Abstract

1-[4-(2-Hydroxy-4, 6-dimethyl-phenylazo)-phenol]-ethanone (HL1) and 2-(4-methoxy-phenylazo)-3, 5-dimethyl-phenol (HL2) were produced by combination the diazonium salts of amines with 3, 5-dimethylphenol. The geometry of azo compounds was resolved on the basis of (C.H.N) analyses, 1H and 13CNMR, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic mechanisms. Complexes of La (III) and Rh (III) have been performed and depicted. The formation of complexes has been identified by using elemental analysis, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic process as well, conductivity molar quantifications. Nature of complexes produced have been studied obeyed mole ratio and continuous alteration ways, Beer's law followed through a concentration scope (1×10-4 - 3×10-4 M). High molar absorbtivity from the compound solutions were noticed. Analytical data showed that all the complexes offered 1:3 metal-ligand ratios. In the radix from physicochemical datum an octahedral structure was described of the complexes. Biological activity of these compounds was assayed. Other than, the dyeing carried out of the produced compounds was practical in cotton fabric. The dyes were checked into light and detergent firmness. Abstract

This paper presents the computational analysis using pre-processing and different characterization of MK2 proteins for cell death/ survival for HT carcinoma cells. Initially data is collected which than pre processed by completing the missing data, removing various outliers, checking whether the data is normal or non- normal. Later various characterisation steps were applied which includes: classification, regression, clustering, association rules etc. Different data variables use different approaches of pre processing and characterisation. In this paper we have collected the different data of MK2 proteins where we have cleaned the data by using various clustering approaches, than regression analysis, correlation matrix and covariance matrixes are calculated. In last we have classified the data by using different machine learning approaches (k-NN, SVM and Neural network). For k-NN we have compared the results of different techniques like chebyshev, city block and Euclidean. For SVM we have used linear, polynomial, RBF and sigmoid function for both types (Type 1 and Type 2) and for neural network we have calculated training, test and validation perfection using different hidden, and output activation function. This paper shows best 10 network using MLP and RBF approach.

Abstract

Asian tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon) shell is an industrial waste which becomes one of the sources of carotenoids in the form of astaxanthin (3.3’-dihydroxy-β, β′-carotene-4.4′-dione) which has a very potential biological activity because it can work on target molecules. Astaxanthin in Asian tiger shrimp shell is well known to be lipophilic, being insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents, one of which acetonitrile. The characteristics of astaxanthin were obtained through qualitative and quantitative analyses using FTIR (Fourier Transform Infra-Red) and HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography). Furthermore, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities had been tested. Based on the research results done on the inhibition of Asian tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon ) shell extract on the 5th growth of the test bacteria, the tiger shrimp shell extract had antibacterial activity on Eschericia coli., Streptococcus mutans, Pseudomans auriginosa, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus which was characterized by the presence of clear zone / inhibition zone / Oligodynamic zone which showed the effect of tiger shrimp shell extract in killing and inhibiting the growth of test bacteria. Besides, An anti-inflammatory testing through extracting chemical components with acetonitrile solvent with several concentrations showed that the anti-inflammatory activity with a concentration of 1000 ppm with % stability on erythrocyte membrane obtained 60.516%, indicating that the higher the concentration used, the better was the anti-inflammatory effect.
