Abstract

This study will analyze the effect of work facilities on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of Tanjung Rejo Village, Medan Sunggal Subdistrict, Medan City. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires through google form to the whats up group of Tanjung Rejo sub-district employees, amounting to 35 people, and employees who fill out the questionnaire, namely 33 people. The job satisfaction of the Tanjung Rejo sub-district employees also turns out to be able to motivate the employees of the Tanjung Rejo Village in a positive way where the increase in employee job satisfaction will increase the employee's motivation to work. So that OCB also increases indirectly. Because there is satisfaction with high salaries, satisfaction with rewards, employee placement according to their skills, various types of work and levels of difficulty that make employees feel challenged will increase employee motivation.

Abstract

It is important to know the effect of communication on employee performance at PT. Harapan Bersama Lestari Medan. The data collection method is used in research with a survey approach through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were part of the employees of PT. Harapan Bersama Lestari Medan, with a total of 38 employees. The results of the study are simultaneous communication variables have a significant effect on employee performance, partially communication variables do not significantly influence employee performance, the value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) is 0.718, this indicates that the magnitude of the influence of the communication variable on employee performance is 0.718 or (71.8%), that the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.516. This shows that the magnitude of the influence of the communication variable on employee performance is 0.516 or (51.6%) and the remaining 0.484 or (48.4%) is influenced by other factors or variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, the sub-branch office of the tax village of North Labuhanbatu Regency. This research is descriptive. Samples were taken as many as 33 employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri branch office of the tax village of Labuhanbatu Uara Regency. This study aims to see the effect of work discipline, work environment and motivation on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The results of this study conclude that work discipline, work environment and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-Branch Office of Tax Village, North Labuhanbatu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect both jointly and partially between motivation on employee performance in the Regional Company Offices of Pasar Kota Medan. This research uses quantitative methods with explanatory research using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees at the Regional Company Offices of Pasar Kota Medan and as many as 82 employees were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple and partial linear regression using SPSS 24.0. The results of the regression analysis show that the independent variables are included in the regression model. The motivation variable has a significant value at 0.013. So it can be concluded that motivation affects employee performance (hypothesis 2 is accepted). Based on the t test, the motivation variable has a p-value (in the Sig. Column) 0.013 <0.05, which means significant, while t count 2.537> from the t table 1.991 means significant. This means that motivation has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract

The role of human resources in an organization is very influential in increasing its main objectives. So it is important to pay attention to human resources. This study intends to reveal the effect of role conflict on organizational citizenship behavior of employees. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods with an initial survey with a sample of 48 people. This study reveals that the significant influence of Role Conflict on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees at the Tanjung Balai Branch Health Insurance Administration Agency (BPJS) is 2,035 on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees of the Health Insurance Provider (BPJS) Tanjung Balai Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine what obstacles or obstacles in the process of road widening at Jln Prof. M. Yamin and the efforts made to overcome it. In this study, researchers used a descriptive type, namely explaining phenomena in depth through data collection. Descriptive research is the steps to re-interpret objects about the state of social phenomena contained in the problem under study. The descriptive method the researcher uses to describe or describe how the form of "Implementation of Land Acquisition Policy for Road Widening in Pontianak City", the results of the researchers show that in land acquisition, permits and community pressure to carry out the road widening are procedural steps for public works. provide cooperation in land acquisition measures for road widening in the city of Pontianak. In accordance with the results of the research obtained, it is suggested for the City Government, especially PU, to be careful with the existing procedures, if the socialization is not evenly distributed it will raise public disappointment to the City Government, especially PU, which is responsible for implementing the road widening project, and PU is required to commit. with tenders that do not change.

Abstract

Learning is the first step -hat must be taken to get the final result of the learning that has been applied. With the existence of learning, one can find out the success of students during the gap process that is being carried out, especially in elementary schools. The end result of this learning becomes one of the educational institutions, namely getting a good final result and in accordance with the purpose of learning. To find out the learning outcomes obtained, educators need to carry out what is called measurement and assessment of the learning outcomes. Measurement and assessment is very important for a teacher during the learning process.

Abstract

Studying the history of Islamic culture cannot be separated from the role of the teacher in transferring effective learning. One of the methods used in learning the history of Islamic culture is the storytelling method. For teachers who have the expertise possessed by teachers of Islamic cultural history in delivering subject matter to students so that students become enthusiastic in listening to it. As a result, the students were moved by the story. The study of this research uses literature review by collecting books, journals. The results showed that the skills in storytelling for SKI teachers, which so far have been considered a boring subject, in essence are not so dependent on the competence of teachers in teaching and classroom management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the process of unite al-qur'an in blood and flesh in a person. This type of research is qualitative with literature review data sources. Meanwhile, this literature review is carried out in four stages consisting of: (1) searching for literature that is in accordance with the problem to be studied or researched by scanning the literature efficiently, using both manual and online methods, (2) assessing literature through a number of criteria, including the source itself, the author and the subject, (3) systematically examining and analyzing literature content, and (4) critically and deeply synthesizing literature content from literature such as the book or papers reviewed. For the research results, it can be seen that the Qur'an is one of the miracles and as the first revelation received by the Prophet. through the angel Gabriel. Al-Qur'an is also the culmination and closing of Allah's revelations for humans, and part of the pillars of faith, which was conveyed to the Prophet Muhammad. as a guide for humans in navigating life in the world. The Qur’an was revealed in three stages: first, the Qur’an was revealed by Allah to Lauh al-Mahfudz, second, the Qur’an was sent down from Lauh Mahfudz to Bait al-Izzah in the heavens of the world, and third, al- The Qur'an was revealed from Bayt al-Izzah to the Prophet Muhammad with the angel Jibril AS. Being ingrained in the Qur'an as a part of oneself can be done when a person is a child. Besides that, unite al-qur'an in blood and flesh is not only that the person must memorize the Qur'an, but all actions, behavior and speech must also reflect the Qur'an. Good ways of communicating and living socially have been taught in the Al-Qur'an. Patience sincerely. Tawakal (returning everything to Allah SWT.) When receiving a trial is a very heavy self-training process. If someone returns all his problems to Allah SWT. and always try to find a solution or a way to deal with these problems, and believe in the help of Allah SWT. in other words, remain warm to Allah SWT. in any condition, then that person will feel at ease, and spacious in his heart. In addition, this habit will give birth to a calm attitude both to the mind and heart, and reduce or even eliminate panic, which can make it easier for the person to find a way or solution in solving the problem that is or will be faced.
