The main problem in this study is how the pattern of parenting children in the family of traders and how the pattern of parenting is applied in the family of traders to support the development of children's talents. The purpose of this study is to find out how the behavior patterns of parents in raising children, knowing what values children get from parenting, and how children act in society. The location of this research is in Lewaja Village, Enrekang Regency because this location is found by many traders. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model analysis that uses three main components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. In summary, the results of this study are that the role of parents has not been fully implemented properly, because there are still many parents who give their roles to other institutions, this is done due to several considerations because many parents cannot fully supervise their children because they are busy making a living. But some parents teach their education to their children because there are parents who want to play a direct role in shaping the role of children's development. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that directly or indirectly, parents have a very large role in shaping the character and personality values of children.

This study is by the objective to know the meaning of teaching sociology with a model cooperative type of two strays. The method of research using the study of literature with 5 stages, collect literature and then do a review, collect the results of reviews of research relevant than 280 articles that obtained in google scholar, analyzed 30 articles were obtained and are considered relevant and the publication of which is at least 10 years past, to collate the results and discussion, conclusions and suggestions. The results of this study indicate that the two stray learning models can shape the competence of students. This can be seen from the changes that occur in students, namely being more active in arguing with their friends and students. Being more critical in communicating, thinking clearly, and rationally. Model two stray too can enhance the creativity of students in following the opportunity for students to share information to students other besides that too share information to students other. Besides that, also will instill a sense of togetherness to be better and be able to compete in the achievement of learning.

This study aims to determine the dimensions of the application of the cooperative script method in sociology learning. This literature study uses various literature studies to strengthen the research analysis. The data in this literature is obtained from data relevant to the problem to be studied and then other literature studies are carried out such as journals, books, articles, and previous research. This literature study analyzes 30 articles obtained from Google Scholar which are considered relevant by looking at the year the article was published at least the last 10 years. The results of the literature study show that the cooperative script method can change students' skills. This can be seen from the changes that occur in students, namely students' thinking skills, students become critical in speaking/communication, students become critical in writing and students become skilled in listening. In addition, the cooperative script method can also improve student learning outcomes.

Teacher competence is related to the teacher's ability to design learning in the classroom. One material that has a high level of difficulty is local script material. In general, students have a low interest in learning literacy lessons. Based on preliminary research at one elementary school, it is known that students' interest in learning local characters is quite high. Armed with this initial study, it is necessary to conduct further research on how teachers design local script learning in the classroom so that learning is more interesting. This study aims to describe the competence of teachers in designing local script learning from the perspective of students. The research was designed in a quantitative descriptive form with the category of survey research. The instruments used are questionnaires and interview guidelines. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research location is SDN Rada, Bima Regency. The subjects of this study were students of class V totaling 30 students. The results of this study indicate that teachers have good competence in the perspective of students. Students feel happy with the varied and fun learning models. Students' perception of teacher competence in teaching is what drives students' interest in learning to be higher.

The purpose of this study was to find out the learning process in the classroom through the probing-prompting method. In this study, the method used is a literature review which consists of four stages, namely collecting literature data, selecting relevant literature, conducting a review, and concluding or providing new interpretations. Data collection techniques are carried out online by downloading literature in the form of journals or articles through Google scholar with the keyword probing-prompting and obtained 113 literature data. The results of this literature study showed that the probing-prompting method in classroom learning was more effective than conventional learning methods. The Efforts made to achieve optimal learning in the classroom can be achieved through the foresight of teachers to choose learning methods that provide the space for students to participate actively, develop their potential. One of the better methods is the probing-prompting method. It can be seen from the development of student communication, increasing creative thinking, increasing critical thinking, instilling learning concepts, and improving the students’ learning outcomes.

This literature study aims to identify the ways of critical thinking with the Two Stray learning model. The data of the study are obtained through collecting literature and conducting a review, collecting relevant study results from 233 articles in the last 10 years on Google Scholar. Then, the researcher compiles the results and discussions, gives conclusions and suggestions. The results of this study show that the Two Stray learning model is able to identify the student’s critical thinking ways; the students play an active role in group discussions, they are able to solve the problems such as assignments given by the teacher, improve their listening skills and critical thinking in the learning process. The students are trained to work together on tasks given by the teacher so that creates effective and fun learning.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the social role of vegetable merchants in Oesao Market, East Kupang District in maintaining the existence of their children at school. The research method used was qualitative. The informants consisted of vegetable merchants and children who study at school in Oesao District. The data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation. This study showed several findings. First, the parents maintained their children at school by selling vegetables to meet their children's educational needs. Second, there were still many obstacles faced by parents in sending their children to school, especially the low economy. Third, the education fee was expensive, which was difficult for parents to send their children to school.

The purpose of this study is to find out the process of carrying out the “hase hawaka” traditional ceremony and to find out the values contained in the “hase hawaka” tradition. The location of this research is SMA Negeri 1 Malaka Barat, Malaka Regency. The study used purposive sampling to select the informants such as teachers and students. Several techniques were used to collect data including interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that (1) the process of implementing the “hase hawaka” tradition ceremony at SMA Negeri 1 Malaka Barat to prepare a ceremony when there are guests who come to visit the school. The teachers asked one of the best students at school to welcome guests who come. Prepare a local language to entertain the guest, and dance to welcome guests. This dance will be performed by students, totaling 10 females and plus 2 males. (2) The social values contained in the “hase hawaka” tradition at SMA Negeri 1 Malaka Barat are religious values, politeness values, and cultural values.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of WhatsApp Online Learning Media and the outcome of student independence Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Kupang. The location of this research was SMA Negeri Kupang. The informant determination technique used was purposive sampling. Informants in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Kupang. This research uses several techniques such as questionnaires and documentation. The data technique in this research is the validity test and the rehabilitation test. The data analysis stage begins with validity and reliability tests and continues with descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis consisting of classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, statistical hypothesis testing, determination of correlation coefficient values, and determination of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study conclude that WhatsApp online learning media and student independence have a positive and significant influence on sociology learning outcomes of class X at SMA Negeri 1 Kupang. This is evidenced by the test results, where the significance value of the WhatsApp online learning media variable (X1) and student independence (X2) is 0.000 or less than the alpha level used, which is 0.05 (5%).

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by the school in facing the industrial revolution 4.0 at SMA Negeri 5 Kupang. This research uses a qualitative approach. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was performed interactively by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the changes in the lifestyles of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang could not be separated from the influence of advances in information and communication technology. Changes in lifestyle in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 between students at SMA Negeri 5 Kupang and the surrounding environment as well as students' absorption of developments that occur globally both in the fields of Science and Technology and Information Technology which are getting stronger which can be seen with the naked eye such as the development of communication tools such as cellphones. The efforts made by the school in facing the industrial revolution 4.0 era are; (1) condition students to accept the form of learning model given from school by online/another way (2) looking for applications that are young to be understood by students so that they can carry out the learning process online (3) motivate students to learn not only knowledge and skills rather, it identifies the source of learning for this knowledge and skills.
