Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education and training simultaneously and partially on the competence of the police personnel of the Kampar Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with a population of 39 personnel. The entire population is sampled. Hypothesis testing is done using the f test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially education and training have an effect on competence. The closeness of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 73.70%.

Abstract

This study aims to further examine the development of modern cooperatives from the perspective of a data scientist. The research method used is qualitative. The data analysis method used is by reducing data, presenting data, and finally drawing conclusions, withdrawing, or verifying. The results of this study conclude that conventional cooperatives in Indonesia actually have great potential to be modernized and have received attention from various parties. Strengthened by the existence of cooperation for the acceleration of modern cooperatives and also supported by the results of research conducted by several campuses or other journal sources. As a result, it is said that in this digital era, the digitalization of cooperatives is becoming increasingly important. However, in modern cooperatives, there are still many people who are confused because modern cooperatives use digital platforms. To overcome this, introduction, guidance, and counseling regarding digital-based modern cooperatives can be carried out by cooperative members and other parties.

Abstract

Online learning is learning that uses the internet for accessibility, connectivity, flexibility, and the ability to bring up various types of learning interactions. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of online learning policies and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the online learning process. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained using observation, interviews, and documentation. Methods of data analysis carried out by qualitative methods. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of online learning at SMPN 1 Kubu Babussalam was going well, This was based on all students being able to take part in the online learning model, which was carried out through WhatsApp media, and there were quite satisfactory results from the grades obtained by the students. Factors supporting the implementation of online learning at SMPN 1 Kubu Babussalam are the quality of human resources, in this case, the teachers are good. Teachers have good abilities and competencies in their respective fields, which are very supportive and influence the results of learning activities. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of online learning is the weak internet network when the learning process is carried out. For students who are in areas where signal coverage is rather difficult to obtain, it is clearly an obstacle to participating in learning

Abstract

Realizing high-quality graduates requires good teacher performance. Therefore, it is necessary to know what factors influence the teacher's performance. This study only pays attention to the variables of commitment and competence, which are considered capable of influencing teacher performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of commitment and competence on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data uses primary and secondary data obtained using interviews, questionnaires, observations, and research files. The population in this study was all teachers at SMA Negeri 02, Kubu Babussalam District, totaling 57 people, and all of them were used as samples, so the sampling technique was carried out using the census method. The data analysis tool was performed using a linear regression model. The results of this study concluded that, simultaneously and partially, commitment and competence have a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 02, Kubu Babussalam District. This result explains that the more committed the teacher, the better his work or performance, and vice versa. Likewise with the competence of the teacher, the better the competency of the teacher, the better the performance of the teacher, and vice versa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze work motivation in an effort to increase employee work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between work motivation and employee work productivity. Where motivated employees will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their work, which also increases the level of work productivity. Work motivation comes from external and internal sources. Internal arises from the need for employees to meet their needs. At the same time, external comes from the certainty of wages, bonuses, work environment, management attitudes and workplace regulations.

Abstract

The title of this study is an analysis of marketing strategies to increase sales at theCvSari Soybean Restaurant business in Jatinangor District. This study aims to findout how the marketing strategy implemented by MSME businesses to increase sales. Thedataneeded by researchers uses qualitative data types and quantitative data. Thedatasources are primary data and secondary data. The methods used in collectingtherequired data: Interviews, and Literature Study. To find out how the strategy is usedSwotAnalysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). Fromthe SWOTanalysisresults, it was found that the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) resultsonthisMSME opportunity had good opportunities and the threat was quite high, judgingfromthemain product being sold, which is a product that is easy to imitate, this meansthatUMKM CV Citra Sari Soybean has the same opportunities and threats. The IFASvalueforthe variable strength of umkm Cv Citra Sari Kedele is very strong seen fromseveral aspects that are fulfilled and the weakness of this umkm is only the lack of promotiononsocial media. this shows that the strengths of these SMEs are greater than thevalueofthe weaknesses they have. From the results of the Swot analysis, it was foundthat theposition of MSME businesses has opportunities and strengths so that they cantakeadvantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this conditionisto support an aggressive growth policy.

Abstract

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition have forced Micro, Small and Medum Enterprises (MSMEs) to have a good marketing strategy to remain competitive with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy and marketing mix in the digital era in facing competition from MSMEs. The research method in this study used a qualitative approach through interviews, observation, documentation and structured questionnaires with MSME owners. The explanation from the research shows that coffee is not just a drink to quench thirst, but also to find out its origins. Drinking coffee is a tradition for the people of Indonesia, it's just that coffee used to be consumed by the elderly, but now it's different from now where almost all people like to drink coffee. In running this MSME business using a marketing mix such as product strategy, price strategy, place strategy, and promotion strategy. When viewed in terms of the digital era marketing strategy, MSMEs will step into the digitalization era and develop marketing and innovation. The results of the study show that the things that must be considered in online marketing are competitive prices, attractive packaging and easy access. In terms of implementing this technology, MSMEs use promotion and social media as a developing advertising method, communicating with consumers, collecting feedback and suggestions about coffee products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee education and training on employee performance at Jatinangor National Golf. The sample in this study amounted to 19 people or 10% of all Jatinangor National Golf employees and was taken using a consecutive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires regarding training, education, and employee performance. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The results showed that partially, education has an effect on performance as evidenced by the t-count value which is greater than t-table (2.583 > 2.109), while training has no effect on performance because the t-count value is smaller than the t-table value (0.044 <2.109) . However, F count is greater than F table (14.990 > 3.59) which means that education and training together have a positive effect on employee performance. So, the better the education and training of employees, the better the performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy implemented by MSME businesses to increase sales. Methods of data analysis in this study researchers used descriptive data method with a qualitative approach. The collection of data in this study came from primary sources that came directly from employees, namely by using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Nusantara Turbin and Propulsi.
