Abstract

Land cover change is a major problem with environmental sustainability. The impact of the increasing population is urgent for the need for land for human activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of land cover changes that occur in Sinjai Regency for the period 2014 to 2022. The research uses quantitative research. That is research that starts from a specific plan or a detailed set of questions or hypotheses. This research is closely related to the process of enumerative induction (induction based on calculations). Based on the analysis using imagery data, the rate of land change in Sinjai district was obtained as follows: : land cover in the form of mixed land decreased by 287.61 Ha, secondary forest decreased by 135.98 Ha, primary forest by 20.04 Ha, water body by 140.46 Ha and other uses increased by 586.53 Ha. Abstract

This research is to find how much influence the use of social media Instagram has on the religious behavior of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Padang Panjang city. This research uses the Taro Yamane formula. The population in this study was 214 students and the sample was 69 students. The method used is to use quantitative research whit the type of field research. Sampling technique is propotional random sampling. The questionnaire that the researchers distributed was by using a Likert Scale. Analisys prerequisite test, namely normality test and linearity test. Hypothesis testing is done by comparing the Fcalculated whit the Ftable whit a precision level of 10%. The result of research conducted using the SPSS version 16.0 program show the Fcalculated is (158,754) with Ftable of (2,78), based on the above calculations it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and HO is rejected, it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence between the variables of use Instagram social media on the religious behavior of students at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Padang Panjang City. Abstract

The taklim assembly is one of the centers of religious mental development in the community. In this case, the taklim assembly is a place for religious education that can shape human behavior, especially for the lives of teenagers in Nagari Lunang. There are still many teenagers who lack the understanding and practice of religious values. In addition, the damaged behavior of teenagers is also the background for the formation of this white mujahidah taklim assembly. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the white mujahidah taklim assembly on increasing adolescent religiosity in Nagari Lunang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by collecting data from the field related to the subject matter of the research. The informants in this study amounted to 15 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, for data analysis, researchers used three activity lines, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study, it was found that the role of the white mujahidah taklim assembly on increasing adolescent religiosity in Nagari Lunang, among others, was as a forum for fostering faith and piety such as increasing worship, one of which was prayer and sunnah fasting, as a place for forming morals for teenagers, for example in efforts to establish return to deviant behaviors such as changing the lifestyle of teenagers both from the way they speak, how to behave in life, although there are still some teenagers who have not been able to change their behavior in the community. as a place of family education such as making a major contribution in solving the problems experienced by the congregation. Then as a place to study Religious Studies, there are still some teenagers who do not take part in these activities and are even busy with other matters. Abstract

The development of computer technology today has provided all information quickly and with a high degree of accuracy, so that its use extends to other fields, especially education. The educational process, if equipped with information technology that suits your needs, will provide convenience in the world of education itself. Especially at SMKN 1 Bukittinggi, there are still many students and prospective students who have problems in determining and choosing majors, with minimal provisions, some students are already registered, they just know the major they are taking and other majors, because of this discrepancy, some students want to change majors, drop out of school, and repeat because the major they choose does not match their interests or abilities, this problem will waste their youth time . This is what lies behind the author to design a fee system, majors at SMKN 1 Bukittinggi based on test results using the PHP programming language. Abstract

The role of marketing communications is increasingly important in the development of the tourism sector. The use of digital media in tourism promotion activities continues to grow in line with the increasing number of digital media users in Indonesia. Related to marketing communications in the tourism sector, it is also necessary to pay attention to the implications that arise both for potential tourists and the community around tourist destinations in Tourism VillagesSerang District Panggungrejo Blitar Regency. The use of digital media requires several conditions and also gives birth to implications that must be considered in every message processing because it can have an impact on the recipients of the message, namely the tourism actors in Serang Village, Blitar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approachexplainimplementing and describing the impact of the AISAS Model in Digital Village Marketing communications.In this study, the researcher used purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on the application of the AISAS Model in digital village marketing communicationsinclude: 1. Attention (visitors' attention, knowledge of tourist villages through the media, awareness of tourist villages, visitor's attention to tourism village products, visitor attention through services). 2. Interest (reason for interest in tourist villages through the media). 3. Search (search for information through the media, knowledge of the location and price). 4. Action (decision to visit based on information, decision to visit related to price, distance, facilities, actions related to tourist attractions). 5. Share (friends as tourists and sharing experiences, worth of mouth and visiting experiences, social media as a means of sharing stories. Abstract

This study focuses on the technique of throwing snowballs in teaching reading comprehension at grade tenth students of SMA Swasta Kampus Nommensen Pematangsiantar in narrative text. therewere problems which related on this research The problem of the students Students had low in reading comprehension,The students not familiar with the vocabulary in the text, and Students did not understand how to find out the main idea in the reading narrative text. whether this technique can improve the reading comprehension ability of he grade tenth at SMA Swasta kampus Nommensen Pematangsiantar campus. The snowball throwing technique can be used as a teaching tool for students to learn in teaching reading comprehension. Research Problem Formulation is, is There a More Significant Effect of Snowball Throwing Technique on Reading Comprehension at grade tenth Students of SMA Swasta Kampus Nommensen Pematangsiantar in Narrative Text? This study uses an experimental design, meaning that there are certain experiments that are applied to the population or sample. And the population of this study is four classes, namely students in the second year of 2022/2023 of SMA Swasta Kampus Nommensen Pematangsiantar. and the sample for the The researcher used a proposive sampling. There were 25 students in each classroom. The control group using (textbook) while the experimental group was taught using snowball throwing technique. In this reseaarch, Data analysis revealed that the post-test mean score for the experimental group was 80, whereas the control group's score was 59,68. The effect of applying snowball throwing technique more significants than the effect of texbook to the ability of grade tenth students of SMA Swasta Kampus Nommensen Pematangsiantar in narrative tex. This can be proven from the t-count of 2.21 and the t-table value is 2.011 at alphe 0.05 and df= 48 ( Nx + Ny -2 = 25+25-2 = 48 ). The t-test value is higher than the t-table value (t-test > t-table). Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) rejected. Abstract

The process of implementing memorizing the Qur'an by students in Islamic boarding schools includes several methods of memorizing. The guidance of a teacher is also very important in the process of memorizing the Al-Qur'an to correct and straighten the recitation of the Al-Qur'an both in terms of makhraj, as well as the length of the short reading. Al-Qur'an memorization lessons at Daarul Riyadhoh Ar-Rosyady Islamic Boarding School, Cimanggu Pabuaran, Bogor City, are an additional program that is carried out at salafiyah Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts and methods used by the teacher to improve the quality of memorizing the Qur'an as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of memorizing the Qur'an for students at Daarul Riyadhoh Ar-Rosyady Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the steps in this research are collecting data, analyzing and developing conceptual. Collecting data in this descriptive qualitative research using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The conclusion from this study is that the efforts made by the teacher in improving the quality of memorizing the Qur'an consist of: Providing motivation, correcting readings, creating a pleasant learning atmosphere, providing rewards and punishments, guiding muraja'ah and using various methods, different methods. teachers apply in improving the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization, namely: the wahdah method, the kitabah method, the jama' method, the talaqqi method, and sima'an Al-Qur'an, supporting factors in improving the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization: emotional students, the appropriate method, and the motivation given by the teacher, as for the obstacles in memorizing the Qur'an, namely: There are students who have not been able to read the Al-Qur'an, lack of motivation, and a feeling of laziness. Abstract

Queuing is a common occurrence in everyday life, which involves one or two more people, such as waiting in front of the counter to get a train ticket or cinema ticket, at the toll road gate, at the bank, at the library and other situations. which is often encountered, the situation of queuing is not a new thing that we encounter but has become a very common situation that we can encounter in our daily lives. In the real world we are not used to waiting, so it's no wonder we have the opinion that waiting is a tedious job. Very long queues and too long to get a service turn annoying. The book lending queue system is a system that helps the library processor at SMKN 1 Bukittinggi in overcoming long and irregular student queues. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Development) research using the ADDIE version of the development model which consists of several stages, namely Analyze (analysis), Design (design), Develop (development), Implement (implementation), and Evaluate (evaluate). system development model using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by applying the waterfall model consisting of communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment. The results of product testing that have been carried out with several lecturers, teachers and students, the average value of the validity test is 0.77 (valid), the average practicality test value is 0.77 (high), and the average value of the effectiveness test is is 0.787 (high). The value obtained proves that the loan queuing system can help and is ready to be used. Keywords: Books, queues, Queuing systems for borrowing books.

Abstract

This study was aimed to find out the Speaking Problems at Seven Grade of SMP Negeri 3 Junior High School Pematangsiantar. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The respondents of this study were Junior High School Students at Seven Grade of SMP Negeri 3 Junior High School Pematangsiantar. The objective of this research is to find out the students' problems in speaking skill. This research instruments were interview and observation. Based on the results of the observation and interview, the students have problem in speaking. The problems were consisted of poor in grammar, lack of vocabulary and meaning, pronunciation, lack of confident, fear of making mistake, shyness and anxiety. From the problems the dominantly problems is pronunciation, vocabulary, shyness. To overcome this problem, teachers need to use several ways or to have strategies such as using talking stick, role play, choosing interesting topic, etc. This research can facilitate the teachers in knowing the problems in speaking faced by the students. Abstract

This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which aims to find out what efforts can be made to increase student creativity by applying the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in class X Beauty 2 and to find out students' mathematical creativity after being taught using the Project Based Learning model ( PjBL) in class X Beauty 2 of SMK Negeri 10 Medan for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The subjects of this study were 32 class X students of SMK Negeri 10 Medan in the Academic Year 2022/20233 and the objects in this study were students' mathematical abilities in material comparison with the PjBL model. From the research results obtained (1) efforts were made to increase mathematical creativity by applying the PjBL model in cycle I, namely asking students to review material comparisons and make conclusions in the words themselves; asking students to read the questions while underlining the important points; asking students to be active in groups and dare to give responses; and ask students to reassess the calculations made so that their conclusions are correct. The efforts made in cycle II were to form new groups based on students' abilities and ask students who had high abilities to teach their friends who did not understand; and apply the PjBL model by asking students to present the results of their group work and other friends provide feedback. (2) After being taught with the PjBL model, there was an increase in students' mathematical creative abilities. This can be seen from the student's initial ability test to the student's creativity test from cycle I to cycle II. In the initial ability test 8 students (14%) achieved the target of success. In the first cycle, the student success rate was 21 students (40.63%), and in the second cycle, the student success rate increased to 29 students (90.63%).
