Abstract

The development and growth of the Bank is currently one of the indicators of economic growth of a country, ABC Bank is written here is a bank with the name of a hidden bank but exist in Indonesia to keep confidential data that has been obtained in research, ABC bank is located in almost 58 Main Branch Offices and 438 Sub-Branch Offices throughout Indonesia to conduct activities such as collecting funds from the public in the form of deposits and deposits and distribution to the community in the form of credit, in fact there are many other activities undertaken by banks in producing bank products, between (gyro), foreign exchange , checks, credit cards, bank guarantees, bilyet giros, collections, bank records, safe deposit boxes (SDB), call centers, electronic banking, debit cards and ATM cards, and credit cards, banks can assess the health of their own banks using government methods newly issued in PBI number 13/1 / PBI / 2011 article 2, the bank is required to conduct a health assessment or bank using a risk approach (Risk Based on Bank Rating) either individually or consolidatively, therefore perceived and required an integrated database that meets the needs of the analysis using data warehouse to support the connection of bank information systems to Business Intelligent, to meet those needs above then in the design Database processing using Datawarehouse that is able to analyze all transactions into the dashboard and tabular graphics to facilitate and interesting in reporting, this research. done with the current system analysis stages, report analysis, data warehouse planning, data warehouse design, data warehouse verification.

Abstract

Membuka Bisnis kini sudah menjadi tren di kalangan masyarakat. Tidak sedikit dari masyarakat berlomba-lomba untuk membuka bisnis baru. PT. Sari Indah Lestari atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Mall CBD Ciledug adalah perusahaan yang menawarkan jasa penyewaan unit bagi penyewa yang ingin membuka bisnis dibagian fashion maupun non fashion. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa, Mall CBD Ciledug harus memberikan layanan yang baik dan memuaskan penyewa sehingga membuat penyewa loyal terhadap pelayanan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh Mall CBD Ciledug. Untuk mendapatkan penyewa ataupun mempertahankan penyewa yang sudah ada, dapat diwujudkan dengan mengaplikasikan model Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yaitu suatu jenis manajemen yang secara khusus membahas teori mengenai penanganan hubungan antara perusahaan dengan penyewa dengan tujuan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dimata penyewa. Saat ini Mall CBD Ciledug sudah memenuhi kebutuhan penyewa, tetapi masih banyak terdapat kekurangan dari pelayanan Mall CBD Ciledug salah satu faktornya adalah pemberian informasi mengenai ketersediaan unit belum meluas. Faktor lainnya penanganan keluhan yang berjalan lamban, dan faktor selanjutnya sulit membangun komunikasi dengan penyewa dalam menginformasikan promosi mengenai ketersediaan unit yang kosong. Peneliti mencoba untuk membuat rancangan sistem berbasis web dengan pendekatan e-CRM, dengan harapkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah pelayanan yang dialami Mall CBD Ciledug.

Abstract

Doctor Galuh Dwi Anandita Health and Beauty Clinic is a public health and beauty-care facilities in South Jakarta. Currently, the administrative and operational management of Doctor Galuh Dwi Anandita Health and Beauty Clinic, is still done manually. This condition causes the quality of services rendered to be low, because the information needed for decision-making processes are often late and inaccurate, which could also impact on delays or errors in the process of making medical treatment given to the patient. Implementation of Web-based clinical information systems in Doctor Galuh Dwi Anandita Health and Beauty Clinic is seen to be the solution to these problems.

Abstract

Foreign exchange trading is one of the largest financial markets in the world, therefore the movement of foreign exchange prices is always fluctuating every day. Therefore, an accurate prediction system is needed to determine the price that will occur. Predicted prices can help traders in determining the right position in running this business. Predicted price can be done by doing analysis on data formed in the past. One way that can be done is to perform technical analysis by using artificial neural network. In this study neural network will be used to predict the price of the euro against the US dollar on daily movement. The artificial neural networks used are trained with supervised learning methods, which use the input and output data sets. Through network learning can recognize patterns between input and output. The algorithm used is backpropagation, this algorithm uses error value to change network weight at step back propagation. While the error value is obtained through advanced browsing steps, which do first. The performance of artificial neural networks is measured using the value of MSE (Mean Square Error) and the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value. From the results of the research, it was found that the network with 6 input neurons and 11 hidden layer neurons became the best network with MSE value of 0.000001 and MAPE value of 0,59%.

Abstract

In  this  study  the  authors  analyzed  to  determine  the  effect  of  corporate  culture  and  motivation  on employee  performance  improvement  Pension  Fund.  From  the  analysis  of  multiple  correlation  coefficients obtained a correlation coefficient Culture Company X1 and X2 correlation coefficient Motivation to employee performance is 0950, thus the corporate culture and motivation strong and significant influence 0,000 <0.05 on the performance of the employee pension fund of Pertamina in Jakarta. Results of analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.903 thus the corporate culture and motivation have contributed 90.3% to the Pension Fund employee performance in Jakarta, and the remaining 9.7% are influenced by other factors were not the authors  carefully,  including  discipline  ,  leadership,  and  quality  of  human  resources.  Based  on  the  results  of research by F test showed that the corporate culture and motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee performance improvement DPP (Pension Fund) in Jakarta, because sig. F count is 0000, meaning <5% (0.000 <0.005). Thus Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Based on testing with the t variable X1 is the corporate culture of - 0.222 with t table is 1,701 and the value of the variable significant corporate culture X1 0.826> 5%, thereby to> tα then Ha (alternative hypothesis) refused and Ho (null hypothesis) is accepted , This means that the corporate culture  is  partially  no  significant  effect  on  employee  performance  DPP  (Pension  Fund)  in  Jakarta.  While  the value of t count X2 motivation of 11 494 with the value t table is 1,701 and significant value for the variable X2 motivation 0000> 5%, thereby to <tα, That X2 motivation partially significant effect on employee performance Pension Fund in Jakarta.

Abstract

Design a Management Warehouse Information System and Multi Outlet Based Hybrid Technology at Cindy The Smilling Gift Shop Jakarta. Cindy The Smilling Gift Shop is a company engaged in the retail souvenirs who make transactions directly. The company was built in 1998 and has branches in several cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Purwokerto, Yogyakarta, Solo and Surabaya. To improve efficiency in working, Cindy The Smilling Gift Shop performs improvement process to achieve work efficiency. One effort is to design and build a warehouse management information system and multi outlets. In the system before the repair is done, the process of reporting the sale and the process of updating the stock of goods at the outlet still using manual way that takes 3 days to 1 week, so the process is not efficient and real time. Then after the development of warehouse systems and multi outlets, the process of reporting and selling stock updates can be done in real time, because it is integrated with applications connected to the Internet network. So that can do efifiesnsi time up to 72 hours or if in conversion with operational cost can reach Rp. 1.260.000, -.

Abstract

Information Systems Study plan is an information system used to handle problems related to the management of teaching and learning planning conducted in schools or colleges to monitor the things that have been achieved during the learning process. This paper develops a web-based online information system that allows access to be done easily and quickly in real-time without constrained space, time and devices. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter Framework which is a PHP framework using Model-View-Controller or MVC and as data storage used MYSQL database. Good and friendly user interface design for each user will be able to solve academic problems for college students as access to real-time artificial information.

Abstract

Knowledge  management  system  at  PT  Guna  Karya  Indonesia  has  tacit  knowledge  and  explicit knowledge by transferring directly to the employees without any storage media, so that such a system is felt to have constraints because not all employees obtain or know the knowledge, although there is no storage of knowledge  then  it  is  feared  that  the  transferred  knowledge  will  just  disappear.  In  addition  there  is  no knowledge  sharing  application  that  can  allow  a  person  to  interact  or  share  knowledge  wherever  and whenever, for example a discussion forum currently running at PT Guna Karya Indonesia is by way of meeting or meeting directly (face to face) also criticisms and advice  employees in issuing criticisms or suggestions are done manually  like is by talking directly to other employees. Surely this will take more time and effort and another with training or workshop system does not have storage media and the lack of knowledge transfer training to employees who do not attend the training does not know the results of the training.
