Gunung Djati Conference Series merupakan penyedia layanan publikasi dan konferensi berbagai bidang keilmuan yang diterbitkan oleh UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dan sebagai sarana publikasi hasil penelitian. Penerbit ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan. Informasi mengenai pedoman penulisan artikel dan prosedur pengiriman artikel terdapat pada setiap penerbitan. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui ‘peer-review process’ setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel, kemudian penerbit menyerahkan semua template ke pelaksana konferensi keilmuan. Penerbitan artikel ini dilakukan sesuai kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh penyelenggara konferensi.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss optimizing the creation of skilled lecturer resources. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying the case study method. The results and discussion show that preparing skilled lecturer resources can be done through the agenda of accelerating the waiting period for work as a form of optimizing higher education management in ensuring graduate employment levels. This research concludes that optimizing higher education management in preparing lecturer resources has guaranteed the employment rate of graduates with a relatively fast waiting period for work of less than three years, this includes the suitability of graduates' fields of work as skilled lecturer resources.

Abstract

This research aims to see the relationship between walking habits and ensuring sleep quality. This research conducted experiments to prove the findings of previous research. The results and discussion show that walking habits are positively related to ensuring sleep quality, which proves previous findings. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive relationship between the habit of walking and significantly ensuring sleep quality.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the difficulties in preparing research backgrounds when writing scientific articles. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. The research results showed that respondents experienced difficulty in compiling research background when writing scientific articles. The discussion of this research explains that the preparation of the research background procedurally should not start from the beginning when writing a scientific article but should be prepared last after writing all the preliminary components of the scientific article. This research concludes that difficulties in preparing research backgrounds can be overcome by paying attention to writing procedures in the structure of scientific articles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui supervisi akademik kepala madrasah ibtidaiyah 6 Majalengka dan kepala madrasah 2 Bandung Barat, perencanaan supervisi manajemen akademik kepala madrasah, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dan evaluasi serta tindak lanjut supervisi akademik kepala madrasah.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah dan guru.Perencanaan supervisi akademik di MI Negeri 6 Majalengka dan MI Negeri 2 Bandung Barat menunjukkan secara komprehensif. Tantangan implementasi melibatkan konsistensi. Kerjasama kepala madrasah dan guru kunci keberhasilan. Pelaksanaan di MI 6 Majalengka perlu memperhatikan persiapan, supervisi teknik, dan kunjungan kelas. Di MI 2 Bandung Barat, fokus pada pengembangan proses pembelajaran dengan teknik kunjungan kelas. Kepala Madrasah di MI 2 Bandung Barat menerapkan prinsip pengawasan yang harmonis, berkesinambungan, demokratis, dan konstruktif. Meskipun MI 6 Majalengka mengalami kendala pembiayaan, solusinya melibatkan pelatihan untuk guru. MI 2 Bandung Barat melaksanakan evaluasi umum dan kelompok dengan tindak lanjut personal dan berkelompok, tetapi lamanya tindak bulanan dan tahunan menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan lebih lanjut efektivitas evaluasi.Keduanya menyimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik memberikan manfaat baik bagi kepala madrasah maupun guru, dengan fokus pada peningkatan kinerja dan peningkatan Kompetensi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify challenges, develop strategies, and improve effective management practices in the context of Islamic education; (2) This paper will further describe the analysis of research methodology to obtain knowledge that can answer various questions or can solve a problem that exists in solving problems and to obtain scientific knowledge; (3) The results of correlation research can be in the form of positive correlations, negative correlations, weak or insignificant correlations, or nonlinear correlations; (4) The conclusion from this text is that research in Islamic education management aims to understand and improve management aspects related to Islamic education. Several topics that can become the focus of research in Islamic education management include school leadership and management, curriculum management, management of educational quality, financial and resource management, and management of stakeholder relationships.

Abstract

Mengembangkan metodologi penelitian yang tepat untuk administrasi pendidikan Islam tetap menjadi tantangan. Pendekatan penelitian korelasional merupakan pendekatan yang relevan untuk memahami hubungan antar variabel yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian berupa penelitian kepustakaan. Berbagai bahan di perpustakaan seperti dokumen, buku, majalah, cerita sejarah, dll (Mardalis, 1999, Mirzaqon, 2017). Studi korelasi adalah jenis studi yang mengumpulkan data untuk menentukan apakah dan sejauh mana ada hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Ada beberapa studi korelasi dalam penelitian ini. Teori korelasi dapat digunakan untuk memahami hubungan antar variabel dalam konteks manajemen pendidikan Islam yang relevan dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan Islam.Studi korelasi dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam melibatkan pemahaman hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang terlibat dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, seperti pendidik, siswa, orang tua, dan lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

A common problem in recruiting teachers and education personnel in schools is the problem of plans for training teachers and educators who are not mature enough. Therefore the author wants to examine the purpose of this study, namely to find out how the planning, processes and strategies for recruiting educators and education staff at SDN 036 Ujung Berung, Bandung city, this research uses a qualitative approach. The method used for data collection is the Analytical Descriptive Method. In this research, the data collection method used was observation, interviews and documentation. Planning for Recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel at SDN 036 Ujung Berung, Bandung City Before recruiting prospective teachers and employers, the principal usually consults with teachers and staff to analyze their needs and determine the number of teachers and educators needed based on the needs analyzed. The strategy for recruiting new teachers at SDN 036 Ujung Berung, Bandung City, is as follows: Establishing a committee, determining requirements, freeing schedules, facilities needed for the recruitment process for new teachers. The process of recruiting new teachers is carried out selectively because recruitment is very important for the future of students and through the recruitment process schools can obtain quality human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar alamiah Pesantren Al-Huda, Cianjur, sumber-sumber pembiayaan, aktivitas manajemen pembiayaan yang di mulai dari perencanaan biaya, pelaksanaan pembiayaan, dan pertanggungjawaban pembiayaan baik yang diterapkan di pesantren Al-Huda yang berbasis pesantren modern. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada asumsi teoritik bahwa kegiatan yang ada dalam manajemen pembiayaan meliputi tiga hal, yaitu: penyusunan anggaran atau perencanaan keuangan (budgeting), tahap pelaksanaan keuangan atau pembukuan (accounting), dan tahap penilaian atau evaluasi keuangan (auditing). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi mengenai pengelolaan pembiayaan pesantren. Kemudian penulis menentukan jenis data, sumber data, metode dan teknik pengumpulan data. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data, penafsiran data, dan uji absah data. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara perpanjangan keikutsertaan di pesantren, ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, pemeriksaan teman sejawat, dan disepakati oleh lembaga yang diteliti, penelitian dilakukan di Pesantren Al-Huda. Hasil penelitian dari manajemen pembiayaan Pesantren Al-Huda dari mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembiayaan dilkasanakan secara terstruktur dengan adanya bukti laporan tertulis baik kepada pemerintah maupun pihak pesantren

Abstract

This research aims to explain the combination of regular classes and consolidation classes into a continuum project in achieving student scientific publications. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. The results and discussion of the research show that students' achievement of scientific publications has been taken through various serious steps, namely regular classes and consolidation classes, but it is necessary to combine the two into a continuum project. This research concludes that the continuum project as a combination of regular classes and consolidation classes is deemed necessary to increase the quality of students' scientific publications.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the student scientific article publication continuum project experiment. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. The results and discussion of the research show that the continuum trial project requires the availability of manuals, procedures and work instructions, the need for outreach to various parties ranging from stakeholders to the academic public at large, starting the implementation of the continuum project trial adequately, and not skipping the implementation of the evaluation. This research concludes that the student scientific article publication continuum project can be started immediately with experimental steps.
