Abstract

Abstract This research explores the intricate relationship between economic and social policies and the understanding and practices of faith in the Pantura community, focusing on the case of Indramayu Regency. The Pantura region of Indonesia is known for its rich cultural and religious diversity, making it an intriguing subject for examining how economic and social policies affect faith-related aspects of people's lives. The study employs a qualitative research design, utilizing interviews, surveys, and data analysis to uncover the multifaceted impact of policies on faith. The findings reveal a strong connection between socio-economic factors, such as income and education, and the depth of faith understanding and practice. Additionally, the local culture and traditions play a significant role in shaping the religious landscape, and policies promoting tolerance and interfaith dialogue are crucial in maintaining harmony in this diverse region. The research highlights the importance of holistic religious education, improved access to education and social services, and a nuanced understanding of how social and economic changes influence faith practices. Furthermore, it suggests the need for continued research to explore the evolving dynamics in this unique socio-religious context. Abstract

Human Resources are the most important asset that every company has, because every activity and activity involves Human Resources. However, the ability and knowledge of Human Resources is basically limited, so a strategic concept is needed in managing Human Resources, one of which is through a Human Resources development strategy, by assessing the education and training aspects of employees. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, trying to describe the research results as they are. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then processed in the form of words or text which is then put into the form of a description or narrative. The subjects in this research are the director, personnel department and employees of BUMDes Tunas Abadi Waru Lohbener Indramayu, while the objects of this research are all activities related to the Human Resources development strategy at BUMDes Tunas Abadi Waru Lohbener Indramayu. Based on the results of research conducted by the author regarding Human Resource Development Strategies in Improving Employee Performance at BUMDes Tunas Abadi Waru Lohbener Indramayu, it can be concluded that in order to increase employee abilities or potential, a Human Resource development strategy is needed, starting from the recruitment, selection, placement process. , training, career development, and Islamic guidance. Even though in its implementation there are still several obstacles, such as participants who have different educational backgrounds, expert and professional trainers are still relatively rare, facilities are still limited, and the curriculum presented in training activities is still not in line with the company's expectations, but BUMDes Tunas Abadi Waru Lohbener Indramayu, remain enthusiastic and continue to strive so that in the future efforts to develop Human Resources run better.

Abstract

This paper aims to find alternative solutions towards superior educational institutions by applying the concept of Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS). Blue Ocean Strategy is defined as a blue ocean strategy by Kim & Mauborgne (2014): “Blue oceans strategy are defined by untapped market space, demand creation, and the opportunity for highly profitable growth”. Blue Ocean Strategy is how to create unexplored market space, which can create demand and provide highly profitable growth opportunities. In essence, how to compete with agile in the competition; how to cleverly read the competition, develop a systematic strategy and framework to create an unlimited market. The method used in the implementation of this research is a qualitative method and is a photo shoot of phenomena that occur in the field, through observation, documentation studies and interviews with interested parties in the STAIS Dharma Segeran Indramayu environment. Based on the results of data capture in the analysis of the implementation of the blue ocean strategy using the erase-reduce-increase-create scheme and the strategy canvas, based on the principle of the blue ocean strategy, namely to innovate value by increasing the value of benefits while reducing costs. In this case, STAIS Dharma Segeran Indramayu creates a value curve by innovating by improving the quality of good service and improving product quality with the support of a strong reason, namely eliminating the high price aspect. The brand image of STAIS Dharma Segeran Indramayu itself also supports the creation of a value curve. The results of the study also looked at the position of STAIS Dharma Segeran Indramayu in the blue ocean area where STAIS Dharma Segeran Indramayu was carrying out a blue ocean strategy based on analysis using a strategy canvas.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of markets in improving society's economy according to an Islamic Economics perspective. With this type of field research (Field Research) and a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation with traders, village heads and market coordinators. The research results found that: (1) The village market in Tulungagung Village, Kertasemaya District, Indramayu Regency plays a very important role for traders, both traders from the Tulungagung village community and traders from other villages. (2) Tulungagung Market is useful as a place to sell merchandise and a place for buying and selling transactions between traders and buyers. (3) Obstacles in developing the Tulungagung market are market cleanliness, market order and security, diversity of types of merchandise, availability of stalls for traders, and operational hours of the Tulungagung village market.

Abstract

In educational activities at school, a teacher is the spearhead of success in teaching and learning activities. So, he is required to be professional. Mohamad Surya states in the Draft Law on Teachers (article 14) that: "Professional is the ability to carry out work in accordance with one's skills and dedication to other parties." Professional teachers are teachers who have received formal recognition based on applicable provisions, both in relation to with their position and formal educational background. Mohamad Surya said "Teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students in formal education as well as at the primary and secondary education levels." Education is a conscious effort to grow and develop the potential of Human Resources through teaching activities. These teaching activities are held at all levels of nine-year basic education, secondary education and higher education. This research seeks to reveal the relationship between PAI teacher professionalism and the worship intensity of NU Juntinyuat High School students, Indramayu Regency. The Islamic Religious Education Teacher is a figure who has direct responsibility for developing children through the learning process in the classroom, so that he will make a big contribution to the student's worship process. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires, so that the data collected in an integrated manner can complement each other. And data analysis techniques are processed statistically, using the product moment correlation formula. From the results of data analysis, the following conclusions were obtained: the professionalism level of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMA NU Juntinyuat, Indramayu Regency obtained an average score of 3.7. is in the sufficient category. 2). Student worship achieves sufficient results when measured and daily student behavior reaches an average score of 3.4 (located in the interval 3.1 — 4.0. 3). Correlation analysis between the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers and students' worship intentions obtained an r-calculated value of 0.3 11, this value is at a low level of correlation. This means that there is a low correlation between the variable teacher professionalism and student worship intensity.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama islam adalah proses pemdidikan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keimanan peserta didik yang tercermin dari perilaku dan karakter peserta didik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam penanaman karakter pada peserta didik. Untuk itu, peneliti merasa perlu untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter di kelas X SMA NU Juntinyuat Indramayu. Untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik di kelas X SMA NU Juntinyuat Indramayu. Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana solusi mengatasi kendala dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada peserta didik di kelas X SMA NU Juntinyuat Indramayu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, dan observasi pada peserta didik dan guru. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah Peran yang dilakukan guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter siswa disimpulkan bahwa menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter dapat melalui kegiatan kelompok dengan harapan dapat menerapkan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu penerapan 7s (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun, sabar dan syukur). Metode yang digunakan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter dapat dapat melalui metode keteladanan, metode nasehat, metode demonstrasi, dan metode diskusi.

Abstract

In a sharia-based economy there is a profit and non-profit orientation. Sharia financial institutions, sharia business entities, pawnshops, insurance, and all forms of transactions based on sharia values ​​are a form of sharia-based economy with a profit orientation. Meanwhile, Islamic philanthropic institutions such as zakat institutions, waqf, and others are a form of Islamic economics with a non-profit orientation. The growth of these two segments has increased since the emphasis on regulations by the government and public awareness of the importance of Sharia economic practices themselves. However, the growth of one segment of the Islamic economy is less than balanced. The dominance of the growth of sharia financial institutions makes the growth of sharia business entities less visible. This research was conducted to examine opportunities for implementing Islamic economics in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The research results show that the opportunity for implementing Islamic economics in BUMDes is very large. Apart from that, transaction contracts can be applied to BUMDes. Abstract

Interpreting and developing Islamic law in the context of evolving times is a crucial issue within the realm of Islamic jurisprudence. This article delves into how Islamic law has undergone transformation and adaptation over time to address the challenges faced by the Muslim community in the modern society. The interpretation of Islamic law has become the primary focus of scholars and theologians, aiming to understand Islamic teachings and apply them in a relevant manner within contemporary circumstances. Confronting the changes of the times, it is imperative to consider the fundamental principles of Islamic law, such as ijma' (consensus), qiyas (analogy), and ijtihad (personal interpretation), as tools for developing Islamic law to remain pertinent and in line with the demands of the era. This article also examines various approaches and methods employed in the effort to interpret and develop Islamic law, including the roles of fatwa institutions and Islamic legal bodies in this process. By comprehending how Islamic law can adapt to the evolution of time, we can establish a more inclusive and responsive framework to meet the needs of the modern Muslim society while upholding the core values and principles of the Islamic faith.

Abstract

Globalization disrupted the value of norms and religion in young generations. Islamic education in pesantren could become a medium to increase the awareness of people about the importance of Islamic principles in their lives. However, not many previous studies are well-known globally by overseas researchers and academicians. This study has the purpose of observing the development of research about Islamic education in pesantren in Indonesia. This paper used bibliometric analysis to collect and analyze the secondary data of previous studies from the Scopus website. There were 113 documents found in Scopus from 1994-2023. The data were analyzed using two software, Vosviewer and R Studio. The analysis was divided into 2, citation analysis and mostly used word analysis. The result showed that the most current words used as the author’s keywords were pesantren education, accommodation, management, effective schools, conservative, and developing countries. No word related to technology or digitalization was used either in the author’s keyword or abstract of previous studies that were reflected as the current situation of the 4th industrial revolution today. Moreover, the affiliation of the author with the highest number of citations was the UK. Indonesian authors were ranked 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, and 5th. There were also some authors whose affiliations were not countries with Muslims as the majority of the citizens.
