Abstract

The integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics-based predictive maintenance is a pillar of industrial digital transformation in the industry 4.0 and 5.0 era. However, a comprehensive understanding of integration patterns, AI methods, benefits, and challenges remains scattered across the literature. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA protocol to map the current state of ERP integration with AI-based predictive maintenance. A search was performed on the Scopus database, yielding 59 initial articles that were reduced to 10 final open-access articles published between 2024 and 2026. The results show that the dominant AI methods are Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and ensemble learning (XGBoost, Random Forest), often combined with Digital Twin technology. ERP integration patterns range from decision support to full bidirectional integration via OPC-UA and REST API protocols. Key benefits include up to 40% improvement in mean time to failure (MTTF), a 30% reduction in maintenance costs, and a return on investment (ROI) of 42.5%. The main challenges include data quality, legacy system interoperability, cybersecurity, and limited multi-site validation.

Abstract

Posyandu cadres play a strategic role in supporting community-based primary health services in Indonesia. However, increasingly complex public health challenges require cadres to have broader competencies beyond basic technical skills. Health promotion has been widely recognized as an effective approach to strengthening the capacity and skills of public health volunteers, but studies integrating various components of health promotion into a comprehensive cadre development model are limited. This research aims to identify and synthesize health promotion components that contribute to improving the competence and skills of public health volunteers and develop a health promotion model to improve the skill level of Posyandu cadres. The Systematic Literature Review was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines. Literature searches were conducted using Publish or Perish linked to the Google Scholar database with keywords ("public health volunteers") AND ("health promotion") AND ("competencies" OR "skills") AND ("model" OR "framework") for publications between 2020 and 2025. An initial search yielded 200 articles. After selecting titles, abstracts, and full texts based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 15 articles were selected for qualitative synthesis. Thematic analysis is used to identify the main components of health promotion related to cadre competency development. The findings point to six key components that contribute to improving the competence and skills of public health volunteers: leadership development, capacity building, health literacy, health communication, community empowerment, and organizational and health system support. These components were consistently identified across the reviewed studies as important factors influencing cadre effectiveness, community participation, and sustainability of health promotion programs.

Abstract

The postpartum period is an important period characterized by various physical, psychological, social, and emotional changes that can affect the quality of life of the mother. Limited access to postpartum health services, especially in vulnerable groups and areas with limited resources, encourages the development of the use of digital health and telemedicine as an alternative to maternal health services. This study aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize scientific evidence regarding the role of digital health and telemedicine in improving the quality of life of postpartum mothers. The research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with reference to the PRISMA guidelines. The literature search process was carried out through Google Scholar using the Publish or Perish application with the keywords "digital health" AND "telemedicine" AND "postpartum" AND "quality of life". Of the 200 articles identified, 14 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the synthesis show four main themes, namely: (1) digital health in supporting the mental health of postpartum mothers, (2) telemedicine in improving access and continuity of postpartum services, (3) mHealth as a means of monitoring and self-management of maternal health, and (4) the contribution of digital health to the quality of life of postpartum mothers. Various forms of digital interventions have been proven to improve early detection of postpartum depression, reduce anxiety, increase self-efficacy, expand access to health services, and support ongoing monitoring of maternal health.

Abstract

Indonesia ranks second globally in TB incidence, with an estimated 1 million new cases annually. The majority of TB patient care costs in Indonesia are covered through the National Health Insurance program administered by BPJS Kesehatan. This research aims to analyze the time to death pattern of TB patients enrolled in JKN, identify the factors influencing it, and compare the performance of the Cox PH and AFT models. The data used are BPJS Kesehatan sample data from the 2015–2024 period, with an observation window from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024. The analysis was conducted on 111,946 patients, consisting of 10,083 patients (9.01%) who died and 101,863 patients (90.99%) who were censored. Analysis was carried out sequentially using the Kaplan-Meier method, the Cox PH Model, and the AFT Model with the Weibull distribution selected based on the best AIC, BIC, and Log-Likelihood values. Results showed a mean survival time of 879 days among TB patients. Age was the most dominant factor; patients above 60 years of age had a hazard ratio 8.09 times higher and a survival time 76% shorter compared to the 0–35 age group. Female patients had a survival time 28% longer than male patients. The PBI JK segment showed the highest mortality risk, while patients in Domicile 4 and 5 had shorter survival times compared to Domicile 1. The Schoenfeld residual test rejected the proportional hazards assumption, rendering the Weibull AFT model the most appropriate and best-fitting for this study.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation of transportation systems has encouraged the adoption of contactless toll transactions to improve traffic efficiency and user convenience. However, their dependence on real-time processing, continuous availability, sensitive data, and external payment integration creates significant information security risks. This study aims to design an information security risk management framework for the Let It Flo contactless toll transaction system at PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator using ISO/IEC 27005:2022. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observations, and organizational documentation. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis, while ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27002:2022 supported the formulation of appropriate security controls. The findings identified 26 information security risk scenarios: three were classified as high risk, twelve as moderate-to-high, two as moderate, and nine as low-to-moderate. Seventeen scenarios required mitigation, whereas nine were considered acceptable under the organization’s risk acceptance criteria. Recommended treatments include role-based access control, backup and disaster recovery mechanisms, encryption, penetration testing, physical security controls, system testing, and network redundancy. The study concludes that the ISO/IEC 27005:2022-based framework provides a structured approach to identifying, evaluating, treating, and accepting information security risks, thereby supporting the reliability, security, and continuity of contactless toll transaction services.

Abstract

Community Counselors (PK) play an important role in the implementation of the correctional system in Indonesia. The high demands of work, emotional pressure, and the complexity of the tasks faced by PK authentically increase the risk of job burnout, so a comprehensive understanding of the factors that can mitigate these conditions is needed. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support on job burnout by considering the mediating role of psychological capital and self-esteem in PK in Indonesia. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method using a 7-point Likert scale online questionnaire. Data were collected from 398 PK respondents, with 381 valid responses after data cleaning. Data were analyzed using SEM with LISREL. The results of the study show that organizational support has a negative effect on job burnout. In addition, psychological capital has been shown to play a significant role as a mediator in the relationship, while self-esteem also plays a mediator but with a relatively lower influence. These findings suggest that increasing organizational support not only directly reduces job burnout, but also indirectly through an increase in the psychological capacity of individuals. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of the role of organizations in creating adequate support and strengthening the psychological capacity of individuals to reduce the level of job burnout. This research is expected to contribute to the development of human resource policies, especially in the context of the public sector.

Abstract

Stunting remains a global public health problem characterized by chronic growth failure resulting from long-term undernutrition and recurrent infections. This study aims to analyze the relationship between energy intake, protein intake, and the albumin-to-globulin (A/G) ratio and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 24–59 months. The study synthesized evidence from 18 expert-validated variables derived from the literature in the fields of nutrition, public health, and immunometabolism. Energy and protein intake were assessed alongside serum biomarkers, including albumin, globulin, and the A/G ratio, while stunting status was determined based on the Height-for-Age Z-score (HAZ) according to World Health Organization (WHO) standards. The literature review findings demonstrated that low energy and protein intake, together with a decreased A/G ratio, were significantly associated with the incidence of stunting. These findings indicate that inflammatory and metabolic imbalances, as reflected by serum protein biomarkers, play an important role in growth disorders in addition to inadequate nutritional intake. Stunting is not solely caused by an energy deficit but also involves complex biological mechanisms, including chronic inflammation and disturbances in protein metabolism. This study contributes to a more integrative understanding of stunting by combining nutritional and biomolecular perspectives while supporting the development of more precise and multidimensional intervention strategies.

Abstract

The background of this research is grounded in the growing rivalry between the United States and China, which has produced two economic cooperation frameworks with different characteristics. RCEP provides tangible benefits through market access, tariff reduction, and regional economic integration, while IPEF emphasizes modern economic standards, supply chain resilience, digital economy, clean economy, and fair governance. This research examines Indonesia’s trade strategy amid the changing economic architecture of the Indo-Pacific through comparative research of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF). This study aims to analyze how Indonesia, as a middle power, applies a hedging strategy to optimize its national trade interests between these two frameworks. This research employed a qualitative approach using comparative study and documentation analysis of official documents, trade data, international institutional reports, and relevant academic literature. The findings indicate that Indonesia implements a hedging strategy through trade partner diversification, optimization of RCEP’s economic benefits, fulfillment of IPEF commitments, and preservation of foreign policy autonomy. Indonesia’s simultaneous participation in RCEP and IPEF is not contradictory; rather, it is complementary in strengthening Indonesia’s position amid Indo-Pacific economic competition. The research implies the need for a strategic trade policy roadmap that balances economic interests, national autonomy, and Indonesia’s commitment to regional stability.

Abstract

The hospitality industry increasingly adopts digital learning platforms to improve employee capabilities and maintain service quality. However, empirical evidence regarding the relationships among digital training effectiveness, learning engagement, employee competence, and service quality remains limited, particularly within hotel organizations. This research investigates the influence of the perceived effectiveness of Typsy-based training on learning engagement, employee competence, and service quality among employees of Swiss-Bel hotel Bogor. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using a cross-sectional survey design. Data were collected from 100 hotel employees who actively used the Typsy digital learning platform. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The findings reveal that the perceived effectiveness of Typsy-based training significantly influences learning engagement and employee competence. Learning engagement also has a positive effect on employee competence, while employee competence demonstrates the strongest influence on service quality. The results indicate that digital training effectiveness contributes both directly and indirectly to service quality through the development of employee competence. This study extends the literature on digital workplace learning and hospitality human resource development by demonstrating the importance of employee engagement and competence as mechanisms linking digital training to service outcomes. The findings also provide practical implications for hotel managers seeking to utilize digital learning platforms as strategic tools for competency development and service excellence.

Abstract

The distribution of problematic clay rocks, or called clay shale or stiff oc (overconsolidated clay), in Indonesia is not widely known or understood by the public or construction actors regarding the potential of the nature of these rocks. Problematic clay stone is a type of clay rock that has significant shrinkage properties, especially if exposed to water and cut loss of overburden pressure. These properties can cause geotechnical problems such as soil shifts and damage to the building structures that are on them. The target of the study was to identify the values of fully softened and residual shear strength, the researcher also examined the correlation of the liquid limit in these soil types. Testing is carried out by consolidation normally. The data taken by the researcher is problematic clay soils in Tulungagung Regency, which shows a pattern of shear stress curve to normal stress similar to that of Bearpaw Shale soil, which is nonlinear in fully softened conditions and more linear in residual conditions. The results of the study show that the characteristics of problematic clay are included in the category of high plasticity clay and have high sensitivity to changes in moisture content. The relatively high development potential results of the Free Swell Index (FSI) test showed 65% and based on the classification of development potential, this value was included in the medium to high category.
