Abstract

The purpose of this paper is so that every parent understands their role in providing the first education before or after the child enters formal education in general. Often parents leave education problems to their teachers at school, but parents forget that education must start at home and parents are the teachers. By providing the first education at home through parents, the parents will be able to properly direct what are the goals or aspirations of the parents towards their children, both formally and in character. If parents do not neglect this, there will be many children who can be educated properly and correctly according to the expectations of the parents in the future. The research was conducted using qualitative methods by collecting data from bibliography of books and scientific journals as well as online media. It is hoped that this research can increase parental awareness in providing the first education to their children

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs in society, namely (1) the younger generation who have poor character in terms of ethics, (2) the lack of optimal educational institutions in instilling values, ideals and motivations that will encourage the younger generation to have a good personality, (3) Lack of knowledge of parents on how to shape the character of the child in order to have a good personality in terms of ethics. Pondok Pesantren Raudlatul Muta'allimin Jagalan 62 Langgardalem Kudus has a curriculum that prioritizes character education in the learning process. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to further explore the core of research problems with data collection techniques using interviews with managers, teaching and students as objects of education. The theories referenced in this study include the theory of character education, the theory of management of educational institutions pondok pesantren, and the concept of education outside the school

Abstract

When running a business, management is an important thing to be carried out by all UMKM actors. UMKM Spicy Meatballs is a business engaged in the culinary or food sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of merchandise inventory management and to find out the efforts made in anticipating merchandise losses at Unisma's Spicy Meatballs. The type of research used is field research using a qualitative approach and as a source of information in this research is the seller of Spicy Meatballs beside the unisma campus where it is in the food court. During the research, a qualitative method was applied by conducting direct interviews with the owner of Spicy Meatballs to obtain the data used in calculating inventory. Therefore, this study tries to calculate ordering costs and storage costs for Spicy Meatballs using the EOQ method, in order to assist owners in managing their inventory. The results of the Spicy Meatball UMKM research show that the EOQ method can help Spicy Meatball UMKM in minimizing the cost of ordering supplies. The EOQ method also helps owners find out the optimal number and frequency of orders

Abstract

The learning process that is only guided by the teacher and textbooks greatly affects the learning outcomes of students because not all students are involved in the learning process. In providing learning materials, there are some students who will feel bored and bored in receiving teacher explanations. The problems that occur include the lack of interest in learning and the attraction of students to learning materials that are considered difficult, difficult to understand, and there are certain terms in the material. the. And from the previous mapping, it was found that some students who were less able to accept learning were still in one direction, namely by learning from teacher to student. With the application of technology that will give a touch to students through an application that is embedded in a system on Android mobile or often called a smart phone. So that the increase in learning can be assessed as effective and efficient through a Smart Phone. Apart from that, this system also provides convenience in addition to learning students are also given a test or hone their skills related to the material they understand from a topic. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to make an application for cash receipts for paying tuition fees, building fees and uniform payments at Putra Nirmala Elementary School, Cirebon City. The research method used is the direct posting method, in which cash receipts transactions are recorded directly in the general journal and ledger. This research topic is very important for the school, because it can help manage cash inflows in a computerized manner. The result of this study is the establishment of a cash receipts application that can help schools by using the direct post bookkeeping method. By making this application, it can help the management of Putra Nirmala Elementary School, Cirebon City, in managing cash inflows from paying tuition fees, building fees and uniform payments

Abstract

The issue of sustainable development arises along with various environmental impacts due to irresponsible industrial and economic activities, such as river pollution, global warming and emission gaps. Bekasi Regency Regency is a buffer zone for the capital city of Jakarta and is included in the Greater Jakarta area. Initially, Bekasi Regency was a rural and rice-producing area, but with massive development and industrialization, Bekasi Regency experienced a shift in land use. Another situation is the damage to the quality of groundwater, rivers and air due to factory waste. The objective of this research is to describe and analyze the prospect of implementing a green economy in Bekasi Regency so that environmental-based development recommendations can be produced
