Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Alas Watu Emas Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. The sample of this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), namely 60 employees at PT. Alas Watu Emas Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study conclude that motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a significant value less than 0.05. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is strong

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and discipline on employee performance at the Kampar District Transportation Agency. The sample in this study were all employees at the Kampar District Transportation Agency, totaling 37 employees. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. Simultaneously leadership and discipline have an effect on performance, based on the partial test results, discipline has an effect on performance, while leadership has no effect on employee performance. The closeness of the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the fixed variable which is 95.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Sungai Pinang Tambang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Desa Sungai Pinang, Kecamatan Tambang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik rumus Slovin sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan di PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Sungai Pinang Tambang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan file penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikan (α) 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikan lebih besar dari 0,05. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kesehatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Sungai Pinang Tambang. Terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara variabel lingkungan kerja, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Sungai Pinang Tambang. Kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sangat kuat.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of workload and work stress on police performance with simulthan and partial at Laka Lantas Kampar Police. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this research were all police at the Laka Lantas Kampar Police in 2020, amounting to 39 police and all police at Laka Lantas Kampar Police were sampled so that the sampling technique in this research used a saturated census technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of workload and work stress have a significant effect with together on the police performance at Laka Lantas Kampar Police, while based on the partial test results, the variable of workload and work stress have a significant effect with individual on the police performance at Laka Lantas Kampar Police. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of workload and work stress on the police performance at Laka Lantas Kampar Police is very strong with a correlation coefficient is R of 85,5%. While contribution of workload and work stress variables to the police performance variables is equual to 73,1% while the remaining 26,9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance with simulthan and partial at the PMKS PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of compensation and work discipline have a significant effect with together on the employee performance at PMKS PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. While based on the partial test results, the variable of compensation and work discipline have a significant effect with individual on the employee performance at PMKS PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of compensation and work discipline on the employee performance is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 80,2%. While contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is equual to 63,4% while the remaining 36,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios simultaneously or partially on the residual income of the cooperative's employees of the republic of Indonesia, teachers of Kampar sub-district. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the cash ratio simultaneously has a significant effect on the acquisition of SHU. The closeness of the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is very strong. The size of the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is 70.9%, while the results of the research partially show that the cash ratio variable has a significant effect on the SHU acquisition, while the debt to capital assets and working capital turnover variables do not have a significant effect on the SHU acquisition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-actualization and reward simultaneously and partially on the work performance of employees of PT. Multisarana Agro Lestari Pekanbaru. Job performance can be said to be the result of work in quantity and quality that has been achieved by an employee on the implementation of tasks based on responsibilities and main tasks and functions. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with a total of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using the f test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially self-actualization and reward have an effect on work performance. The closeness of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 79.60%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the type of leadership and discipline on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kampar Regency. The sample of this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), namely 31 employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics, Kampar Regency. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the type of leadership and discipline simultaneously had a significant influence on employee performance, with a significant value less than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that discipline has a partially significant effect on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kampar Regency. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is very strong.

Abstract

This research was to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency. This analysis uses the independent variable, namely leadership. The dependent variable is performance. The sample of this study is all employees who work at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency. Samples were conducted by purposive sampling method. The data was collected by using questionnaires distributed directly to employees as many as 31 questionnaires. The statistical method uses simple Linear Regression Analysis, by testing the hypothesis t statistical test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a significant value less than 0.05. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is strong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media and trust on the decision to buy a scarlet handbody in Kampar Regency, namely the cheerful cosmetics shop, the cosmetic blessings and the cosmetic fatma. The sample in this study were all customers who bought Scarlett handbody products at the cosmetic shop, amounting to 100 customers. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. Simultaneously, social media and truts have an effect on purchasing decisions, based on the partial test results, social media have an effect on purchasing decisions, while trust has no effect on customer purchasing decisions. The closeness of the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the fixed variable which is 73.0%.
