Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the school environment and interpersonal communication on the creativity of civil servant teachers at SDN Teluk Pucung, North Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative and the data analysis used is classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 27 application. Partially the training variable influences teacher creativity with t-count < t-table . Based on the test results and data analysis, partial test calculation results were obtained which showed that the calculated t value > t table (2.798 > 2.039) with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. Partially, the School Environment variable has a positive influence on teacher creativity with a t-value < t-table. Based on the test results and data analysis, partial calculation results were obtained which showed a value of 3.177 (t-count) > 2.039 (t-table) with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test results obtained from this research, the communication and work discipline variables have obtained a value of 22.329 (calculated f) > 3.30 (table f).

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of business management in increasing income from swallow nests in Sungai Aur Village, Kumpeh Ilir District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. The aim of this research is to find out the management of the swallow's nest business, to find out the obstacles faced in managing the swallow's nest business and to find out the efforts made in managing the swallow's nest business. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the management of the swallow's nest business is not good because there are several indicators or functions in business management that have not been achieved by entrepreneurs, business management takes the form of planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling. The obstacles in managing the swallow's nest business are rodent pests, owls, location and seasonality. Efforts made in managing the swallow's nest business are by providing poison or pest medicine.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research which aims to determine the influence of the Loyalty Program on the decision to purchase Kenangan Coffee. The independent variable in this research is the Loyalty Program, while the dependent variable is the purchasing decision. The population in this study was all customers of memorable coffee. Using the sampling method, a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v. 13. The results of this research show that the Loyalty Program (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). This means that the better the implementation of the loyalty program carried out by Memoria Coffee, the more consumer behavior towards making purchases will increase. vice versa

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant positive influence on Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT. SINAR GALESONG PRATAMA (Suzuki) as many as 40 people. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the research results, multiple linear regression results were obtained which showed the equation Y = 4.464 + 0.355X1 + 0.691X2 + e and based on the test results, the coefficient of determination of the influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance was r = 0.601. The coefficient of determination (r2) for this factor has a value of 0.361 or 36.1%, the remaining 63.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. This is proven by statistical tests showing that the tcount = 1.478 and 1.886 are smaller than ttable = 2.026. The calculation results obtained show that the leadership style variable does not have a positive influence and the work motivation variable does not have a positive influence on employee performance and the hypothesis results are not accepted.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. The purpose of this research is to know, analyze, and explain the influence between the variables of Market Ratio (Earning Per Share), Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio) and Solvency Ratio (Debt to Assets Ratio) on Profitability Ratio (Return On Assets). The method in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection in this study was carried out using secondary data in the form of annual reports and published financial reports. Annual report data and panel data financial reports for 2016-2022. In this study, the amount of panel data is 77 data, which consists of 11 mining companies with a span of 7 years. The results of this study partially show that the market ratio variable (Earning Per Share) has a positive and significant effect on the profitability ratio (Return On Assets), the liquidity ratio variable (Current Ratio) has a significant effect on the profitability ratio (Return On Assets), the solvency ratio variable (Debt to Assets Ratio) has no effect on the profitability ratio (Return On Assets). Simultaneously shows that the market ratio variable (Earning Per Share), liquidity ratio (Current Ratio), and solvency ratio (Debt to Assets Ratio) together have a significant effect on the profitability ratio variable (Return On Assets). Based on the results of this study, companies must be able to maintain and increase profits and optimally utilize their resources.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of operational audits in supporting sales effectiveness at PT. Intan Pariwara Maumere. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research include data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research results show that the audit carried out at PT. Intan Pariwara Maumere is in accordance with the operational audit stage which consists of the preliminary audit stage, in-depth audit stage and audit reporting stage. The strategy carried out by PT. Intan Pariwara Maumere to achieve sales targets, namely through promotions to agencies, distributing brochures and placing pamphlets as promotional media. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that sales at PT. Intan Pariwara Maumere is not yet effective, because it has not reached the sales target set by the company, namely 80% per year. The results obtained from the role of operational audit at PT. Intan Pariwara Maumere is in the ineffective category, which can be seen from sales targets and realization that have not reached the targets set by the company, and operational audits are not carried out regularly

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Potential of Original Regional Income of Sikka Regency in supporting Regional Economic Autonomy from the perspective of community economic growth, on the utilization of potential sectors such as the Tourism Sector, Trade Sector, Industrial Sector, Agricultural Sector; Livestock Subsector and Fisheries Subsector spread across the Sikka Regency area. The data collection technique is documentation and interviews using a qualitative descriptive analysis method of the community's economic capacity with a comparison with the realization of Sikka Regency's PAD revenue for the 2018-2022 period. The results of the research show that utilizing regional potential in Sikka Regency contributes to regional economic growth. Regional economic growth has a positive correlation with the PAD growth rate of Sikka Regency. Utilization of Regional Potential has not been utilized optimally in increasing Sikka Regency's PAD acquisition, and still tends to fluctuate and not reach the budgeted target.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze customer perceptions regarding the use of microcredit financing with a focus on the case study of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Medan Kampung Baru. Utilizing surveys and qualitative data analysis, the research methodology aims to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the sample through observation, interviews and document analysis of the sample's perceptions of the product using Murabahah principles. In this context, research examines the factors that influence public trust in the progress, transparency and quality of the implementation of Murabahah law. The survey collected customer responses from BSI KCP Cemara Asri Medan , while qualitative data analysis was carried out to identify customer views in more detail. It is hoped that the findings of this research will help in understanding the effectiveness of implementing the Murabahah model in micro product development and how it affects customer needs and expectations. The practical implications of this can help Islamic banks improve their products and services and strengthen their ties with customers, especially at BSI KCP Cemara Asri Medan.

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that acts as an intermediary between individuals or entities who have funds and those who need funds, and the bank also acts as an institution that regulates the flow of payments. This research approach is a qualitative approach which is more descriptive and does not emphasize numbers. Implementing a murabahah agreement for subsidized mortgage financing involves meetings between the company leadership or their representatives, a notary, and prospective customers who apply for financing. During the meeting, the bank conveys provisions such as the bank's profit margin, the amount of principal installments plus the margin that must be paid by the customer, the total installments, details of the objects to be provided by the customer, the installment list, the amount of the down payment, the time period, and other appropriate requirements. with a letter of agreement. Based on the results of research that has been carried out and supported by theories that are the basis for thinking in understanding various problems, as well as the results of discussions that have been presented in this analysis, the conclusions that can be drawn are as follows: First, Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Binjai City implements financing regulations murabahah in Sharia KPR financing with the murabahah bil wakalah scheme.
