Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of amil zakat institutions' non-halal fund distribution on social infrastructure. Quantitative research methodology is the approach employed. Secondary data are the kind used in this investigation. The Zakat Core Principle's Allocation to Collection Ratio (ACR) measurement ratio is employed in this approach to gauge how well a zakat institution is doing its zakat distribution. The financial statements of LAZ Rumah Zakat for the years 2020–2022 were the study's object. The findings demonstrated that from 2020 to 2022, the efficiency of nonhalal money distribution grew yearly. With a rate of 68% in 2021, the nonhalal money distribution proved to be quite effective. Abstract

The internship was carried out at PT Telkom Datel Sibolga, Pasar Baru Village, Sibolga Kota District, North Sumatra Province on January 16 - February 17, 2023. The purpose of this Internship activity is to find out how the application of the Telkom Supply Chain Management website on the recap of expenditure / return of goods of PT Telkom Datel Sibolga. PT Telkom Datel Sibolga is a company engaged in telecommunications with a large working area so far the inventory maintenance process is still carried out manually, so the results are not fast and inaccurate, in addition to the time required longer this process becomes ineffective and efficient. Therefore, it is necessary to implement the Telkom Supply Chain Management (SCMT) application that supports the flow of an item both by application and manually. In collecting research data, quantitative methods are used which consist of observations and interviews, then problem analysis is carried out using a framework of pieces and use case diagrams. The results obtained from the internship activities are that in the first week to the end of the study it was found that the expenditure of Optical Network Termination (ONT) goods was more than the Set Top Box (STB) an Telkom Supply Chain Management (SCMT) process until the end carried out by PT Telkom Indonesia at STO Sibolga has been running in accordance with the SCMT application.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a financial ratio analysis of four textile companies in Indonesia, namely PT Argo Pantes, PT Century, PT Ever Shine, and PT Trisula, during the 2019-2021 period. By considering the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, this research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive study. The results of the liquidity ratio analysis show that PT Trisula has the best ability to fulfill short-term obligations. In terms of activity, PT Ever Shine stands out in collection turnover, while PT Century has the highest inventory turnover. The solvency ratio shows that PT Trisula has the lowest dependence on debt, while PT Argo Pantes needs to pay attention to its debt structure. In terms of profitability, PT Ever Shine stands out with the highest profit margin, while PT Argo Pantes and PT Century experience negative margins. Market analysis shows a good valuation for PT Trisula with a high PER. Strategy recommendations are provided for each company, including improving debt structure, operational strategy, and dividend policy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the profitability of Sharia Banks in Indonesia. The research variables consist of: murabahah, musyarakah and ijarah financing. The test results showed that the F test showed that the values in the regression model of the murabahah, musyarakah and ijarah variables together had an effect on the profitability variable with a sig value of 0.000. Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount value 12.826 > Ftable 2.74. Likewise, with the partial test, murabahah, musyarakah and ijarah financing partially influence the profitability of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia. To increase bank profitability, efforts are needed to increase murabahah, musyarakah and ijarah financing. However, the principle of prudence and risk control is required for each of the burdens incurred. So that the profitability target will increase in the future.

Abstract

The merging of Higher Education Organization has become the direction of guidance from the Ministry of Education and Culture in the context of improving the quality of higher education. In merging organizations, cultural differences are key elements that affect the effectiveness of the integration process. This research aims to map organizational culture in a private higher education which is the result of the merger of 2 academies . by a survey method. Data were taken using random stratification technique on 3 groups of employees from different organizations of origin. Organizational culture was measured using 24 questions Organization Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). The Kruskal Wallis test found that there were differences in the types of organizational culture in the three groups, the perceived organizational culture type was significantly different between the four types), and the expected type of organizational culture was different for the Clan, adhocracy, and Hierarchy types (p: 0, < 0.005) . Thus, this research show that the organizational culture of each group is stll relatively strong, and still shows difference in the type of culture expected in each group.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price perception and promotion on purchasing decisions at Shanii Konveksi. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this research are employees, business partners and people who use Shanii Konveksi services. The sampling technique uses the Saturated Sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of 78 respondents (47 business partners, 31 people who used services). Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects are business partners and service users of Shanii Konveksi. The results of this research show that the variables of product quality, price perception and promotion partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and have a positive influence on the Purchasing Decision variable.

Abstract

This research underlines several issues concerning the empowerment of poor women through family-based entrepreneurship towards creative economy. The research was intended to explore the potentials, constraints, opportunities and policies dealing with the empowerment of poor women, and to formulize a model for the empowerment. Data collection consisted of site observation, interview, focus group discussion, and document study. The techniques of analysis employed in this research included interactive analysis and gender analysis by Sara Longwee. opportunities, interventions in the form of family-based entrepreneurship, and welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically prove the influence of liquidity, solvency and efficiency on financial performance in banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is a banking company for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, where sampling uses several criteria, so the final sample is 32 samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression tests. So the results of this research are that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Solvency has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Efficiency has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Liquidity, solvency and efficiency have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the independent variables Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on the dependent variable Employee Performance at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. This research was conducted at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk which is located on Jl. Rawa Gelam IV No. 6m Pulogadung – East Jakarta. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT Kalbe Farma Dept. Global supply chain Rawa Gelam. This research uses a purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a total of 80 samples, then the data results are processed using the SPSS 26 data processing application. The results of this research show that in the partial t test, the Leadership Style variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the f test show that the Leadership Style and Organizational Culture variables together or simultaneously influence PT Employee Performance. Kalbe Farma Tbk on Jl. Abstract

This study aims to determine partially and stimultan of the independent variable (free), namely brand ambassador (X1) and brand image (X2) and the dependent variable (bound), namely the purchase decision (Y). The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the sampling used, namely the sampling technique used in this study is non-probability, namely using purposive sampling. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Scarlett products at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. Based on the research results, in the partial test (t) brand ambassadors have a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions which has a t value of 0.381 > 1.984 t table with a significance value of 0.704 <0.05, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions which has a t value of 5.242> 1.984 t table with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, in the simultaneous test (F) the variables of product quality (X1) and price (X2) together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which has a calculated F value of 14.585> 3.09 F table with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Then the decetermination test (R2) results that the correlation between the variables of product quality (X1) and price (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) is 54.6%.
