Abstract

Printec Perkasa II is a manufacturing company engaged in printing and packaging. During the process of procuring this stock of raw materials, PT. Printec Perkasa II still using a manual system in carrying out its operational activities, especially in processing transaction data for recording inventory, which still uses paper inventory forms. With the data processing process which is still manual, there is often a buildup of data, so that the final information about the stock of goods produced is sometimes not in accordance with the physical stock in the warehouse. This information system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The aim of this research is to design and build a system that can help PT. Printec Perkasa II in controlling the inventory amount of each item appropriately and Implementing inventory applications at PT. Printec Perkasa II so that cooperative members can speed up the production of goods ordering information so that there are no delays in ordering goods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role of Teacher Interpersonal Communication in increasing Learning Motivation at Van Lith Jakarta Junior High School. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research informants consisted of key informants, namely the teachers and students of Van Lith Middle School and supporting informants, namely the students' parents. Data collection techniques obtained by interview techniques, and documentation. Using descriptive qualitative obtained through data analysis known as data processing. The results of the research on the Role of Teacher Interpersonal Communication in Improving Student Learning Motivation (STUDY ON TEACHER AT SMP VAN LITH) are as follows: (1) Establishing Mutual Relationships (2) Increasing Student Learning Motivation (3) Maximizing School Programs (4) Fostering School Extracurriculars (5) Optimizing School Facilities. Obstacles that are often faced are the lack of different student resources and the lack of writing, the lack of parental attention to children, the lack of optimizing online media resulting in many people not knowing detailed school information, service and togetherness at Van Lith Junior High School is good . School programs and school activities have been carried out effectively.

Abstract

Lack of education in people's lives will of course hinder the progress and development of a country, and it will be difficult for the prosperity and well-being of its people to be realized. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of online learning using the WhatsApp application for members of HIMAKOM 2019, BSD, South Tangerang City. Effectiveness means there is an influence that can produce results, efficiency and effectiveness. WhatsApp is one of the most commonly used communication applications on smartphones to interact, communicate and discuss and is even used for learning. Researchers use stimulus response theory in which the important learning is input in the form of stimulus and output in the form of response. Stimulus is whatever the teacher gives to students, while response is the student's reaction or response to the stimulus given by the teacher. The total population and sample are HIMAKOM members, totaling 58 BSD students, South Tangerang class of 2019. The results of hypothesis testing show that understanding the effectiveness of using the WhatsApp application has quite a significant effect on online learning, as evidenced by the t-count of 8.273 > 1.671 which is greater than t- table or significant value t < a = 0.05, then the effectiveness of using the WhatsApp application (X) influencing online learning (Y) is significant. This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that the effectiveness of using the WhatsApp application has a significant effect on online learning.

Abstract

Indonesia has a diversity of ethnic groups. a country that has a lot of cultural diversity in each region, this can be expressed in the dances of each culture. Through music and movement, they produce a dance that discusses the diversity and richness of Indonesian culture. One of the old arts that illustrates this is Minangkabau randai, Minangkabau randai originated from the performance of the younger generation of society. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a semiotic analysis model by Roland Barthes. The data collection was carried out using documentation, interviews and observations. Based on the results of research conducted on "Roland Barthes' Semiotic Analysis in the Randai Show at Sanggar Mudo Barapi in Solok City." There are three sign symbols, namely denotation, connotation and myth contained in the movement. Denotation is the stage which is the relationship between the signifier (marker), Connotation is the second stage which is the relationship between the signifier and the signified which produces subjective/intersubjective meaning and Myth is the second stage of significance related to the content.

Abstract

Industry competition is growing rapidly and swirling in various markets. There are a lot of industries in Indonesia, from small to large. One of them is the Milk UHT Ultramilk. Therefore, this study aims to understand the impact of the price and quality of products on the purchase decision for the brand is the UHT Ultramillk Liquid Milk in Jabodetabek. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research with Convenience sampling techniques. The population of this study is comprised of consumers who have consumed or purchased the UHT Ultramilk Liquid Milk Drink brand, with the number of samples taken reaching as many as 120 respondents. The data analysis methods in this study are validity tests, rehabilitation tests, classical assumption tests, double linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests (f test, T test, and determination R2). The results of this study show that the price and quality of the product have a positive and significant impact, both partially and simultaneously, on the purchase decision.

Abstract

School is a place where students are taught under the guidance of teachers. Schools have an important role in developing children's intellectual capacity because school is a place where children look for information and hone their skills. Choosing a school that suits your child's character is very important. Children need kindergarten education to develop their character and personality and to prepare themselves for entering elementary school. There are many things parents choose to do when choosing a school for their children, including: distance, facilities, curriculum, costs, etc. In this case, to find out the parents' factors in choosing a kindergarten school for their child, the author uses the K-Means algorithm to see the highest factors that make parents choose the Aek litta kindergarten school. K-Means separates data into groups according to how close each group is to a particular cluster. The results of the clustering process with 3 iterations stated that for cluster 1 there were 7 parents who had similar factors in choosing Aek Litta Kindergarten, for cluster 2 there were 3 parents with similar factors.

Abstract

In an era of technological advancement, access to fast, accurate and efficient information has become an important requirement. This research focuses on the application of information systems in helping data management and customer service in various sectors, especially in the food business. The use of a web-based sales information system provides a solution to overcome various problems faced by small companies, such as sales data management that is prone to errors and loss of notes. By applying the Waterfall Method as a sequential and structured system development approach. With this technology, companies can increase effectiveness and productivity in handling management problems and provide better service to customers. The results of system testing show that all system features are valid and run as expected. research suggestions related to system features are additional features to find out the status of orders placed by visitors so that an estimation feature can be carried out from the time of the message to completion.

Abstract

Achieving success, a government agency such as the Sibolga Class IIA Penitentiary which is engaged in fostering community development, must have a good communication strategy and must use the right method so that the coaching carried out can be accepted so that the assisted community after the expiration of their sentence can be accepted back into prison. society and also not to repeat the mistakes made. Fostered People who need appropriate approaches, to change their criminal behavior into human beings with good behavior. The effort needed as an approach is to provide information to humans regarding the meaning in the views and goals of humans living in the world, conveying what is right and what should be done and what is wrong and what cannot be done, using an approach or in this case a communication strategy that is appropriate to the mental condition of the inmates. In general, the purpose of communication is to expect the participation of the communicant on ideas or messages conveyed by the communicator. So that in the process there is a change in attitude and behavior that is expected. The type of research that the authors use in this study is to use a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research according to Sugiyono is a research method that is intended to understand phenomena about what is experienced by research subjects such as behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions, etc., by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a special natural context and with take advantage of natural methods. Research Results of Fostered Communities when carrying out coaching activities. And also the Sibolga Class IIA Penitentiary uses several mass media and print media as well as electronic media to convey messages to the Fostered Communities. The status barrier that occurs is that there are still assisted communities who view the status or position of Class IIA Sibolga Penitentiary officers when conveying messages or information, especially to carry out coaching activities so that assisted communities are lazy to take part in coaching activities.

Abstract

Education is a basic human need that constantly transforms and updates in line with developments in all aspects of life. Changes and improvements in the world of education encompass various components, including teacher competence, educational quality, curriculum, infrastructure, educational management, as well as innovative teaching methods and strategies. The limitation of time in school often becomes the cause of restricted material delivered by teachers. Additionally, when teachers are unable to attend classes, it results in difficulties for students in accessing materials for learning. This system involves various inputs, such as student data, teacher data, class data, subject data, teaching schedule data, lesson material data, assignment data, student registration data, and assignment answer data. The outputs of this system include reports on student data, teacher data, classes, subjects, teaching schedules, lesson materials, assignment grades, and assignment grade data. This e-learning application is developed using the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database in this Final Project.

Abstract

Social Media has enabled the birth of new forms of social and social organizations and then transformed into a "new weapon" for organizations or institutions in disseminating messages and information to their communities, including the police. This can be seen in the social planning media used by the Riau Regional Police Public Relations (Polda Riau Public Relations). Social media planning for Instagram and Facebook is prioritized for the latest publications and information related to information about the police. This research uses qualitative research methods and analysis with the concept of The Circular Model of SOME. The subject of this research is social media communication planning on the Riau Regional Police Public Relations media. Data collection was carried out through documentation studies, observations and interviews. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Apart from that, data validity checking techniques use triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this research show that it is possible to utilize technological developments in the field of social media to disseminate information related to police activities themselves. The ease of conveying Riau Regional Police Public Relations information between the community and the police makes it easier to carry out their public relations duties. Therefore, it is necessary to use social media optimally in the Riau Regional Police's Public Relations duties in providing information services for Riau regional police activities. This is supported by using the SoMe concept.
