Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee morale at the Department of Communication, Information and Encoding, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Kampar Regency Communication, Information and Encryption Service using census techniques in determining the sample to be 33 employees. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the work environment has a significant partial effect on employee morale, with a significant value greater than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that organizational culture and work environment influence the morale of employees at the Department of Communication, Information and Encryption, Kampar Regency. There is a very strong relationship between the variables of organizational culture and work environment on employee morale at the Communication, Information and Encryption Office of Kampar Regency.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of CR, DER, ROA, and EPS on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2017-2020. The population in this study were all property and real estate companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method, the samples in this study were selected as many as 15 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26.00 for windows. Based on the test results simultaneous the variables CR, DER, ROA, and EPS proved to have a significant effect on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2020. Partially, ROA has no effect on stock prices. The close relationship that occours between the variables CR, DER, ROA, and EPS on stock prices is very strong with a correlation coefficient value (R) of 83,6%. While the contributin of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 67,6%, the remaining 32,4% is explained by other variables that are not include in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, and firm size simultaneously and partially on audit delay. This study in coal companies of subsektor listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020 period. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 15 coal companies. Hypothesis testing is done by f-test and t-test. The key is that simultaneously profitability, solvency, and firm size have a significant effect on audit delay partially. Of the three variables tested, only two variables have an effect on audit delay, namely profitability and firm size, while solvency has no effect on audit delay in coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020 period. The closeness of the relationship between the independent variable and the variable is low with the independent contribution to the variable being 23.6%.

Abstract

While the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), BOPO and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on Islamic Commercial Banks registered with OJK. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is surprising that U F (simultaneous) variables Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), BOPO and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) have an effect on Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks. And the results of the study partially only Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and BOPO that affect Profitability Hose Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) have no effect on Profitability. The magnitude of the effect is 61.4 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of cash flows from investment activities, size of firm and Return On Assets on stock price. The sample in this study were 19 LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that size of firm has an influence on stock price. While the cash flows from investment activities and return on assets has no effect on stock price. The close relationship that occurs between the variables cash flows from investment activities, size of firm and return on assets is strong with a correlation coefficient of 58.6% while the contribution of independent variables to the related variables is 36.1% while 63.9% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of CR, ROE and DER simultaneously and partially on stock returns of Building Construction Subsector companies listed on the stock exchange in 2018-2020. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with a total sample of 12 banking companies. Hypothesis testing is done by f-test and t-test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously on stock returns CR, ROE and PER have a significant effect, while partially from the three variables tested, only one variables have an effect on stock returns, namely CR, while ROE dan DER has no effect on stock returns. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The close relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is quite strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 14.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, service quality and product quality on consumer loyalty at CV. Naisha Madu Nusantara in Pekanbaru. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis using SPSS Version 25 with a total sample of 96 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simultaneous test (f test) and a partial test (t test). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially trust, service quality and product quality affect consumer loyalty at CV. Naisha Madu Nusantara Pakanbaru. The close relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 78.40%. While the remaining 21.60% is determined by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine brand trust and store atmosphere on customer loyalty at PT. The rotte is like the taste of the Pekanbaru Panam Pomegranate Branch. the types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, on the other hand the method of retrieval of this information is by using questionnaires, file research, observations, and interviews, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with the number of respondents as many as 96 people, The hypothesis is carried out with and t. Based on the results of the study, it can be opened if simultaneously brand trust and store atmosphere affect customer loyalty, while partially testing brand trust and store atmosphere based on customer loyalty, the closeness between the variables independently of the variables ensures that it is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the variable is 67.5%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of skills and work safety on the productivity of craftsmen at Sentra Pandai Besi Teratak Rumbio Jaya. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The population in this study were all machete craftsmen who were members of the Rumbio Jaya Teratak Blacksmith Center, amounting to 62 people. While the sample is taken from the entire population as a sample using the census method or total sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples (Sugiyono, 2017:67). Hypothesis testing is done by testing simultaneously and partially testing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially skills and work safety affect the productivity of craftsmen at Sentra Pandai Besi Teratak Rumbio Jaya. The contribution of the craftsman's productivity variable is 53,9% determined by skills and work safety while the remaining 46,1% is determined by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of competence, discipline and work facilities on employee performance at the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear analysis with a total of 121 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out by means of a simultaneous test (F test) and a partial test (t test). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially competence, discipline and work facilities affect employee performance. The closeness of the bond between the independent variable and the dependent variable is a very strong relationship with the dependent variable and has a contribution of 66.0% to the dependent variable. On the other hand, the remaining 34.0% is influenced by other variables not listed in this research.
