The Comparison of Learning Models MURDER and AIR on Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Students at SD Negeri 153073 Anggoli I. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in mathematics learning outcomes for students at SD Negeri 153073 Anggoli I using the MURDER model with the AIR model. The population in this study were students of SD Negeri 153073 Anggoli I, with a sample of 13 students in grade II-A SD and 13 students in class II-B. The data collection technique was carried out by giving a written technical test and in the form of a description of 10 questions in the form of a pretest and posttest with multiplication and division material. The stages of the research method are normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing. Then analyze the data used in this study using the two sample t-test formula. The mathematics learning outcomes of class II students at SD Negeri 153073 Anggoli I before the application of the MURDER learning model were in the medium category with an average number of 66.92 while after the application of the learning outcomes of students increased with an average number of 83.46. The mathematics learning outcomes of second grade students at SD Negeri 153073 Anggoli I before the implementation of the AIR learning model were in the medium category with an average number of 68.46 while after the application of the students' learning outcomes increased with an average number of 86.92. In testing the hypothesis using the t-test, namely the independent sample t-test, where the data being tested is the data from the posttest results of the two groups. Based on the calculation results of SPSS 16.0, Sign (2 tailed) = 0.003 which means < (0.05 or 5%), then H1 is accepted which means that there is a significant difference between the mathematics learning outcomes of second grade students at SD Negeri 153073 Anggoli I taught through MURDER and AIR learning models.

The Effectiveness of English Learning To Students of Stab Maitreyawira Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of ENglish Learning in Maitreyawira STAB students in Pekanbaru. This is a qualitative research. It described the learning achievement process based on: 1) lecturer’s ability; 2) students activity; 3) result (individual and group). The result of this study were: 1) the process of English Learning in Maitreyawira STAB students ran well. The lecturer interesting approach in learning process and students were active; 2) the whole English Learning process was good since it was made based on RPS and the students were active and gave positive response; 3) the evaluation was in normal category since the IPK was 75 which meant the learning process was ‘normal’

MELATIHKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA ABAD 21 MELALUI MEDIA POP UP BOOK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melatih kreativitas siswa dalam pembelajaran abad 21 menggunakan media pembelajaran pop up book. subjek peneltian ini yakni semua siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 22 orang terdiri dari 6 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 kali pertemuan, dimana setiap pertemuan diawali dengan memberikan soal, menganalisis materi, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. hasil penelitian menunjukan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi komponen ekosistem dengan metode discovery learning setelah menggunakan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang relevan. Abstrack : Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Pop Up Terhadap Hasil Belajar Materi IPS Kelas V SDN 12 Kayuagung The Purpose of this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of pop-up learning media on the learning outcomes of class V social studies at SD Negeri 12 Kayuagung. The population is 42 students of class V. With a sample of 30 randomly selected, namely class V.A and class V.B. The method in this study is a quantitative experimental design, namely a true experimental design with a test only posttest design. Hypothesis testing using t-test Independent sample t-test. After doing the posttest test for social studies material, the experimental class got a score percentage of 73% and the control class got a score of 20%. The control class and the experimental class had a 53% increase in value. through t-test Independent sample t-test obtained sig (2-tailed) results, namely 0.000 ≤ 0.025 significant value. So it can be concluded that the results of learning using Pop Up media can affect the learning outcomes of fifth grade students, especially in social studies learning materials.

The Effect of Lecturer Competence and Work Environment on Lecturer Performance with Motivation as a Mediating Variable in the Pandemic Period. This research is motivated by the atmosphere and conditions that the world is experiencing at the moment the Covid-19 pandemic. This outbreak has had a major impact on many aspects, especially learning. The author conducted research on the effect of competence and work area on performance by using motivation as a mediating variable during the pandemic. The survey will be tried on lecturers who have taught up to 124 respondents during the pandemic. The illustration-taking method used is a targeted illustration and the information collection used is a 5-step Likert scale questionnaire distributed online in the form of Google Forms. Information was analyzed with SPSS for descriptive analysis and SMART-PLS for SEM analysis. The results of this research show that competence and work area indirectly affect performance through motivation as a mediating variable. Competence and work area have a positive impact on performance. Competence and work area have a positive influence on motivation. Motivation has a positive effect on performance.

Abstract: Analisis Hasil Belajar Matematika Kelas IV Pada Materi Operasi Hitungan Campuran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Tulung Selapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika kelas IV pada materi operasi hitungan campuran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Tulung Selapan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 23 siswa di Sekolah Dasar 2 Tulung Selapan pada materi operasi hitungan campuran. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan tahapan Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesakan operasi hitungan campuran, dimana siswa kebanyakan kesalahan pada proses mengkonversi bilangan yang akan dijumlahkan dan yang kedua cara menghitung hasil bilangan. Hasil ini didapat terdapat siswa yang tidak tuntas sebesar 56,5% dan yang tuntas sebesar 43,5%.Â

Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan nilai dan model pendidikan kewirausahaan di tingkat sekolah dasar. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat membiasakan karakter seorang wirausaha pada diri peserta didik melalui penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan. Untuk mengimplementasikan hal tersebut, maka pendidik perlu menggunakan model pendidikan kewirausahaan yang tepat dengan menganalisis kebutuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai pada penilaian bahkan evaluasi. Oleh karena itu, ada berbagai model pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang dapat digunakan selama proses pembelajaran kewirausahan berlangsung agar lebih terstruktur dan sistematis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi penerapan permainan tradisional engklek sebagai salah satu permainan tradisional di Indonesia dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir anak dalam pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia mengenai kalimat tanya. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa antusias melakukan permainan tradisional engklek yang diintegrasikan dengan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Siswa telah berhasil mengidentifikasi kalimat tanya, menyebutkan kalimat tanya, serta membuat kalimat tanya pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penerapan permainan tradisional engklek sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa sekolah dasar dinilai efektif digunakan, karena pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukan keberhasilan siswa dalam mengembangkan dan membuat kalimat tanya.

Emotional Intelligence Is A Strong Impulse That Directs Humans To Do Something. Each Emotion Can Direct A Different Action. Humans Have Two Sources Of Thinking, Namely Emotion And Reason. Marketing Mix Strategy In Gabe Catering In Medan City. This study aims to determine the marketing mix strategy at the GABE Catering business in Medan City. How are the strategies implemented during the GABE catering business journey in the face of increasingly dynamic business competition, the problems of the covid-19 pandemic, and the corella virus disease in 2019 in Indonesia, especially North Sumatra. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The number of subjects in this study 1 business owner and 2 customers as data validation. The analysis technique in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of this research is the strategy of catering entrepreneurs in developing their business in the marketing mix of GABE Catering in Medan City. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, it is found that there are several strategies that are carried out by GABE catering entrepreneurs in the city of Medan in developing their business, namely marketing mix strategies, strategies for building family relationships with employees, and strategies for building family relationships with customers.
