Abstract

Currently, the use of the internet is increasing and information systems are also increasing. This increase in internet use is used to support various aspects, especially business activities. One of the results of the rapid development of the internet is the advertising of products and services via social media. One e-commerce that uses advertising media to offer its products is Traveloka. His research aims to analyze and determine the influence of advertising attractiveness and viewing frequency on buying interest in Traveloka on YouTube among Gen Z in Bandar Lampung. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from respondents through a questionnaire. The population involves people who have seen Traveloka advertisements on YouTube and are interested in purchasing Traveloka application services among Generation Z in Bandar Lampung. The number of samples used was 130 respondents. The results of this research show that the attractiveness of advertising has a positive and significant effect on interest in buying Traveloka products, the frequency of advertising broadcasts has a positive and significant influence on the interest in buying Traveloka products, and the attractiveness of advertising and the frequency of showing simultaneously influence the interest in buying Traveloka products.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of product quality, brand image and advertising on purchasing decisions for Revlon lipstick in Ambon city. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were consumers who used Revlon lipstick in Ambon city. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. By using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, it shows that the product quality variable (X1) has no effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). This is proven by the results of multiple linear regression testing which was obtained at 0.024. Furthermore, the brand image variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). This is proven by the results of multiple linear regression testing of 0.241 and the advertising variable (X3) has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). This is proven by the results of multiple linear regression testing which was obtained at 0.322.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how company size and Integrated Maqasid Al-Shariah Based Performance (IMSPM) influence company value. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. In this research, panel data regression analysis was carried out using the Eviews program. In this research, purposive sampling was used in sampling. And the test results on the model show that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) was chosen as the estimation model using the Cross-section weights approach estimator. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that IMSPM has a significant negative effect on company value as measured by EVA, while company size has a significant positive effect

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Gowa Regency. This study uses a random sampling technique with a questionnaire as a tool to measure the variables of leadership style, motivation and employee performance variables. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis based on data from 99 respondents using the Slovin formula that has completed all the questions in the questionnaire. The test used to test the research instrument is in the form of a validity test and a reliability test. Hypothesis testing uses the simultaneous test (f) and partial test (t). The results showed that the leadership style (X1) and motivation (X2) variables simultaneously had a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y) at the Gowa Regency Regional Secretariat Office. While partially for leadership style variables (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) obtained a significant effect, but motivational variables more dominant influence on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Regional Secretariat Office

Abstract

Digital technological developments require the business sector, especially small and medium businesses, to adapt. This research was carried out on Kesamben market traders in Blitar Regency after the fire disaster that occurred. The research uses a qualitative approach with case studies, which aims to explore post-fire trading conditions, especially with the development of digital technology, which is changing people's consumer behavior patterns. From the research results, most traders cannot adapt to the situation and technological developments, so they cannot survive, and some others can survive but need help maintaining turnover. There are a small number of traders who can adapt to digital technology so they can still make a profit even though they are still experiencing capital difficulties.

Abstract

The energy requirements for cooking have evolved in the process, namely initially using firewood, then evolving to using kerosene as fuel, and finally using clean technology using Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). From the 2019 APBN, LPG subsidies for 3 KG (Kilo Gram) cylinders are estimated to cost more than $4.9 billion in 2019. The implementation of the Electrification program for various sectors is a demand driven effort to absorb excess capacity of electricity which is underutilized, the current condition of PLN's reserve margin is 15.6%. Apart from that, one of the commitments to achieve NZE in 2060 regarding demand in the 2021-2025 program is a strategy to reduce imports of LPG with electric stoves for 8.2 million households. This research uses a qualitative approach, with problem studies because this method is considered to be the perfect reality methodology for conducting research related to using community participation, as well as interview data collection techniques, observation and secondary data collection. The research results show that the canceled LPG Gas Stove Conversion to Electricity program could not function properly due to lack of political outreach, weak regulations, the strength of the target people and the poor quality of human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of leaders in efforts to improve employee work discipline through the role of supervisory functions. This research also examines the obstacles that hinder leadership from improving employee work discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach and is included in the qualitative descriptive research category. The data used was obtained from interviews with Gerindra Faction employees. Research shows that the Gerindra Faction is carrying out its duties well as leaders. However, faction employees continue to report to the office not on time, thereby disrupting employee discipline. In the Gerindra Fraction Office, the role of leadership is very important because it helps optimize work efficiency and effectiveness. Furthermore, leaders can reduce the level of employee indiscipline by providing punitive sanctions.

Abstract

Archives are a collection of letters that are stored systematically and have the function of storing information which can later be used as accountability and valid legal evidence. Archives have an important role in the operational system of an organization or company. If a company has poor records management, it will difficult to find the information needed, thereby hampering further work processes. The discussion that will be discussed in this research is how to implement the recording and archive management system in the Administration sub-section at UPT. North Sumatra Province Food Crops and Horticulture Service. The research method that the author uses is qualitative research and uses descriptive data analysis by conducting direct observations for one month at UPT. North Sumatra Province Food Crops and Horticulture Service. The research results show that archive management at UPT. The Food Crops and Horticulture Department is not running optimally. This is due to the fact that archives have not been digitized so everything is still done manually.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Bitung Fishery Port (2) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Bitung Fishery Port (3) the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Bitung Fishery Port. This research is qualitative research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research were 53 employees of the Bitung Ocean Fishing Port. Data collection used questionnaire and observation methods. The data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, the conclusions obtained are (1) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance of 11.7%, (2) the work environment has no effect on employee performance which is associated with the value of Sign = 0.234 > 0.05, (3) There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation and work environment together on employee performance at the Bitung Ocean Fishing Port of 13.3% as indicated by the coefficient of determination R²y (1.2) = 0.133.
