Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berjudul Perilaku sosial masyarakat desa kapringan terhadap pelaksanaan upacara adat unjungan. Untuk menggali data, digunakan metode penelitian etnografi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat adanya perbedaan terhadap pelaksanaan upacara adat unjungan di desa kapringan dengan desa lain, hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari tatacara pelaksanaanya, jika di desa lain unjungan hanya dilaksanakan di satu sampai dua tempat saja, namun di desa Kapringan bisa lebih dari itu, karena memiliki banyak sekali ki buyut sehingga waktu pelaksanaannya lebih dari satu bulan dalam setiap tahunnya, di awali dari unjungan buyut Pringgabaya diakhiri dengan unjungan buyut Disa. Dari perbedaan tersebut, ternyata terdapat beberapa prilaku sosial yang menyimpang pada masyarakat desa kapringan ketika pelaksanaan upacara adat unjungan berlangsung hal tersebut sangat berbenturan dengan makna dari upacara adat unjungan itu sendiri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study and included in the populative study, because the total population is less than 100 people. Based on the partial regression test results it was concluded that each variable, namely the variable work motivation (X1), work environment (X2) and leadership style (X3) have a strong relationship and influence with the performance variable (Y). Meanwhile, based on the results of the simultaneous regression test, that motivation variables (X1), work environment (X2) and leadership style (X3) together have a significant relationship to work performance variables (Y) with a contribution of 0.971, and have an influence which is significant with a contribution of 94.3%. From the regression equation every one point increase in the motivation variable (X1), work environment (X2) and leadership style (X3) will affect the increase in the performance variable (Y) of 0.943. Furthermore, based on testing the hypotheses that have been stated in the results of the study, it can also be concluded that there is a significant influence and relationship between motivation variables (X1), work environment (X2) and leadership style (X3) on performance variables (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan termasuk ke dalam penelitian populatif, karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 orang. Berdasarkan uji hasil regresi secara parsial diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa masing-masing variabel, yakni variabel motivasi kerja (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X3) memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh yang kuat dengan variabel kinerja (Y). Sedangkan, berdasarkan hasil uji regresi secara simultan, bahwa variabel motivasi (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X3) secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap variabel prestasi kerja (Y) dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,971, dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 94,3%. Dari persamaan regresi setiap kenaikan satu point variabel motivasi (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X3) akan berpengaruh terhadap kenaikan variabel kinerja (Y) sebesar 0,943. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang sudah dikemukakan di hasil penelitian , juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X3) terhadap variabel kinerja (Y).

Abstract

This study has the aim to be formulated, namely knowing: 1) Analysis of Law No. 38 of 1999 in terms of management, and utilization of zakat; 2) Relevance of Law Number 38 of 1999 on the management of zakat. The research method uses descriptive qualitative by collecting data using observation, library research, and documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that 1) Analysis of zakat based on the Act. No. 38 of 1999 explained that the management of zakat is the activity of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the collection and distribution and utilization of zakat, 2) The relevance of zakat law in the law no.38 of 1999 concerning zakat has links with Islamic law, especially related to Islamic law with amyl. The relationship between amil and zakat that has been legislated has many connections, namely the formation of amil zakat institutions formed by the local government as zakat houses.

Abstract

Abstract This research is entitled Meaning and Symbol of Sintren Art as Islamic Da'wah Media. The study aimed to describe the symbols and meaning of Islamic da'wah media in sintren art. It employed a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The findings of the research revealed that the art of sintren as a medium of Islamic da'wah, from each scene has Islamic symbols and meanings which is a spectacle that guides the public. The Sintren performance has local wisdom values and icons for the people of Cirebon, for example, religious, social, educational, and language values. The results of this research are expected to have the power to foster public appreciation of traditional arts and to socialize the concept of local wisdom values through academic and community education. Abstract

Iqbal is a reformer who is unique. He is a talented poet, also a creative philosopher. He is also recognized in history that his thoughts are indeed brilliant. Especially in his thoughts about the decline and progress of Muslims who have an influence on the reform movement in Islam. Iqbal has paid close attention to what is happening to Muslims in India and Pakistan in particular, generally the Muslim world as a whole. Iqbal's study of the Hadith is based on the situation and conditions of society that developed at that time. This view, amidst the tugging of the position of the Hadith as a source of law between Muslims on the one hand, and the Orientalists on the other hand which continues to this day. Of course the intentions and understandings departing from the study are also different. Muslims are based on a great sense of responsibility towards the teachings of Islam. Whereas Orientalists study it only for scientific purposes, sometimes even just to look for weaknesses of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Abstract This article discusses the importance and urgency of the implementation of multicultural religious education. It can be used as an effective instrument and media to reduce religious radicalism and terrorism in Indonesia. Multicultural religious education provides the same space for the growth of differences and religious diversity. Through multicultural religious education, students are expected to have a high commitment to their religion while having a tolerance and appreciative attitude towards other religions. With a multicultural religious education, students are expected to have a sense of plurality. It will only be successful if it is taught by educators who have multicultural awareness. In addition, the curriculum, materials, methods, and evaluation of multicultural religious education learning must also contain and be compatible with multicultural values. Therefore, it needs political will from all stakeholders to jointly formulate a blueprint for multicultural religious education. Keywords: multicultural religious education, religious radicalism, terrorism, student Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang pentingnya dan urgensi penyelenggaraan pendidikan agama multikultural. Ini dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen dan media yang efektif untuk mengurangi radikalisme agama dan terorisme di Indonesia. Pendidikan agama multikultural memberikan ruang yang sama bagi tumbuhnya perbedaan dan keragaman agama. Melalui pendidikan agama multikultural, peserta didik diharapkan memiliki komitmen yang tinggi terhadap agamanya sekaligus memiliki sikap toleransi dan apresiasi terhadap agama lain. Dengan pendidikan agama multikultural diharapkan siswa memiliki rasa pluralitas. Hal itu hanya akan berhasil jika diajarkan oleh pendidik yang memiliki kesadaran multikultural. Selain itu, kurikulum, materi, metode, dan evaluasi pembelajaran pendidikan agama multikultural juga harus memuat dan selaras dengan nilai-nilai multikultural. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan political will dari seluruh stakeholder (pemangku kepentingan) untuk bersama-sama merumuskan blueprint pendidikan agama multikultural. Abstract

Al-Quran merupakan sumber kehidupan yang berlaku pada masa dahulu, sekarang dan yang akan datang. Di dalamnya terdapat ide-ide ilmiah untuk mengatur segala kebutuhan hidup manusia, termasuk salah satunya mengenai kompetensi guru seperti di dalam al-Quran surat al-Jumuah ayat 2. Kompetensi guru merupakan suatu hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh seorang pendidik dalam rangka menciptakan proses pendidikan yang baik dan bermutu, yakni proses belajar mengajar yang efektif dan kondusif dengan melahirkan anak didik yang mempunyai ilmu pengetahuan dan intelektual yang cerdas serta berakhlak yang baik. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru berdasarkan al-Quran surat al-Jumuah ayat 2 dengan menggunakan pendekatan ilmu pendidikan Islam sebagai analisisnya.

Abstract

Desain PAI di SMA merupakan sebuah kerangka, bentuk serta rancangan prosedur pengembangan serta usaha dalam keadaan sadar kemudian direncanakan dalam mempersiapkan siswa untuk kenal dan paham serta menghayati, beriman dan bertaqwa, berakhlakul karimah, menerapkan ajaran Islam berdasarkan pokoknya yaitu al-Qur’an dan Hadits melewati aktivitas pengajaran, pelatihan dan bimbingan serta penerapan apa yang sudah dilaksanakan (pengalaman). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu literature research atau kajian kepustakaan dimana peneliti melakukan seluruh usaha guna mendapatkan serta mengumpulkan seluruh informasi terkait permasalahan yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menyajikan berbagai teori yang berhubungan dengan teori lainnya serta ditunjang juga dengan data-data dari sumber pustaka yang menunjang khususnya mengenai Desain Pendidikan Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA. Data-data yang dianalisis mengenai Desain Pendidikan Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA mengacu pada sumber buku primer tersebut dan referensi-referensi lainnya yang mendunkung terhadap Desain Pendidikan Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA. Pembahasan mengenai data-data yang telah ditemukan selanjutnya dianalisis agar didapatkan kesimpulan kemudian penggunaan metode analisis dengan analisis kualitatif. Pembelajaran PAI di SMA bertujuan agar keimanan dan ketakwaan dapat meningkat, melalui penanaman pengetahuan sehingga bisa dihayati dan pengalaman maupun pengamalan peserta didik mengenai Islam agar terbentuk muslim yang berkembang terus dalam keimanan serta ketaqwaannya kepada Allah SWT dan berakhlakul karimah baiK secara pribadi, dalam masyarakat, maupun bangsa dan negara, sehingga bisa berlanjut pada tingkat pendidikan selanjutnya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the future educational leadership model with a review of the foundations of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. The locus of this research is the Prince Dharma Kusuma Segeran Indramayu Islamic High School. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Interviews were conducted directly with informants, consisting of the Dean, Deputy Dean, Heads of the Program Study and Educational Staff and Non-Educational Personnel involved in the educational institution. The results of observations and documentation were obtained from various studies of documents, manuscripts, and archives related to the implementation of educational leadership at the Prince Dharma Kusuma Segeran Indramayu Islamic High School. The results of the study indicate that the educational leadership model for the future in the Segeran Indramayu Islamic High School after direct interviews with all parties involved in educational institutions can be explained in the discussion of this study. Abstract

Family is the most important element in shaping the personality of early childhood. The right parenting pattern will be able to form a good early childhood personality. This study was structured to determine parenting patterns in shaping the character of early childhood. The research location for this thesis is RA Hidayatus Sibyan Kandanghaur. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method that combines data sources from the field and data sources from references related to the theme of this thesis. The results of this study are: (1) that the type of parenting that is mostly done by parents at RA Hidayatus Sibyan is democratic parenting, although in certain cases authoritarian parenting is also used by parents with the aim of assertiveness. The parenting style of neglect and indulgence is usually carried out by guardians of students who are not biological parents (father / mother), such as relatives or grandparents. (2) The education factor of parents who are mostly under high school who become guardians of students at RA Hidayatus Sibyan lacks adequate insight into the psychology of early childhood development. (3) The relationship between parents and teachers at RA Hidayatu Sibyan is quite good, such as having relationships not only at school but also in community interactions.
