Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of quality of service on patient satisfaction in RSIA bunda anisyah in airtiris. The population in this study was all rsia bunda anisyah patients in airtiris. The sample was determined using accidental sampling method with the number of respondents in this study as many as 97 people with simple linear regression analysis. The type of data used consists of qualitative and quantitative data. The data were collected using questionnaires and research files. From the validity test results, all items from the statement submitted to the respondent are declared valid with the value r calculate > r table (0.000). Reliability test results also showed that each item item has a good level of reliability with alpha cronbach's value above 0.5. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the free variable that is the quality of service partially affects patient satisfaction in rsia bunda anisyah in airtiris. The correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.664 states that the relationship of free variables with bound variables is closely related.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of innovation on customer loyalty of Honda CBR 150R on Honda PT dealers Capella Dinamik Nusantara in Kampar Regency. The population in this study was all customers who owned a Honda CBR 150R in kampar district. The sample was determined using purposive sampling method with the number of respondents in this study as many as 80 people. Data analysis was done with a simple linear regression model and hypothesis testing was done with t test at alpha 0.05. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that innovation has a significant effect on customer loyalty of Honda CBR 150R at Honda PT dealers. Capella Dinamik Nusantara in Kampar Regency. The close relationship between Innovation and Customer Loyalty of Honda CBR 150R in Kampar Regency is Very Strong with a correlation coefficient (R) of 77.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze level of social disclosure in Sustainability Report based on Economic, Environmental and Social categories at PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. 2017-2019 period. The data of this research are secondary data from Sustainability Report analyzed using descriptive methods. The results showed that level of Social disclosure was higher than Economic and Environmental performance, the second highest level is Economic performance and Environmental performance places performance category with lowest percentage of disclosure. PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. has made quality disclosures based on GRI-G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines with a value of 42.85% and can be classified as Partially Applied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) and skills affect the performance of employees at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa pekanbaru. The analysis used is multiple linear. The number of samples in this study was 65 respondents. The sampling method uses the Slovin formula. Hypothesis testing is done by using the F test and t test. Based on the research results it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially. Occupational safety and health as well as skills affect employee performance. So it can be concluded that there is a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. This shows that the variables of occupational health and safety as well as skills as a whole have an effect of 69% on performance into the high influence category, while the remaining 31% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the right strategy for hotel business development and also the strategic environment owned and faced by Hotel in Bandung City. This research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The data collection methods used are documentation, observation and interviews. The analytical method used in this research is the 5-I approach (Initiate, Inquire, Imagine, Innovate, Implement) and SOAR analysis (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results). The results of this research show that the strategies that can be carried out by Hotel in Bandung City are Market penetration strategies by doing better marketing starting from marketing through social media, E-commerce, endorsements from people who have many followers and creating interesting content. which can attract many customers and also strategy product development can be done by packaging and programming, so how to package a product to make it attractive and varied.

Abstract

Bread Business Kampar Bakery Bangkinang is a company engaged in food processing namely bread. The products produced are white bread and sweet bread. The purpose of this study is to analyze the inventory of bread raw materials by using the period order quantity (POQ) method. The period order quantity method is one method of controlling inventory by emphasizing the effectiveness of order frequencies in order to save total inventory costs. From the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that using the period order quantity (POQ) method can save inventory costs by Rp. 3,783,124.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of return on assets, earnings per share and debt to equity ratio on firm value and variables that affect firm value on pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2018. The population in this study were all pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method, the samples in this study were selected as many as 10 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneous return on assets, earnings per share and debt to equity ratio affect the value of the company. Partially, return on assets and earnings per share affect the value of the company.

Abstract

Research aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of DPRD Kampar Regency. Sampling was done by cencus method so that the number of samples in this study were 45 peoples. Data analysis carried out by simple linear regression model and hypothesis testing carried out by the t test at the rate of 5%. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that compensation has a significant effect on the performance of DPRD Kampar Regency. Correlation coeficient (r) is obtained at 0,922. This gives the meaning that the variable compensation very has a strong relationship with performance of DPRD Kampar Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of skill, training and competence on the performance of employees in the PKS PTPN V Sei Garo kampar Regency. The population in this study were 94 employees and the entire population was sampled so that the technique in this study used cencus techniques. As for data analysis carried out by multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan test of the study it can be concluded that skill, training and competence affect the performance of employees in the PKS PTPN V Sei Garo kampar Regency. Based on partial results it is know that the skill variable is more dominantly influencing on the performance of employees in the PKS PTPN V Sei Garo Kampar Regency. While the contribution of skill, training and competence variables to the performance of emplooyes variables is strong with equal to 61,9% while the remaining 38,1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence earnings management in companies included in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The variables used in the analysis or earnings management practices are information asymmetry, company size and financial leverage. The study was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) respectively for the period 2016-2018. Engineering samples are used in purposive sampling, in order to obtain as many as 13 sample companies. Testing method of data using multiple linear analysis. Based in the result of the test data, found that simultaneous variable information asymmetry, company size and financial leverages effect on Earning Management. Partially, variable information asymmetry, company size effect on Earning Management, and financial leverage no significant effect on Earnings Management.
