Abstract

Teacher performance is teaching achievement resulting from activities carried out by teachers in their main duties and functions in concrete realization which is a logical consequence as a professional in the field of education, therefore many factors influence teacher performance. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of 1) leadership on teacher work motivation; 2) commitment to teacher work motivation; 3) work motivation on teacher performance; 4) the direct influence of leadership on teacher performance; 5) the direct influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance; 6) the indirect influence of leadership on teacher performance through work motivation; 7) the indirect influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance through work motivation. The types of data in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observations, interviews and research files. The sample for this research was 26 teachers at SDN 5 Bathin Solapan. Analysis tools and hypothesis testing in this research were carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model, data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS program, and hypothesis testing was carried out at 5% alpha. The results of this research concluded that 1) leadership was proven to have a significant effect on teacher work motivation; 2) commitment is proven to have a significant effect on teacher work motivation; 3) work motivation has been proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance; 4) there is no direct influence of leadership variables on teacher performance; 5) there is no direct influence of the organizational commitment variable on teacher performance; 6) there is a significant indirect effect of leadership on teacher performance through work motivation; 7) there is a significant indirect effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and capability on employee performance at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Tapung, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Tapung, Kampar Regency. The sample of this study used the technique of the census method so that the sample was all employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Tapung Kampar Regency as many as 100 people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (?) of 0.05. The results of this study conclude that Knowledge and Capability have a partially significant effect on employee performance, with a significant value less than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that Knowledge and Capability have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Tapung Kampar Regency. There is a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The contribution of Knowledge and Capability variables to employee performance is 85.80%, which is very high.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Alas Watu Emas Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. The sample of this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), namely 60 employees at PT. Alas Watu Emas Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study conclude that motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a significant value less than 0.05. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is strong

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SDN 51 dan SDN 15 Mandau dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh yang terjadi antara kompetensi dan motivasi guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran snowball throwing serta dampaknya pada prestasi belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 32 orang guru dan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik sensus jenuh sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 32 orang responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan memanfaatkan softwere SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran snowball throwing,  motivasi guru berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran snowball throwing, kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, motivasi guru berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran snowball throwing berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap prestasi belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran snowball throwing, motivasi guru berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap prestasi belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran snowball throwing.  Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Motivasi, Snowball Throwing dan Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

The Kampar Regency Ministry of Religion Office has the primary responsibility of formulating and establishing the vision, mission, and technical policies related to religious life services and community guidance in Kampar Regency. This includes providing services, guidance, and support in the fields of Hajj and Umrah. Therefore, employees with optimal performance are essential. Many factors influence employee performance, including job satisfaction, locus of control, and self-efficacy. This research was conducted at the Ministry of Religion Office in Kampar Regency, located on Jalan DI Panjaitan, Bangkinang District. The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the following: the influence of locus of control on employee job satisfaction; the influence of self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction; the direct effect of locus of control on employee performance; the direct effect of self-efficacy on employee performance; the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; the indirect influence of locus of control on employee performance through job satisfaction; and the indirect influence of self-efficacy on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study used primary and secondary data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and research documentation. The population consisted of all 48 employees at the Kampar Regency Ministry of Religion Office, all of whom were included as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with hypothesis testing performed at a 5% alpha level. The results of this study concluded that locus of control does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, while self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Locus of control has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy has a direct and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction significantly affects employee performance. Furthermore, locus of control does not have a significant indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, while self-efficacy has a significant indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Kampar Regency Ministry of Religion Office.

Abstract

Every company's leader always expects maximum employee performance, therefore it is necessary to know what factors influence employee performance. This research was conducted at PT RIM Syam Gold Bangkinang, with the aim of the research to determine and analyze 1) the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance; 2) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance; 3) the influence of work motivation on employee performance; 4) the direct influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance; 5) the direct influence of organizational culture on employee performance; 6) the indirect influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance through work motivation; 7) the indirect influence of organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation. This study uses primary data and secondary data, obtained using questionnaires, observations, interviews and research files. The population of this study was all employees of PT RIM Syam Gold Bangkinang, totaling 43 employees and all of them were used as samples, sampling was carried out using the census method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using the SEM model and data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS version 3.00 program. The results of this study conclude that: 1) transformational leadership style has been proven to have a significant effect on employee performance; 2) organizational culture has been proven to have a significant effect on employee performance; 3) work motivation has been proven to have a significant effect on employee performance; 4) transformational leadership style has not been proven to have a direct effect on employee performance; 5) organizational culture has been proven to have a direct and significant effect on employee performance; 6) there has been proven to be an indirect effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance through work motivation; 7) there has been proven to be a significant indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SD Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Permasalahan utama yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah masih ditemukannya variasi kepuasan kerja guru yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, dengan pengujian asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R²), pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan alpha 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru; (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, serta menjadi variabel dengan pengaruh dominan; (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru; dan (4) secara simultan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,587 mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 58,7% variasi kepuasan kerja guru, sedangkan sisanya 41,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja guru dapat diwujudkan melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif, pemberian motivasi yang memadai, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi kepala sekolah dan pemangku kebijakan pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas kerja guru.
