Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not the promotional activities carried out by the Agro Nadiin Sungai Pinang Tourism Park in Kampar Regency through social media using the EPIC Model analysis (emphaty, persuation, impact, communication) are analyzed separately using the average score method. to know the effectiveness of each dimension of social media. Promotion carried out by the Agro Nadiin Sungai Pinang Tourism Park, Kampar Regency, namely through social media Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. The population and samples were taken from 300 visitors to the Taman Wisata Agro Nadiin Sungai Pinang, Kampar Regency, using census techniques. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the promotion carried out by the Taman Wisata Agro Nadiin Sungai Pinang, Kampar Regency has been effective.

Abstract

This reserch aims to determine the effect of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction of employees at the Department of Transportation, Kampar Regency. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The number of respondents in this study to be used as a sample is 37 employees. Hypothesis testing conducted in this study is the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the work environment and motivation simultaneously have an influence on employee job satisfaction. Based on the partial test results, the work environment has a greater influence on employee job satisfaction because the significant value is smaller than the alpha level of 0.5.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply the calculation of Corporate Income Tax according to Law Number 36 of 2008. The type of research used is descriptive and comparative analysis research by collecting all data and then processing, analyzing, and researching further and then drawing conclusions. The technique of data collected is based on observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this study conclude that the calculation of PPh of the Kokardan KPRI Agency according to PP No. 23 of 2018 is Rp. 9,977,044.00, in 2020 it is Rp. 12,373,382.00 and in 2021 it is Rp. 9,236,823.00. Meanwhile, according to Law No. 36 of 2008 it was Rp. 86,366,609.88 in 2019, Rp. 102,230,674.37 in 2020 and Rp. 72,143,916.46 in 2021. KPRI Kokardan must perform calculations by calculating PKP, namely gross circulation minus costs, calculating income tax payable for one tax year, namely 2019 by 50% x 25% xPKP and 2020-2021 by 50% x 22% xPKP.

Abstract

The use of web-based e-commerce technology is changing aspects of people's lives, including cooperatives. Cooperatives are making a comeback and transforming into modern businesses and industries, thanks to digitalization. Cooperative governance management, including the supply chain, is key in modern cooperatives. The use of e-commerce website technology, such as Pelita Desa Cooperative, is important to the success of cooperatives. The application of supply chain management and innovation through e-commerce website technology aims to create added value in the cooperative industry. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods with interviews and data analysis. Zoom Meeting was chosen for cost and time efficiency. Data analysis involved supply chain management and value-added calculation with Hayami Calculation Theory. Interview data and data interpretation were used to supplement the information. This research understands the role of Pelita Desa Cooperative's e-commerce website technology and supply chain management in increasing the added value of modern cooperative businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of implementation of SAK-ETAP in the Mulia Consumer Cooperative. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and uses primary and secondary data. The results of this research found that the Mulia Consumer Cooperative has not fully implemented SAK-ETAP in the accounting treatment of fixed assets. Most accounting treatments are in accordance with SAK-ETAP, however, there are several accounting treatments for fixed assets that are not appropriate, namely inventory, equipment, and vehicles, which are not separated in their recording and presentation. Cooperatives do not calculate the depreciation value of vehicles, which should be calculated and recorded every year.

Abstract

Mango production in West Java during 2008-2013 ranks third with a total production of 16.52% of the total national mango production. Mango-producing areas in West Java are spread in 27 districts and cities. Mango-producing centers in West Java are in the districts of Cirebon, Majalengka, and Indramayu with varieties of Gedong Gincu, Dermayu, Kidang, and Arumanis. Until now, farmers still have difficulty in accessing the market, so that during harvest time, there are always unsold or discarded mangoes. Off Grade mangoes even at harvest can reach 30% of total production, of course this can be detrimental to farmers. In 2005 a study was conducted by Dwi Purnomo. Off grade mangoes are processed into a puree (fruit porridge) which is processed through pasteurization technology or the cooking process by heating them at a temperature of 70 to 80 degrees. The process used here is the benefit chain method that is from upstream to downstream how the utilization process involves rural communities to the city, not apart from that one of the students who helped the research also helped with the marketing process.

Abstract

The background of this research problem is that there is still a lack of mastery of children's vocabulary. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's efforts in planning, implementing teacher learning and evaluating the use of flashcard media in early childhood in PAUD Ar-Rafiq, Mekarraya Village, Garut Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research involving teachers in group A, data is collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis, data is analyzed qualitatively by using data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teacher's efforts in using flashcard media to develop the expressive language skills of group A children were as follows, First, the teacher prepared a learning plan using flashcard media according to the theme and purpose, namely by making Weekly Learning Program Plans (RPPM) and Daily Learning Program Plans (RPPH) and teachers prepare learning media. Second, the teacher carries out learning activities using a scientific approach with 2 M indicators, among others and observing. Third, the teacher evaluates learning activities in the form of checklists, anecdotal notes, and assessment of the work. These three activity steps have been implemented by teachers at PAUD Ar-Rafiq, Mekarraya village, Garut district and can be an alternative for developing cognitive abilities of early childhood.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang mengembangkan kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyyah melalui penggunaan media flash card TKA Miftahul Hasanah Kecamatan Nagreg Kabupaten Bandung. Permasalahan dalam pembelajaran mengenai pengenalan huruf hijaiyyah yang biasa di terapkan oleh guru TKA Miftahul Hasanah di antaranya anak tidak dapat membedakan huruf yang satu dengan yang lain contoh huruf ba disebut tsa. Kedua, pengucapan huruf yang salah hal ini terlihat ketika salah satu anak diminta untuk menyebutkan beberapa huruf hijaiyyah. Ketiga, dalam pembelajaran guru masih menggunakan metode menirukan secara lisan dengan tidak menggunakan media sehingga anak-anak kurang mengingat kosakata yang telah disampaikan dan pembelajaran yang kurang menarik membuat anak cepat bosan dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyyah kelas B kelompok A TKA Miftahul Hasanah Kec. Nagreg Kab. Bandung setelah di terapkannya media flash card . Teori yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu kepada teori Kurt Lewin dengan tahap perencanaan, tindakan, obsevasi dan refleksi. Metode penelitian yang di terapkan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang terdiri dari tiga siklus, yaitu siklus I terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan dan siklus lII terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Subjek dari penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas B kelompok A, TKA Miftahul Hasanah Kec. Nagreg Kab.Bandung. Tahun ajaran 2021/2022, yang berjumlah tiga belas orang anak. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah data diolah dan di analisis diperoleh hasil dari penelitian, bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar mengenal huruf hijaiyyah dengan menerapkan penggunaan media flash card telah mencapai kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Dengan demikian penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dikatakan berhasil, sebagaimana ketuntasan dalam penelitian jika anak sudah mencapai indikator Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB).

Abstract

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Tamu Hotel (Studi Tentang Persepsi Tamu Hotel Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur). Pemberian pelayanan yang baik kepada kosumen oleh suatu perusahaan, akan menciptakan kepuasan konsumen Apabila konsumen merasa puas, mereka akan melakukan pembelian ulang dan merekomendasikan kepada orang lain untuk membeli ditempat yang sama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk diketahuinya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas tamu hotel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian explanatory research yang dilakukan di hotel holiday inn Pasteur Bandung yang dilakukan pada bulan November-Desember 2019. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu hotel. variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas tamu hotel dan variabel kepuasan tamu hotel (Y1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas tamu hotel sehingga Pihak hotel diharapakan dapat mempertahankan serta meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan, diantaranya yaitu dengan memperbaiki yang melekat pada karyawan, instrument tampak fisik, maupun kode etik pelayanan yang lebih baik

Abstract

Kelengkapan Equipment Pada Kitchen Dalam Menunjang. Kitchen equipment yaitu peralatan dapur yang besar dan berat susah untuk dipindah-pindahkan.elektronikal, maupun non mekanikal dan non elektronikal Mechanical equipment, yaitu peralatan yang digerakan dengan mesin termasuk ke dalam kategori ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelengkapan alat kerja pada kitchen dan mengatahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk melengkapi perlengkapan pada kitchen di Hotel Luxton Hotel Bandung. Variabel yang digunakan adalah kelancaran pelaksanaan operasional sebagai variabel terikat, adalah kelengkapan equipment pada kitchen sebahai variabel bebas dan Kerjasama Pastry And Bakery Section, Cook Section, Steward Section, Butcher Section, Chef De Partie/Supervisor Cook sebagai variabel confounding. Penelitian di lakukan di Hotel Luxton Bandung dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa masih kurang sehingga dapat sepenuhnya menunjang Operasional Kitchen. Sehingga upaya- upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk melengkapi kelengkapan equipment pada kichen ini bisa dilakukan dengan cara, membeli peralatan- peralatan yang sangat berperan sesegera mungkin, sehingga tidak terjadi dampak yang lebih besar lagi terhadap operasional kitchen itu sendiri.
