text and literature-based learning to have a high level of saturation. Especially when in an environment students have low literacy. In reality, language and literature learning is a subject that requires concentration and astuteness in understanding the meaning of texts, both fiction and non-fiction. This research aims to analyze the influence of Wordwall learning media in improving Indonesian language learning outcomes for students in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Slogohimo. The subjects of this research were 24 students in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Slogohimo. The research method uses a quantitative and qualitative approach (mixed method). The type of research is classroom action research with research stages consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Research instruments with tests, observations and questionnaires. Research data obtained from the pretest and posttest is in the form of a percentage of each respondent's total score and the average. The research results show that there is an increase in learning outcomes with the application of Wordwall media

Abstract

Teachers' ability to use Picture and Picture at SD Negeri 1 Made increased and achievement for students increased after teachers used Picture and Picture at SD Negeri 1 Made.The research subjects were SD Negeri 1 Made teachers, consisting of 6 class teachers and 2 subject teachers. There are 4 female teachers at SD Negeri 1 Made and 4 male teachers. Data collection was carried out through learning documents, observations, interviews and documents. Data analysis was carried out using comparative descriptive techniques. Empirical data shows that there is an increase in the learning process of coaching with peer tutors to improve teachers' abilities in using the Picture and Picture learning model at SD Negeri 1 Made. It can be seen from the pre-cycle that the average teacher's ability in learning was only 25% or 2 teachers, rising to 50% or 4 teachers in cycle I. At the end of cycle II, the ability of SD Negeri 1 Made teachers in the learning process averaged 91.7% from 8 teachers or in the very good category. There is an increase in teachers' ability to use the Picture and Picture learning model at SD Negeri 1 Made. In the pre-cycle there were only 2 teachers or 25%, while in the first cycle there were 4 teachers or 40% and in the second cycle only 7 teachers or 87.5% were in the very good category.
