Abstract

Background: Coronary heart disease (CHD) is often triggered by atherosclerosis, with hypertension as a major risk factor. Managing hypertension through lifestyle modification and pharmacological therapy, such as ACE inhibitors, ARBs, beta-blockers, CCBs, and diuretics, is important to prevent further complications. Objective: To determine the profile of antihypertensive drug use in CHD patients at RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar in 2023. Methods: This was a descriptive study using a cross-sectional design. Data were collected retrospectively from medical records of CHD patients in 2023 after obtaining approval from relevant authorities. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS version 26. Results: The majority of patients were male (88%) and aged 56-65 years. Most resided in Denpasar with normal blood pressure and had comorbidities such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and chronic kidney disease. Beta-blockers were the most commonly used antihypertensive agents (32.3%), followed by diuretics (24.4%) and ACE inhibitors (19.6%). Triple-drug combination therapy was the most frequently used regimen, particularly the ACEi + BB combination, commonly administered once daily (OD). Conclusion: Most CHD patients were older males with multiple comorbidities. Beta-blockers were the most frequently prescribed antihypertensive drugs, followed by diuretics and ACE inhibitors. The prevalent use of combination therapy and once-daily regimens indicates an individualized treatment approach based on clinical conditions.

Abstract

PT Erafone dotcom is one of the mobile phone and tablet retailer companies in Indonesia from various well-known brands. PT Erafone dotcom uses the service desk as an after-sales support system service for customers or users in the smooth transaction process. The current problem with service desk services is the slow response to handling and resolving obstacles. Evaluation is needed to be able to improve operational services. The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V4 will be used to evaluate service desk services in IT Operational at PT Erafone Dotcom. The purpose of this study is to evaluate IT Support in operational services using the ITIL V4 framework with 2 practices in the domain of General Management Practice and 5 practices in the domain of Service Management Practice. The results of this study are that the level of service in IT Operational and the level of capability are at level 3 (Defined), which means that IT Operational support to users has run optimally referring to management practice procedures and response to incidents. To increase the value of IT Operational support from the maturity level to match expectations and can improve management. The recommendation for improvement is that even though it is at level 3, there is still a gap in the practices used so that it is necessary to improve the recording of incidents and problems that occur, so that they can be analyzed and identified to help handle and prevent the recurrence of incidents and problems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence ne bis in idem on inheritance. The method used in this study is a normative legal research method with primary legal materials. The results of the study show that in the second case/dispute the Makale District Court Decision Number: 103/Pdt.G/2015/PN. Mkl., contrary to the principle ne bis in idem, because the judge only considered that the subject of the case was the same and the object of the case was the same, so this case entered ne bis in idem without assessing the legal relationship between Defendant I and Defendant II. Defendant II redeems the pawn object from Defendant I but between Defendant II and Defendant I has never entered into a pawn agreement so that Defendant II does not have the right to redeem the pawn object/object of dispute. To avoid the confusion mentioned above, in this third case, if G. Yohana Lembang wants to fight for his right to obtain the distribution of inheritance from his deceased parents, then G. Yohana Lembang must change his position as Defendant II and the Plaintiff is his 2 brothers who have not been involved in the first and second cases and the object of the dispute is changed to undivided inherited land. So the influence ne bis in idem on inheritance does not exist. so that G. Yohana Lembang can obtain his rights through the distribution of inheritance that has not been divided.

Abstract

Employee performance refers to the extent to which employees are able to achieve job goals and meet the standards set by the company. Leader-member exchange is a theory that explains the quality of interpersonal relationships between leaders and subordinates, which can influence motivation and employee performance. Talent management is a strategy for managing organizational talent, involving the recruitment, development, and retention of talented employees to ensure they contribute maximally. Employee engagement refers to the level of emotional involvement and commitment employees have towards their work, which directly impacts productivity and employee performance. Meanwhile, employee commitment reflects the loyalty of employees to the organization and their desire to continue contributing in the long term. This study was conducted with 235 employees of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, using data collected through a questionnaire survey. The results of the study show that leader-member exchange and talent management have a positive effect on employee performance, with employee engagement acting as a significant mediator. However, employee commitment does not play a mediating role in this relationship. This study confirms the importance of strong interpersonal relationships between leaders and subordinates, as well as effective talent management, in enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

Nursing management in the Neonate Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of Hospital X Bandung is an important aspect in providing optimal health services for infants who require intensive care. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of nursing management in the NICU, focusing on aspects of planning, organizing, directing, staffing, and supervising. The method used was descriptive qualitative analysis through observation and interviews with the nursing team and hospital management. The results showed that although nursing management functions were well implemented, there were challenges such as a lack of clarity in the organizational structure and the need to improve nurse certification. Unit performance indicators showed positive achievements, especially in handling autoextubation cases. However, the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the NICU unit still needed to be improved, as some procedures were not well documented. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for improvements in nursing management to improve service quality and the importance of continuous training for nurses. Recommendations include strengthening coordination between medical teams and improving SOPs in the NICU, in order to increase the effectiveness of health services for neonate patients. This study is expected to make a positive contribution to hospital managers and nursing practitioners in improving the quality of services in the NICU.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of experience, fear, and awareness of cyberattacks on the acceptance of banking technology in Indonesia, moderated by perceived benefits. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to users of digital banking services. The analysis results indicate that both experience and fear of cyberattacks do not significantly affect the acceptance of banking technology, with p-values of 0.414 and 0.199, respectively. In contrast, awareness of cyberattacks has a significant positive effect on the acceptance of banking technology, with a p-value of 0.039. However, perceived benefits did not successfully moderate the relationship between experience and fear of cyberattacks and the acceptance of banking technology, with all p-values exceeding 0.05. These findings suggest that public understanding of cyberattacks can enhance trust and acceptance of banking technology, despite the inherent risks. This research provides important insights for the development of digital banking services in Indonesia, emphasizing the need for education on cybersecurity to improve technology acceptance. An abstract must accompany each manuscript; This abstract must be completely consistent on its own (eg, without numbers, tables, equations or reference citation), not exceeding 250 words and written as a paragraph. The abstract should include research objectives, methodology, and findings.

Abstract

Traditional health care remains the community's choice in the midst of the modern health care system. However, their utilization is not optimal due to various factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of these three factors on the utilization of traditional health services in Pekalongan City. This study used a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. A sample of 393 respondents was selected using proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. The results of the analysis showed that cost and perception variables were related to utilization, but the information exposure factor was not statistically proven to be related. Cost was the largest influencing factor, with respondents who rated the cost of services as affordable being 3.5 times more likely to utilize traditional services. Cost and perception contribute to the utilization of traditional health services. Policies that focus on improving community perceptions and affordability are needed.

Abstract

Indonesia, as the world's largest archipelagic nation, encounters challenges in achieving equitable development and socio-economic well-being across its diverse regions. To address developmental disparities, the central government allocates specific purpose grants, the amount of which is tailored to the development needs of each region. Additionally, Indonesia has established a development financial institution aimed at providing financing and capacity-building support to SNGs in planning and implementing regional development initiatives. In determining the priority of grant allocation, financing, and capacity building, a tool is needed to identify disparities in socio-economic welfare between one SNG and other SNGs in Indonesia. This study examines the use of the clustering method with a K-means approach to group SNGs based on similarity in socio-economic welfare. This study employs Poverty rate, Human Development Index and Gross Regional Development Product per capita from 2021 to 2023 as variables input. At the end of the study, four clusters of SNGs in Indonesia were obtained based on their level of socio-economic welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of resilience and social support as predictors of work engagement among employees of PT. X, a labor outsourcing company in North Morowali, Central Sulawesi. Work engagement refers to employees’ positive attachment to their work, encompassing vigor, dedication, and absorption. Resilience is defined as the ability to adapt and persevere in the face of challenges, while social support includes emotional, informational, and material assistance from the surrounding environment. This research employed a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression design. The sample consisted of all 100 employees of PT. X, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using the Resilience Scale (Wagnild & Young), the Social Support Scale (Cohen et al.), and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli & Bakker). The results indicate that resilience and social support simultaneously have a significant effect on work engagement (R² = 0.425; p < 0.05), with effective contributions of 22.32% and 20.19%, respectively. Partially, both variables were also significant predictors of work engagement. These findings highlight that the combination of internal strength (resilience) and external resources (social support) enhances employees’ engagement at work. The study provides insights for management to develop programs that strengthen resilience and social support to optimize employee performance.
