Abstract

lead to unprecise and bias results. Moreover, the assigned supervisor and examiner are not matching with their expertise. Researchers have been employed vector space model to provide the objective thesis supervisor and examiner assignment. Unfortunately, the results were not formed as a rank and recommendation only for the thesis examiner. The ranking is an important form of recommendation system because will make it easy to evaluate the relevance. This study aims to use the vector space model to generate the ranking of the thesis supervisor and examiner assignment. The result shows that the function of the system performs well to generate a recommendation. The evaluation using mean average precision (MAP) with 143 queries and 1257 documents. From the evaluation, the MAP yielded a score of 0.994 and classified as an excellent recommendation based on diagnostic test. In the future, our results may be used by the thesis coordinator and students to choose and assign thesis supervisor and examiner automatically, properly and objectively. Abstract

Abstract. Behavior setting is the user's behavior towards the environment in forming spaces according to activities. With the development and population growth problems arise in the use of land, especially customary land. The issue of unclear structuring patterns, applicable legal dualism, and control of land from communal land belonging to a people becomes SHM that occurs in overseas areas. Overseas area is the development area of ​​the original Minangkabau luhak region. Where customary law has been combined with state law. Departing from these issues the question arises how the behavior setting in the process of obtaining inheritance land related to the layout of land and buildings and circulation paths obtained. Primary and secondary data is obtained through drawing, photographing, writing, interviewing, and obtaining documents related to the Minangkabau customary inheritance process. Supporting data obtained through the study of literature and regulations - regulations. Analysis is carried out using a behavior setting approach through user studies, activities and needs to obtain a typology of spatial use patterns that produce a place center mapping. To obtain the pattern of arrangement, history or phenomenology of inheritance and use of traditional land. Data analysis was supported by triangulation through traditional figures, indigenous peoples' speakers and literature related to behavior settings. The results obtained that there are three typologies of users in the utilization of inheritance land inheritance, namely the inheritance of the family inheritance space on the side of the road, the inheritance typology behind the family inheritance space, and the inheritance typology of migrant inheritance space behind the inheritance space. Abstract

Manajemen konstruksi menjadi salah satu penggerak untuk membantu proses pembangunan proyek konstruksi dengan memperhatikan pengendalian manajemen itu sendiri guna menentukan standar yang sesuai dengan perencanaan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan operasional proyek konstruksi antara lain adalah faktor pengendalian mutu, faktor pengendalian biaya, faktor pengendalian waktu, dan faktor pengendalian K3 (kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari keempat faktor pengendalian tersebut terhadap kesuksesan operasional proyek konstruksi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisoner tentang pengendalian manajemen konstrusi kepada site manager atau staff lapangan yang sedang mengerjakan proyek di Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Madya Yogyakarta. Data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode mean, standar deviasi dan uji regresi linier dengan bantuan program SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengaruh faktor pengendalian mutu, faktor pengendalian biaya, faktor pengendalian waktu, faktor pengendalian kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh sebesar 67,3% terhadap kesuksesan operasional proyek. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengendalian waktu dan faktor pengendalian kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesuksesan operasional proyek yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila faktor pengendalian waktu dan faktor pengendalian kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja tidak terpenuhi dengan baik kesuksesan operasional proyek konstruksi akan menurun. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mining activities have many impacts, one of them is changes of land use. The effect of land use affects the potential for water absorption which will have an impact on the availability of groundwater both in quantity and quality. The reduction in groundwater potential in the mining area is very possible because the elevation of the mine openings will be below the surface of the ground, especially the surface of the groundwater. This reduction in groundwater potential will affect the decrease in groundwater level, groundwater discharge, and decrease in land surface which can cause pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the vulnerability of groundwater to become a reference in groundwater management. The method of analyzing groundwater vulnerability has grown quite a lot in recent years. To find out the groundwater vulnerability method that is suitable for the mining plan, the authors compare several methods by looking at their strengths and weaknesses based on literature studies. The method of analyzing groundwater vulnerability to the mining plan aims to determine the potential for pollution and as a reference in making mining facilities and infrastructure. The SI and DRASTIC method is the most suitable method for determining vulnerability of groundwater groundwater for a mining plan. Keywords: vulnerability, groundwater, methods, mining, drastic.

Abstract

Naralatu Agantuka is a youth organization in Tlogo Village, Prambanan District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. Disclosure of information about the activities of the Naralatu Agantuka youth organization is still conducted conventionally. Today, disclosure of information is carried out through leaflets posted on bulletin boards, through Social media and by telephone or by direct conversation. These problems were solved by developt a website for information about the management of the youth organization (SIPEKATAR). The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the members of the youth organization in obtaining information about the activities of the youth organization. Data collection techniques use observation methods, interview methods, and literature research. While the software development approach used for website creation is Rapid Application Development (RAD). For software design, interfaces must be the first design, and then Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS). For check this website use Black Box Testing. Based on the tests, it can be concluded that the Management Information System of Naralatu Agantuka a Youth Organisation (SIPEKATAR) has been operating as supposed with valid result. This website can make it easier for members of the youth organization to obtain information on activities and make it easier for management to manage youth activities.

Abstract

Growth areas when observed from the development process of the region is usually characterized by the intensity of development is quite high and the phenomenon of urban sprawl, public service issues, solid transportation mobility and environmental problems are complex. Kendal one of the areas into growth areas are experiencing these conditions that require management arrangement of the city to control the range of impacts, including the maximum public policy and provide solutions. Answering the challenge the government tried to increase manajamen urban and public service by taking strategic steps of the application of smart city concept. The policy was officially started by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Director General of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Application and Informatics RI to get 100 Smart City in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the implementation of the smart city program in Kendal and give suggestions and related strategies kendal constraints experienced in the planning, implementation and evaluation of smart city program in Kendal. This study uses the mix method analysis by emphasizing an in-depth study of the smart city program in Kendal Regency, mainly related to the readiness, initiation, and situation of the existing Kendal Regency. Based on the analysis of e-readiness measurement Kendal smart city that includes measurement of institutional factors, human and technological infrastructure to get value Fair (C) with a percentage of 62.72%. It means Kendal is still not quite ready to implement smart city program. recommendations in this research are to improve governance management by forming institutions that specifically perform the functions of coordination, synchronization, control, and evaluation.

Abstract

Rock mass is an arrangement composed of several intact rocks. The strength of rock mass can be know from testing the intact rock. Basically, the characteristics of intact rock are continuous. In fact, it is discontiuous, anisotropic, and homogeneous. Therefore, the analysis to determine the characteristic from intact rock to rock mass is required to obtain the same or representative characteristic. The aims of this research were to analyze the effect of rock sample size toward uniaxial compressive strength values and to analyze the spesific energy of each sample size. This research was carried out at Geomechanics Testing Laboratory of Stone Engineering and Engineering Design Yagyakarta, while the rock sampling was carried out at Polowijo Gosari Ltd, Gersik Regency,East Java Province. The results of research demonstrated that the averages of uniaxial compressive strength for rocks sample 50mm, 80mm, and 120mm were 1.396 Mpa, 1.274Mpa respectively. The specific energy needed in the uniaxial compressive strength test for different sizes of rock samples 50mm, 80mm, and120mm were 2.899MJ/ m3, 7.25MJ/ m3, and 6.652MJ/ m3 Keywords: Effect scale, Uniaxial Compressive Strength, Dolomite Stone

Abstract

The use of concrete for construction materials is currently very large, so the demand for cement is also getting bigger, consequently the price of cement is more expensive. In order to reduce the use of cement, variations in cement were tried with limestone powder, where the limestone powder contained silica, calcium carbonate, aluminum and magnesia similar to the constituent of cement. In this study the use of limestone powder in proportion with cement. It is hoped that the optimal characteristic results (density and slump) will be obtained from the proportion of cement with the limestone powder. The study made the proportion of limestone powder of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of cement. The results obtained are based on the optimal characteristics of the proportion of cement and limestone powder that is in the proportion of 10%. Abstract

Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara is one of the largest mining companies in Indonesia which processes copper ore into concentrates with associated minerals in the form of gold and silver. PT. Amman Mineral (PT. AMNT) processes rocks that have high levels in advance while for rocks that have low levels will be collected in the stockpile. The buildup of rocks in the stockpile causes an oxidation process in the ore rocks to be processed. The initial stage of processing using the Controlled potential sulphidisation flotation method is by taking samples and then sample preparation includes drying, comminution using jaw crusher and roll crusher, homogenization using coning & quartering, riffle and rotary splitter, and grinding using a rod mill. CPS flotation uses NaSH as a sulfidizing agent, which is a chemical that modifies the potential for sulfidization besides the chemicals used are dhitiophospate, potassium amylxanthate, frother (F583) and lime. At this research location, PT. AMNT can produce recovery from standard flotation which is lower than CPS and sulphide / oxide flotation, sulphide / oxide flotation with conditioning time variations. Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper discusses the simulation of rocket motor performance for prediction of flight test result. Flying performance targets, such as range, altitude, speed can be predicted by simulation to predict flight test from static test results of rocket motors and for rocket motor design. Starting with Matlab software with the main data input power of rocket motor, output obtained in the form of flight test data (range, altitude, speed, and acceleration). The results of this software can be used for multi-stage motor, so it is useful to design a rocket motor in order to meet the range for satellite orbiter. Keyword : simulation, rocket, performance
